I had a storage here for a little bit with a starting price of 105 a month for about 5 months and then after that they started charging me 220 so I had very little time to scramble to get a new unit. On top of that you had to give a 30 day notice to cancel so I still had to pay their absurd price change read more

My husband called the next day and Manager Edwin said that our rate was $41 a month. He was very stubborn when my husband asked him if we could show/send him the email and he said no. This was the worst decision to store my household goods here! They raised the rates and can't send an email notifying us. They claim they sent it to my home address. I am in the process of finding a new home in Texas and have not found a place. I even have my mail forwarded! But yet they can't use email to notify me of a significant rate increase?!! Then I ask to get refunded so I can move to a different place and they won't do it! Do not rent from here! Shady and no communication. The only reason this business even gets a two star is because facilities are kept up. I initially started my storage with them at $155 per month, within 4 months they increased the rent 55%. A little over a year later they have increased it to $272 per month. Now I have to find another place and find people to help me move my items in order to not pay a small car payments worth in storage fees. I highly discourage anyone from renting from them with the expectation that their rent will even remotely stay the same. read more

Storage spaces are clean and a good location. BUT If you have autopay with these folks, make sure that you observe your bank statements closely. They charged me double the amount for BOTH my units and then had the nerve to call and say I was late. They've charged me 4 times in one month. Tried speaking with the general manager who apparently "resigned" around the same time. Got contacted by the district manager to resolve the issue but even they didn't know how it happened. read more
