Two days in I drove an engine bolt through my new drive tire the lot was a wrecking yard for 20 years I know of and they laid a few inches of crushed asphault over all the debris and as soon as I run it over it pops up I have buckets after a few months they started making up past due balance. So I canceled all my reoccurring rentals a few days later a new one was opened in my name my info but charged at a non standard amount the system u set it up on only charges for a month or week at 220 a month however the one they set up was to reoccur at 600 for one space so I told them I was leaving when I return if in fact anything is owed i will settle up as soon as I returned and a day later my stuff was towed and lastly when I went to pick up my vehicle it was at a rush auto dealer ship around the corner not even a tow yard it was hidden by other vehicles I will also add i was paid up until 1 31 25 so park at your own risk.

The only thing that lost a star here was the gas miser on the other end of the counter. I always thought they left the gas needle somewhere between full and empty so as to confuse the next renter on trying to figure out how much gas to put in it to get it back exactly where it was when they return it. Not sure if this was unique to this UHaul location or all UHaul locations, but on the gas print out, it showed where the needle was and how much gas to put in it to get the needle back to that point at various locations along the gas gauge. Spiffy! Of course, later I would find that this was only spiffy in theory. Upon returning the truck, I stopped off at the local gas station, looked at my gauge, looked at the sheet....5.1 gallons. Easy enough. I proceed to pump about 5.25 gallons into the tank...just to be on the safe side. Well the needle got up to about that mark but slightly under but I figured no big deal. Well, as it turns out, it was a big deal. So I got dinged for missing a gallon of gas and was promptly charged $9 bucks. Awesome. And I know that had I returned it with a gallon of extra gas I would not have received a $9 credit on my bill. Overall, it was one of the better UHaul experiences I've had and next time I'll be sure to just put an extra gallon or two over what the estimator thinks.

There was no judgement with Valley Organizing and they came in with compassion and empathy and worked hard to get me my living space back! It was such a mental relief just seeing it all cleared out, organized, and even labeled! I just wish I could fold like they did so my dresser always looked like this! For 2 days they worked non-stop and always made sure I was comfortable and situated and feeling okay. Any time I needed a break they gave it to me but they still worked in the background.
