Very average UPS store. Nice workers, but lines can get long at times. Very cramp so if there's a lot of people, it can get crowded. Workers do their best to help though, so at least there's that. Two register aisles, but usually only 1 person working depending on the day. They do sell a small amount of mailing supplies, but prices are high when you can just go down the street to a grocery store to get them cheaper. Overall, nothing too special, but if you need something mailed, this place is good. read more

I have been around this UPS store for a long time and all I can say is that it continues to be one of the better UPS stores in the san Antonio area. Store is looking super clean(a plus at present with the pandemic issue we are facing) , the brothers that run and own the store are a delight to see, when i come in to send off mail or have photos printed they are always friendly and quick to satisfy their customers. The ambience of the store is laid back and the music that is played truly puts a smile on anyone's face. I went to the UPS store 2384 on 7970 Fredericksburg Road to send three different boxes to our children. The manager (Chris) explained how the store can pack my boxes and would use a plastic liner in the box to ensure the contents would not get wet if something happened. He took the time to ensure each box was packed correctly and the information for shipping the box was correct. The staff at the UPS store was courteous and informative, most definitely will recommend and use this store for all of muy shipping needs. read more

This store is very poorly operated, hence LONG LINES with LONG WAIT TIMES! Don't come here. They have no idea how to operate this location. They are misinformed, they don't have simple procedures that would speed things up into place, and it's just very difficult to get anything done here. Wow, always excellent support and assistance. I'm not a big fan of how much it is to pull up an email there but the place gets the job done. There's usually a line which takes some time, and if I'm returning an Amazon package I highly prefer to do Kohl's drop-off. This Location was very RUDE and unprofessional! The GM Robert (last name unknown because he won't give it to me) completely dismissed me when I was trying to ask questions about my package. Quickly tried to give me the customer care number when I didn't need it...my question was completely ignored until I asked for the manager then all of a sudden he was the manager! Then hung up in my face... so I called back to try to get an understanding on why he was being so rude and not want to answer my questions..??? Very disappointed on how I was treated over the phone. And when I asked for Corp's number i was given the wrong number, I was given the customer's care number. This place is a great to use to mail out all your packages the customer service was unbelievably great I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I walked in 5 minutes before closing an they were more then happy to wait on me to send off 4 different packages to 4 different locations. The associates D an Dusty in training were very happy, an seemed very delighted to help me it definitely made me feel welcome an important I must say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to everyone. I'm definitely gonna stick to coming here more often instead of going to all the other locations plus the hours of business are open later than the other locations so no need to worry about making it all the way across town an the store not being open. Have decided to completely stop using this location. Visited on a Saturday morning (3/28/2015). Hours posted on the web and store window said the store hours were 9:00 - 3:00. I waited 20 minutes and then a UPS truck showed up to take packages into the store, but he, too, was locked out. Between him and another waiting client, I figured out where another store was. At least 6 other clients came and left disappointed while I was there. Took a chunk out of my morning having to wait and then go and find a second store because the guys that run this location can't be bothered to show up on Saturday. Another review suggests it's a common occurrence. I've been there before and have felt uncomfortable having to wait at the counter with my already labelled package without so much as an acknowledgement from the guy a foot or two away behind the counter avoiding eye contact . I get that he's doing other things, but really. No matter. i won't be back. I can get friendly service from another store that honors their hours. read more

visited this location at 1:30pm on a saturday. their website said it would be open till 3. when i got there, the doors were locked and there was a sign posted saying "temporary saturday hours -- open until 2pm." a bunch of other people were also outside wondering why the store was closed already... normally thjs wouldn't be a huge deal but there was something i needed to mail urgently so it was definitely an inconvenience. read more

I came in last week with some pics i needed blown up and my resume printed. Pleasantly surprised to see new staff there!! I was greeted by two young women and they helped me choose the resume paper I wanted.. I chose the green seafoam color for mine since it seems to be in style now as they recommended.. Also, since I was there, I printed out a resume for my husband on a gold paper with some help because.. I am not the best with computers lol. As far as the pictures I needed blown up, they recommended a card stock (dunno what grade of cars stock but ya know, floppy enough) and it looked great! I was happy how polite the ladies were.. Even though they were busy they took the time to lend a hand in getting what I needed. Only reason I can't give more stars is because of the darn difficulty of getting into the location! I took a sideroad off medical and was right there. Overall tho the one stop shop made it worth my time and I even was given some quotes for some things I need to send to my family back home. Good job ladies, I will be back soon and hopefully, the darn construction will be done! read more
