The only time they had to reschedule me was because all drivers had C*VID, otherwise they are on time rain or shine. Second they take outmost care of you possessions including art and suggest where to save on packing and where to be more careful. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. When you move (and I have done so dozens of times over my lifetime) things can happen and things can break but with LRDM I have had zero to minimum like maybe one cup. I have used them both for local and international moves. International takes usually more than we all hope, there is the element of customs and third parties which is beyond their control.
