That's high praise in my book. We recently tried the location driving a little further out of our way and it was so worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful and genuinely try to assist you however they can. They were quick and not a madhouse. Always listen to dad! Please note - I was not aware that UPS store were franchises and this is one of them. If it is the policy for a franchise to charge so be it. FedEx stores are not franchise locations and have the same rates and don't charge extra to stick a label on the package you paid for so something to think about.
