They seem to be very professional with follow-ups via email and invoices. But that's it!! My move was scheduled the 18th January I was given a time window of 9-11 and was on a strict time line. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! 1st I was told they were having issues with the truck @ 10am spoke to the "owner" he is RUDE! Told me it's not his fault and equipment issues are normal and took no accountability for anything. 10:30 he told me they got another truck and was on the way 11am the drivers called said they were on the way 11:20 still no show and I had to reschedule for the next day!! Next day come and these older disrespectful gentlemen showed up with attitudes. Talking bad about the owner and how he doesn't have equipment for them and they had to bring they own supplies and etc. They used profanity and were arguing with each other and overall took forever! Finally got the move done The move it self was ok the owner showed up apologized and assured me this was out of the norm and offered me $100 off my next move. Glad it was over I paid my bill and continue my day. As the last step was to move my bed and TVs into storage I figured I'd give them another try and use my $100 discount!!! BIG MISTAKE TOTALLY MY FAULT. The guys showed up and while friendly than the others they had no moving experience. When I reviewed the contract my discount wasn't applied! Called the owner he cursed me out, called me all types of names and came up with ever excuse not to honor the discount he provided. Explaining his financial situation and telling me he has kids to feed. But you offered me a discount so nothing I'm asking for is outlandish. He refuse to allow the movers to unload my things until I paid full price. After not waiting to go through the hassle I paid the full price. He showed up at the until very threatening and mean and intimidating! After it all he text me rude disrespectful remarks. See attached!! BAD COMPANY BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! His response time was swift and his rate was exceptionally reasonable compared to the other price quotes we received. They were available within a days notice. They were exceptionally professional and mindful to protect our floors, carpet and walls. I don't think any of us expected the the amount of items that needed to go upstairs, but they didn't complain once nor try to charge extra. But, I was heavy on the tip because of it. Good and genuine people are hard to find, I wanted to make sure they knew we were grateful for their hard work and effort. Next time I need moving services, these will be my guys!

I would have done it myself, but I needed an "expert" to move the china cabinet; it was too large for me to move. Before the move, office staff I spoke with and email reminders were fine. Day of the move, the driver called to see if he can start the move earlier, I said I needed to stick with the time I had scheduled. He replied " well I guess we all just have to do nothing"...with an attitude. I wish I had cancelled the move then. I had just bought this set from an on-line yard sale; all excellent condition, not one thing wrong with it. Haven't ever used it. When they brought the truck up my little incline driveway, we heard a very loud crash. It was the top of the china cabinet crashing to the back of the truck into the chairs. The helper said "The strap broke". OMG!I I will make this short: the top section was destroyed! A furniture repair shop looked at it and said it couldn't be fixed. This is after Strong Arms took it back with them promising me they would fix it. Also, chairs were scratched and dented, and the bottom of the china cabinet had damage. I was never able to speak to the owner of Strong Arms about this. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told I couldn't and then was hung up on. I did receive a small compensation for it (300.00), but I paid more than double that, and I was never able to use it. And they insisted I pay for the move!!! Or they were going to "take it back". It was a horrible, horrible, experience! Wish I could post a picture of the before and after of the cabinet.

By far the worse moving experience I ever had. Showed up 4 hours later than the original time we…read morescheduled because someone called off. I was scheduled to have 3 movers, I had actually got 2 movers and the third was the dispatcher( still charge me for 3). She was taking calls during my move. All around terrible communication. Showed up with a a truck too little, we had to do two trips. (The truck being too small was both of our faults, poor communication and listening). We sat in traffic a total of 3 hours on between trips. We would have never ran into that much traffic if they were on time in the first place. The dispatcher gave off scammy vibes, started talking crazy when I disputed the charges that more than doubled. It made me uncomfortable to the point I kicked them out of my house. Never again. scratched up my walls, pretty bad, damaged some by Furniture like my bookshelf bathroom mirror.

Hours are inconvenient, but it didn't affect me as much as others since my schedule is flexible. There is a gravel lot you can use for parking while using, or one of the loading bays.

The halls leading up to my unit smells like a bum is living there. Management is aware, was told "you never now who you're renting next to". If I was you, I'd find somewhere else to store your items.
