Setting everything up online was quick and easy, and their prices beat the competitors I checked. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and I even toured a couple units. The property itself is very clean and well kept, and I love that the units are temperature controlled with app-enabled access, which is so convenient. Mitchell even went out of his way to get me into a unit close to the doors like I requested. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend this location!

Unreal. I know it's a public storage tactic (and probably other companies as well) to raise the price because most people it isn't worth the hassle to move everything so soon after account opening, but not even 4 months after my account opened is literally attempted robbery.

At this location unit E014 and F013 both 10x20 both went from $262 to $353 within 3 months Don't fall for this scam like I did. Also they have a lot of fake reviews on Google. Most of their 5 star Google reviews are obviously fake as they have the same format.

But, because the Sportage has it's attachment holes set farther back, the receiver was too far back to accept the bike rack. James (the installer) quickly saw the issue, and said that they would order a different hitch and they would switch out the original hitch at no additional charge. When the new hitch arrived it became clear that it's geometry was very similar to the original hitch, so James spent a bunch more time researching various options that might work. He found one that looks promising and had it delivered to the shop within a couple days. This one looked much better, and James swapped out the old one with the new one, and it solved the problem... the bike rack attaches perfectly! James was AWESOME to work with. He was always trying to solve the problem and find a solution. He never gave up, and in the end he created a very satisfied customer! If you need a hitch, see James at U-Haul in Pleasanton!

They lure you in with a really decent rate as long as you prepay for 4 months. Ok great. Come renewal time guess what? They jack up the rate 50%. Can you prepay another four months at the current rate? no you can't. I went from a hair under $200 with insurance to about $300 - So you are either stuck paying 50% more (after introductory rate) especially if you have a bunch of junk or you move out. I chose the latter as I do have a truck and I was able to get a shed in my backyard. This may be the practice in the industry, but personally it feels pretty scummy to me. I'm only giving 2 stars as the staff were pleasant and easy to work with. As long as you know what you are getting into things should be fine.
