She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I shared with the crew that growing up in Bronx NY my dad worked for a moving company so I know how hard they work on what can be a tiring and difficult job. By the time I realized the issue, everything I owned in their climate controlled, air conditioned unit was covered in mold. When I addressed it, I was told to just file a claim with the renters insurance that I had purchased. The owners had No apologies, offered no compensation, no help dealing with the situation, nor any empathy whatsoever for what they had caused. Zero. I feel like this is what disappointed me most. The renters insurance covers $2,000 max. That didn't nearly cover the damages. My unit was not the only one affected. There were dozens of dozens of units affected by the mold. But if you need any more reasons to not rent from them, they hike up the renter's cost almost every month! And not by small amounts. Within a few years, the cost was DOUBLED.

I was given a gate code and also given the combination code for the storage locker. the gate code didn't work so I was able to follow behind another car. once I got to the unit the door code didn't work, someone was kind enough to let me in. then when I found the unit the combination didn't work. after two hours of having to go back and forth I told them I'd try it again this weekend. the same thing happened. now mind you I havent been able to use the storage unit at all so after the issues today I went back and told them that I wanted to cancel and a refund. they won't give me a refund and never even opened the unit door. what scam artists these people are. I work for a huge repeated company in Marco and I will be sure not to give Midgard any referrals. they are a scam.

A team of three arrived at the appointed time. Each item in our home was handled with such care. Each item was wrapped in a furniture blanket and shrink wrapped or taped. Legs of chairs we protected. The primary things I learned are; try not to move at peak moving season (like I did) which is before the kids start school, make sure you have a local agent come and inventory all your stuff, get a "not to exceed" guaranteed estimate. That way, you know you are not being low-balled. Overall, VERY satisfied with my move. Danielle, Tammy, and Nick were all great. Communication was excellent and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and at the price they quoted me. If you go with this company, you'll be pleased. BTW, I did not get anything beyond the standard insurance and all my belongings arrived with no damage. Good luck!

I have not heard from RRT since I submitted a claim ( that took a while to have happen). Kyle (who does not want to be called a salesman-- didn't he sell me the booking?) had MAJOR attitude this morning, told me off and hung up. He said he had reached out to claims, but he never texted/emailed or called to tell me. He just Ignored my phone call. Also the driver picked up the car on a Monday and said it would be in Florida on Wednesday. We had a flight down for Wednesday, because RR said the car would arrive Thursday or Friday. We had to scramble to change or flight. Once we were in Florida, the driver did not contact us. We waited all Wednesday. He didn't answer his phone, either. Finally, he answered and said he would deliver it Thursday am I asked him to drop the car where all car carriers drop cars for our community. He dropped it in a cvs parking lot instead. Don't use this company.
