What began as a simple question about why I'm paying $100 for a 5x7 unit when the standard rate is $54 escalated into her yelling at me and defensively justifying the overcharge. She claimed I should pay $100 simply because I'm an older customer, which makes no sense. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, she became argumentative and insisted that all customers pay more than the standard rate. For months, I've been paying $50 extra per month without asking for a refund--I simply requested my unit be adjusted to the standard rate (not even the new customer rate). Instead, she told me I'd have to move out of my unit and into an identical one to qualify for the lower rate. As a business owner myself, I would never tolerate an employee treating a loyal customer this way. Morgan's attitude is unprofessional, and this is not how long-term customers should be treated. I hope management takes appropriate action.

    I was a long time customer here. They started off great. But in the last few months, there is never…read moreanyone on the property and no one in the office. I've gone to the office looking straight at the hours, which state that it's still open and there's literally no one in the office. The doors are locked and there's an empty red car next to the office. That red car is always there... There's no one on site but it makes it appear like there's someone there when there isn't. I have tried relentlessly to let them know I was moving out and could not get ahold of anyone. Their automatic phone system is terrible as well. My assistant called and got them to agree to refund me back for February because I was moved out by then and I have still not received a refund a week later. We just tried to call in twice and the woman hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They charged $175 for a tiny 5 x 10 storage space and when I removed my stuff, I found it had been completely infested by mice and cockroaches and was covered in mice poop and pee. Critters had crawled in from the roof and wall cracks from the other units, it was super gross and crusty. They used to be good, the woman running it before was communicative, but whoever runs it now is not good.

    I was a customer for 4 yrs. When I first began renting two units, there was a wonderful manager…read morethat was a gentleman who always provided excellent customer service. Throughout my time I had a total 3 units, and I referred many friends and business partners for this reason. After vacating my last unit on 10/13/2025 I turned in the last unit I had, in pristine condition along with the 2 keys and lock that I was originally given, however Ody the new manager did not provide me with any receipt or paperwork. Since I paid on the 1st, and left on the 13th, I thought I would get a partial refund and sent her an email asking when I would be receiving it. The response I received stated that I would not be receiving one without further communication. I contacted corporate to see why I would not be getting one, and corporate contacted Ody, which resulted in her retaliation towards me sending me three emails the next day and threatening to charge me an additional $15 for a key that I never received. Sadly, this was very unprofessional as all she needed to do was send me a reason as to why she would not be able to refund me since the 10th was the cut off date. I can no longer recommend this company due to the way they handled a simple question, resulting in a terrible customer service experience.

    Been here for years, proven they deserve your loyalty…read more Great staff, always compares the cost of mailing services for you, as different companies will change their fees on a daily basis, Also sell greeting cards, boxes, have mail boxes to rent, lots of goods. Lots of parking on the side as well as front. Couple of doors down from Dominos pizza Come pet the Cute rescue dog too!

If you rent a mailbox from any entity other than the USPS you relinquish the ability to submit a change of address or mail forward. Most of these customers are not in town and will only find out when they start getting calls their mail has been "returned to sender." They will need to file a request with the USPS to hold their mail (online form submission is available) for pickup or delivery to another location and individually change addresses with senders. The Shipping Station has operated at the same location in Naples for over 35 years. During that time it has been bought and sold to various owners. The latest owners, Deborah B. White and Raymond Maluto of Debray Enterprises, LLC chose to close the business without notice to box holders or to the longtime employee who has ran the business for 20 years. Despite having several opportunities to sell the business, their decision to simply lock the doors has left many in town scrambling to secure their mail. It's disheartening to witness the demise of a long time business people have relied on for years and years. It's especially frustrating and puzzling to know the business could have been sold without any interruption of services. I understand they pulled the cancer card. I find this particularly distasteful for personal reasons. Again, they had no less than three opportunities to sell the business. They have promised refund checks for all unused months left on mailbox contracts.
