i saw the bald manager with glasses giving a hard time to a guy doing an Amazon return. Then another customer was complaining the guy was taking too long. I didn't hear what was said but the two other customers got into a verbal altercation and instead of trying to split it up the bald manager guy advocated for the impatient customer to "kick his ass" he said "you better get out of here or this guy is going to kick your ass". why advocate for your customers to harm each other? very unprofessional. I left and went to another UPS store. won't ever come back here. read more

Went in and customer in front of me was having trouble with Jo Jo who was attending her. The young lady left very frustrated and annoyed. JoJo was very condescending, not helpful or solution focused. We begrudgingly proceeded next hoping that we wouldn't receive the same treatment. We needed something notarized. There are so many things that went wrong and I won't waste your time listing them. All I can say is that the experience went from bad to worse. Same bad service, lack of wanting to help or find a solution, disrespectful, and condescending. Went as far as to give a half-assed apology and then say he was not really sorry. The service and the attitude were so bad, I asked if he was having a bad day. He later reported that maybe I should question whether I was having a bad day. I explained that my day was fine until my experience with his customer service or lack there of. I have been a customer of this UPS store for over 20 years. I have recommended this place to friends and family for their shipping needs. Everyone has crappy days, the difference between a professional with integrity, and someone who doesn't care is whether they choose to take that bad day out on their customers. The owner/manager was not there, and the other employees were mouthing "I am sorry" to us. Terrible experience, and I'm not sure I'll ever be back again. Especially if Jo Jo is at the helm. read more

Nice place, Convenient location, clean, parking lot is adequate. Prices are a bit high when insuring compared to competitors. The noteworthy part of my transaction was near the end of the sale. I provided the exact address printed as the recipient specified in very detailed shipping instructions. The lady helping me changed the zip code, and then asked me to sign that all of the shipping information was precisely as I needed it. I asked if I signed her release, with a different zip than the recipient wants, and the package was not received, would my signature interfere with a claim. She said she didn't know, but assured me that the zip was right. I felt as though I was providing a document that would never provide me any security. This review is posted after the Package was confirmed as received. Although awkward, they came through for me. read more

He caught my zip code error (thus preventing my parcel from arriving in Germany and not IN!!!). I recommend this location sans reservation ... opening at 0700 is another plus! read more

I'll keep it short and sweet: This location leans towards the efficient side and welcomes you into the shop with a smile. If you don't have your items packed, they can pack them, but only if a "packer tech" is available. On the other hand, if your item is fragile, they will make sure it arrives safely and intact. read more

This place must have a new owner that does not focus on customer service, which is the heart of their business. The staff acts like they don't want to be there. There are no warm welcomes or smiles. You are made to feel like an inconvenience as staff focuses on what they want to do while you stand waiting at the counter. If they are concerned about expanding their business they need a customer service make over. I'll only use this location as a last resort, not first choice. read more

Used to love this location but I'm done with it. Used to be an employee named Mandy who was fast, friendly and did it right. Now there's the owner, who can work the systems but tapes and labels everything horribly and sloppy. Doesn't impress the customer and I worry about any package she packs making the trip. The other employee is always a problem. Takes 10-15 minutes to enter a package in the system (wow!) and almost always gets stuff wrong. Always gives price and then I have to figure out what that is because she never asks if I want insurance (just puts it in and I always have to catch and remove it) , and never asks what level of service I want. Always quotes home cost and then is surprised that it's going to a business address and has to change the price- even though they always have pre-printed shipping labels! I NEVER leave here feeling like I can trust what will happen to my packages. read more

There are two staff at this Ups Store who are not friendly when I walk in to say hello and they look right in your face and don't say anything so I am guessing they think I am crazy for be raised with manners. They have an really bad attitude problem and when you approach them at at the counter they try to make them self look busy and hide in the back of the store so you have no other choice but wait in line for one of the staff that have customer service skills.They only talk to some customers. I think if you are running a store you need to have customer service skills without customers you will have no business. So everyone in the general public be very very very aware and stay far far away. read more
