Right away I was greeted by the angry lady from the front desk, saying "you can't do that your over here pulling on my door" yelling at me I said "never had a problem before" she proceeded to argue with me and continue to yell so i said "I'm not going to argue with you can I have your business card Please, she refused to give it to me mocked me saying all I know how to say is "can I have your business card". I finished offloading no thanks to her, at 1:40 I got a call from corporate lol it was the confrontational crazy lady at this point I'm wondering how did she get my personal number. Saying that I'm banned from the facility and that if I showed up again cops would be called. There's cameras all over the place I did nothing wrong unless if asking for a business card or propping a storage door to bring in heavy furniture is a crime. Wow I'm still shocked that she went above and beyond to harass me but not to make the move into there storage easier.

BEWARE: They DO NOT secure this facility and the property manager has unethical business practices…read more This Naples Storage Sense location was illegally withholding access to MY PAID STORAGE UNIT to purposely delay me from removing my items until tomorrow which is the 1st adding an additional full month of rent is due since rent is not prorated. THIS IS FRAUD! I arrived today 7/31/22 to move my items out of my storage unit and my access code didn't work. I was on the phone for over an hour with 3 different reps while waiting 2 hours outside in the hot sun WITH movers who were being paid by the hour! (You owe me for their time.) One rep gave me an "Emergency Use Only" code but it didn't work. The 3rd rep agreed that my rent was paid through the end of July and that my access code should work. BUT since I haven't prepaid for August, the property manager disabled my code and she wanted me to "come to the office tomorrow and she will help me." It does not matter if I have/haven't prepaid for August or if I have/haven't given a "written" notice to vacate. MY RENT IS PAID THROUGH THE END OF JULY AND I SHOULD HAVE ACCESS THROUGH THE END OF JULY! My contract clearly states that I will have access to my belongings and IF rent is not paid within 5 days of the due date then she can deny access. While waiting for help, a guy came out of the building. I asked if he was with the property manager. He said no. I asked him to let me in. He said he left the door cracked. Seems weird that he was in there for 2 hours - this is SW Florida in the middle of the summer and these are not climate controlled...but he wasn't. I discovered the back doors are UNLOCKED...they don't even have a lock on the handles!!! The conditions of this facility are nothing like represented on their social media pages. Also, I have a video showing that I left a clean unit so don't even try to charge for cleaning or damages.

I called and went to the property manager Napolean on 7/29/23, gave him a key and was told on 7/31/23 that the unit needed a new A/C . Gus the General Manager wouldn't approve the new unit and I had to drive every week from the east coast of Florida to check on my storage as NO ONE would call me back with an update. I have documents proving each call to customer care weekly with no resolution. Chris the regional manager NEVER called me at my request. I knew that my belongings could not continue to be stored in these hot conditions, therefore Ibhad to hire a moving company on 9/5/23 to remove my belongings and I want you to look at how my belongings were destroyed as they were left in a non climate controlled unit due to the AC NOT FUNCTIONING for 6 weeks. Dead rats, cockroachs, mold.....just discussing. For over 5 weeks I pleaded with storage sense to get the issue resolved before my things were ruined and NO ONE HELPED ME. I will be posting about this on social media., and ALL platforms to alert the public that if you care about your belongings DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. They had a lack of concern, nonchalant attitude, and just disregard the issues I had.

Throughout my time I had a total 3 units, and I referred many friends and business partners for this reason. After vacating my last unit on 10/13/2025 I turned in the last unit I had, in pristine condition along with the 2 keys and lock that I was originally given, however Ody the new manager did not provide me with any receipt or paperwork. Since I paid on the 1st, and left on the 13th, I thought I would get a partial refund and sent her an email asking when I would be receiving it. The response I received stated that I would not be receiving one without further communication. I contacted corporate to see why I would not be getting one, and corporate contacted Ody, which resulted in her retaliation towards me sending me three emails the next day and threatening to charge me an additional $15 for a key that I never received. Sadly, this was very unprofessional as all she needed to do was send me a reason as to why she would not be able to refund me since the 10th was the cut off date. I can no longer recommend this company due to the way they handled a simple question, resulting in a terrible customer service experience.

I take of 1* (maybe should take of more) for corporate. Be prepared for price increases every 3 - 4 months depending on the size storage unit. Indoor conditions are excellent. Temp/Humidity levels are perfect (I stored original artwork and musical instruments), and the facility is very clean. I was on the 3rd floor with a 10 x 20 and kept my 5 x 10 which was right around the corner. I got out of the 10 x 20 when moving to my new home. The price almost doubled in the one year. That is modus operandi for most all Storage Units so be ready or pay up.

Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I shared with the crew that growing up in Bronx NY my dad worked for a moving company so I know how hard they work on what can be a tiring and difficult job. If you rent a mailbox from any entity other than the USPS you relinquish the ability to submit a change of address or mail forward. Most of these customers are not in town and will only find out when they start getting calls their mail has been "returned to sender." They will need to file a request with the USPS to hold their mail (online form submission is available) for pickup or delivery to another location and individually change addresses with senders. The Shipping Station has operated at the same location in Naples for over 35 years. During that time it has been bought and sold to various owners. The latest owners, Deborah B. White and Raymond Maluto of Debray Enterprises, LLC chose to close the business without notice to box holders or to the longtime employee who has ran the business for 20 years. Despite having several opportunities to sell the business, their decision to simply lock the doors has left many in town scrambling to secure their mail. It's disheartening to witness the demise of a long time business people have relied on for years and years. It's especially frustrating and puzzling to know the business could have been sold without any interruption of services. I understand they pulled the cancer card. I find this particularly distasteful for personal reasons. Again, they had no less than three opportunities to sell the business. They have promised refund checks for all unused months left on mailbox contracts.
