What they fail to mention Unless you sign up on the 1st of a month, you will not actually receive much of a promotion at all. I arrived on the 13th at 10 to 6:00PM on the 13th. The office closes at 6 but you may access the units until 7, which is actually 6:45 apparently or you will be locked in. I rented a truck and brought my stuff there making sure to at least sign the papers before they close and get some stuff unloaded so I could return my truck. I was not able to access my unit until the following day for some reason although they consider my rental start day as the 13th. Paid an additional day for the truck. Great What I also was not told was that they prorated my half off month to the 2 weeks left of that month and sent me a past due notice for a full price next month before I've even been there one whole month! WTH When I called to figure out what the deal is they totally jerked me around. First they said they have no control over what the internet says and that they do not have to honor what is offered online. Then when I called back they didn't answer (yes the phone system announces who you are from your number you call in from), i left a detailed message asking for someone to please call me because this was not adding up but 2 days later, no call back but several texts and emails telling me I'm past due and am accruing late fees. Again, I have not even been there a month! I just now spoke to them again and was finally told that my 1/2 off month offer was prorated and I "should have told them I wanted the 1/2 off to be applied to my 2nd month". Seriously. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I told her that is fraud and it's Illegal to bait and switch customers and she then refused to give me the number to their corporate office. She told me to look it up, it's on my lease. It's not on my lease, incidentally. What bull crap. I'm trying to move and now dealing with this. I said I want to take my stuff and leave before 30 days is up but I need to give a 20 day notice. There are so many other facilities equal to, if not better than this one who will cheat you as soon as you walk in the door.

I had to move out of my old apt because my landlord needed his unit back and paid me for movers and storage. At first, this place seemed awesome! Great location. But as time went by... even though I paid on time (auto pay), my code kept saying "see manager." The first time, he said something about my ID. I went and gave him my ID even though I already finished the process online. THEN... as months kept going by... same issue: "see manager"... what is going on?! How am I NOT able to access my belongings in the space I've been paying for?! Then I found out they can compensate for the trouble and offer a credit or something. So I called the office. THEY said they won't do it because I should've told them each time it happened. What?! They said they gave me a new code and then the same thing kept happening! I just went with my sister whenever she went to get access to the unit! THEN... they said they had locked me in on the rate I had but I got an email saying that they were raising it and then another email saying to disregard... but SUDDENLY, I got charged for $270 for my unit almost $100 more and the place isn't even temperature controlled like advertised! It was hot inside and muggy! Don't rent on the 3rd floor! Next, I had to move my stuff out of my sister's and needed more space and since my stuff was there already, I found a deal and got a smaller unit. They were trying to charge me extra for a transfer? No! I just needed another new unit! So I got a deal for 2 months like it advertised online... except... it pro rated the first month deal and that means I don't get exactly 2 months discount deal, I get whatever is left of the current month! That's shady! But I was desperate so I took it! They charged me the extra lock for overpriced amount and I went in to let the staff know I had my own lock. She told me to come the day I'm supposed to move in and show the manager and he'll refund me the amount. So I came today, 9/11/26 (I know) & no one was in the office! I had movers charging by the hour, babysitting my stuff while waiting for someone in the office to PICK UP! The operator said the manager's lunch hour starts at 1:30. So I ran to the office and it said "Be back at 9:30" but there's another smaller sign that said "CLOSED today!" I called again and the operator said there's NO record on file that it was supposed to be closed. So another lady pulls up and she called the hotline too. We're both standing in the hot sun trying to reach someone and I got movers waiting for me to get the lock opened off my unit I PAID for! I had to move my stuff to someone else's unit temporarily (THANK GOD, they let me!) and come back the next day! I called to see if someone would be there tomorrow (Saturday) and they said they cannot guarantee! To call 9:30am before driving there! This is ridiculous! I'm looking up the owners to send them a message. I'd like some form of refund or credit or compensation for the distress and the days I haven't been able to access my unit, please! Don't come here unless it's the cheapest option you can ever find! If my back wasn't hurting & I can afford movers and a truck again... I'd move everything out and somewhere else!

We have been storing our travel trailer here for a year now. We find the place to be well managed, clean, and secure. We have also found the manager to be helpful, but she runs a tight ship; and I appreciate that. I do wish the hours of access were broader, sometimes we'd like to pick up or drop off outside the 8-6 window. We were given only 1 gate card, would be nice if both spouses could have one. Spaces aren't wide enough to open any slides, but wide enough to manage backing a trailer with a pickup. Site is level. There is a dump station on site, but new haven't needed to use it yet since we always dump before hitting the road. We are very glad to have a spot here.
