The team had to move me from a third floor unit without a working elevator on a very hot day. The team was respectful of my property and my belongings were taken to my new condo with care. One member of the team found a ring that I thought was missing forever and brought it to me immediately. He could have pocketed it and I never would have known. I appreciate his honesty. Super quick turn around time (12 hours!) to move a very expensive and very heavy bed plus mechanical frame for me. While I had to pay for 3 hours (makes sense -- they have a min) the guys were in and out within 40 min and super kind and helpful. I had to have my mom's bedroom furniture moved to her assisted living apartment. I booked the move with Pablo and he was very reassuring over the phone and he made me feel at ease. These guys did a great job! Ricardo and Charles worked hard for 7 hours and they always had a smile and were very polite. They moved a ton of super heavy couches and a bed and chest of drawers. It was super hot but they just kept going! Right when they were almost done, we realized the bed frame wasn't right for the bed but they stayed and figured out the safest solution for my mom. I set up a company to move me 4 months before my moving date. I contacted him twice to make sure he could still do it. 3 weeks before the move I reached out one more time to find out he couldn't do it. I then went on Yelp and emailed eagle eye moving. The ratings and comments were positive so I lined them up. They reached out to me several times to confirm the date and location. Commutation through out the move was excellent. The day of the move I receive several calls telling me how they were coming and when I could expect them to arrive. Worst experience I have ever had. The sales team is there to just make a sale, they do not care at all about the customer. I was moving my stuff across the country was hit with an extra $1000 in charges and then promised it would get there in 2 weeks and now they are saying it could take over a month. We used Eagle Eye movers twice. The first time, everything was great. The crew was hard-working, careful with our stuff and really did everything you could want from a professional moving company. With that great experience, we hired them again for another move. This time it was a different crew and exactly the opposite experience. These guys were stoned and clumsy. Loss two items, acknowledged they had one, would not deliver or reimburse. Changed one mover between packing and delivery (charging me $175/hr) to change employees and new guy didn't see anything packed. Quoted me a wavier on $175 trip charge sine we were five miles from their office then demanded it at final payment. Got $100 Venmo to hold date but charged in full, I had to call to get $100 back. All around unprofessional and charged more than other quotes. read more

I initially contacted Eagle Eye movers late last year, after selling my house quickly and not having another yet purchased. I chose them based on online reviews and their end-to-end services, including packing assistance. Positive first: My items were moved out of my home the second week in January, and moved 2.5 hours away, in mid-April. Both moving teams of different individuals were polite, hard-working, and took care in the handling of my items. Now for the "watch-outs." Their salesperson, Aaron, quoted storage after coming to my home and seeing what I had. Quote: $400-$600 per month. This was higher than the $300 I'd been quoted by a storage facility associated with another potential moving company, but I felt that for the convenience of "one stop shopping," I could live with the difference. Once my goods were actually in Eagle-Eye's warehouse, the rate suddenly was $850; more than double the low end I was quoted, and nearly 50% higher than even the high end, despite my having gotten rid of a few things after Aaron came to estimate. The $850 led to my having to rush to buy - not easy to do in Florida this past spring. So, quotes mean nothing, and once your stuff is there, you are captive to any fee. (I can back all of this up with emails and receipts, by the way) Second, and I've been trying to reach the owner for more than 5 weeks now, I had a laptop taken during the packing day, which happened right before my move-out. I had two packers that arrived more than 2 hours late to my home. When I called Aaron, he said he'd had to make a last-minute change so he could send me the "A-team." His exact words. When the two arrived, I told them I wanted the high cabinets in the kitchen packed (many of my cabinets would have required my standing on chairs to access). I also showed them several rooms where I had posted a sign reading "nothing here," meaning, don't come in here - it is already done. Despite that, one of the two packers didn't do the kitchen, and instead went into two of the "don't do" rooms. I was working elsewhere and not standing over them (big mistake). So the one packer got 6 very small boxes packed in the kitchen during the 1.75 hours he was there. At least he did do the kitchen, although afterwards I saw that many of the high cabinets still hadn't been emptied, so I got stuck doing them anyways. The other packer, in his 1.75 hours, went into a bedroom I had labeled "no," and took blankets I had sitting out for use as wrap on some of my pictures and other fragile items, and loaded them all into two open garment boxes that I had sitting there waiting for clothing from the closet! Yes, loaded GARMENT boxes with BLANKETS! Then he used half of my tape taping these boxes of blankets (I had to open them the next day as I needed them for my clothing), and taped them like there was no tomorrow, even though it was BLANKETS (see pictures) He also went into my office. He broke a bunch of my boxes and created these monstrous compound unstackable boxes with a mix of office equipment and other items.(See pictures) He also had not removed any of the print cartridges (which is a must), so I had to un-do all of that. What I hadn't noticed until later, is that one of my laptops disappeared. I unfortunately did not follow them to their car to look inside of it when they left. I contacted Pablo (the primary owner) within a month as there were a number of items I could not locate. He told me he sees this "all the time" and that I should contact him again after I opened EVERY box all the way to the bottom - like empty as in you are going to flatten the box. Because I was working out of town until mid-May on a job contract, I told him it was going to take time to get through all that, but I assured him I would be in touch once I had. It has now been many weeks, and I've yet to reach him. The good news is that the items I originally contacted him about (a bunch of expensive purses and other personal items) - he was right. They turned up. Going to the bottom of boxes was helpful, although a lot of work. What didn't turn up, unfortunately, was one of my laptops. I am still calling, but as mentioned, I have now had this conversation with numerous assistants, but have been unable to reach Pablo directly to discuss. I know the date and the two workers involved- I just want them to return it. No questions asked. I want the software and files I have on the laptop. If I do end up hearing from Eagle-Eye, and I hope that I do, I will post an update here. In the meantime, while the movers themselves were great, and there are individuals within the firm that have been helpful (Leo, Nate), I would caution you on packing and storage, especially, as quotes mean nothing and the packing led to my losing time (and a laptop and who knows what else - perhaps I haven't noticed something I haven't gone to use just yet). We called Eagle Eye to move our stuff out of our home and hold into storage until we moved into our next home. They quoted us (in writing) $300-$500 monthly for the storage. After they moved our stuff out (which we paid for) they would return our calls to find out how we could start paying for the monthly storage. This went by for months without them not returning our calls and us not paying for the monthly storage. When we got back into town we went there and they kept putting us off, basically holding our stuff hostage, not giving us an amount to pay. After we finally got them to give us a price, it was more than double a month for the storage. We were forced to pay thousands of dollars for three months of storage. One of the better moving companies I've ever worked with and I have moved quite a few times in my life. Good communication beforehand and the day of. Movers were professional and friendly but the most important part was that they were fast yet careful. No dragging ass or excuses that something couldn't be moved. Just got it done. Do not use this company. The movers spent almost 3 hours taking apart a treadmill. I was at my new home for a couple of hours and came back and they were watching youtube to figure it out. At 150.00/hour this is ridiculous and not acceptable. The owner Pablo knew about the treadmill and said it was no problem. They took 11.5 hours for a job that previously took 5.5 hours. My neighbors told me that in 3 hours they only had a couple of items on the truck and they wanted me to know because they believe they were purposely taking their time. They left many items at the old house including shelving for an expensive buffet and desk along with lamps and other items that were left in the bedrooms. It took me 2 trips with an SUV to get all the items that were left. They broke the pull on a jewelry armoire and also took off pulls for a cabinet that are missing along with the guides for shelving on my desk. One of the movers had to come back to put together the treadmill and said he put them in his pocket and would drop off. Two weeks later, I still don't have them. The owner claims to back his company but all he does is make excuses. I have called several times and they are working on it and last few times he said he would call right back and no return call. Save yourself the headache and hire a professional company. These people are not. read more

Everyone hears those horror stories of movers that are just too aggressive with their stuff or movers that charge by the hour but are not being efficient with that time. Well Eagle eye movers is definitely the exception and rose above and beyond. From the start to the end Jackson and Matt did not stop. They utilized every minute and did not stop even when I asked them to take a small water break. Friendly, (masked), and while being very careful and respectful of each item, they were also extremely efficient loading and unloading. In searching for moving companies I had the misfortune of calling Eagle Eye Movers and dealing with Aaron the "sales manager". The best thing I can say is that they are high pressure closers with phone calls everyday. When I told Aaron that he was so much more expensive than anyone else I called his exact quote was "I understand that not everyone can afford us". He doesn't know me or what I can afford. Pure arrogance. If that's the way they sell, can you just imagine how careful they will be with your furniture. There are many fine professional movers out there. I would avoid Eagle Eye Movers like the plague. They lie, they gouge you on charges and their office staff is completely unorganized. Don't pay any attention to what they quote you for the move, it will be considerably more. Then for storage, they quoted me -- in writing -- $300-$500 per month. Then, three months later when I wanted to get our items out of storage, they told me it was $850 per month. I told them what we were quoted and the owner said "that was just an estimate" despite the contract stating the amount written must be the amount. I had to pay the extra in order to get my items. Also, took us many days and many phone calls to arrange for us to get our items. When I threatened to call the police, they finally responded. All told, the move for one trailer full of items & three months storage cost us almost $7000.00. read more

Pablo came in and gave me a very fair estimate and was great about communicating and keeping in touch. Michael, Miguel and Sherman were very good at what they do and super friendly and polite to boot! I felt like I was in good hands and was happy with the efficiency and care they exhibited. I am very happy with Eagle Eye. I have used them several times in the last 90 days. They came out and moved all the extra stuff and furniture into storage so I could stage my house to sell. Nathen and his team were efficient and quickly but safely moved my stuff down a flight of stairs. Next, Nathen, Will and Miguel moved my entire condo out and down the stairs. This was not an easy feat and they accomplished it with creativity and a "can do" attitude. They moved me into storage and will move me out of storage again shortly. I hired this company based on a 5 star rating on home advisor. I was moving a 1400 sq ft home 1 hour away and the movers did not have to box anything up. Also of note, they did not have to take any of the living room furniture or lanai furniture as the new owners of the home purchased those. The move took 12 hours... 12 hours!! And.. they didn't take everything in their truck. I had to rent a 20 foot uHaul and purchase an appliance hand truck to finish the job. They didn't bring any tools for taking down the beds so I had to go purchase some. Then, they didn't put anything back together because it had been already been 12 hours and the left behind the parts to put the beds back together at the old house. They damaged 5 pieces of furniture and the lead mover was very aloof about it saying "at least nothing is broken" Well, I am finding broken things in my boxes as I open them. The owner did return my call and sent someone to touch up the furniture. He did pay for the uhaul rental but chided me for not letting "his crew" come back on Sunday to get everything. And, at my request, he did discount me 3 hours of time since often times I couldn't find the movers, not in my house moving or outside loading the truck. This was the worst move I've ever had and I've had to move 2 other times in the last 2 years due to my job. It's NEVER taken more than 6 hours and these movers didn't have to move 2 of the rooms previously moved. I would NOT recommend at all!!! The worst experience of my life! I asked the salesman right on the first day whether the quote that he gave me would be final and if I would be charged any more and he said that would be the final cost if I didn't Dd anything more. The quote was about 7,000 to move me from Washinton to AZ with me packing all the boxes. Each segment they kept charging more. I was between a rock and a hard place because I had to have the stuff out of my sold house and didn't have time or money to invest in another company. They wouldn't put anything in the truck until I signed the contract. I tried multiple times to get hold of them while my things were in storage for a month and noone would answer or return any calls to messages I left. I wanted to leave my things in storage longer than a month , probably 2 more months until I wS done working and was ready to head to z. On June 24th they finally called back and said they were in AZ with my stuff and were delivering the next day to my home in AZ. I was still working in WA! HD to give them my code to get into my home and deliver without anyone there. We communicated by phone to make sure everything was being placed correctly in the home. I still havent made it to AZ and am hoping that everything is there and in the right place. It would have cost about 5,000 more to put it in storage down there and have them receiver. The moving cost me over $14,000! Double what I was quoted. Stressed out to the mX! A nightmare! You'll be sorry if you use Them. They contract different companies to do the move and you never know who you'll get. They measured everything and it took them q2 hours to pack my things up in their truck. Avoid this company at all costs! They are the worst company I have ever worked with. I hired this company to pick up my household goods from Pack Rat storage facility in Tamp Bay after they failed to meet the delivery of my goods as they said they would do. I spoke with Aaron the Sales Manager and advised they could pick my goods at 10am for $1,500 and deliver them in a 26' truck after I informed him that I had 2 pods that were 16' each, total of 32'. He assured me they could fit everything in. I knew if they could that would be a miracle and he advised me if they couldn't, they would send another truck to pick up the reaming items. His crew did not show until later in the day so my wife and I left to Cape Coral to where our house was. The drivers did not arrive until late in the day and they were great. I was told the amount to pay was $2400, not $1500. I asked Aaron and another company employee this will not exceed $1500 and they kept telling me it wouldn't. Lies number 2! After talking with one of the owners I advised to listen to the phone calls where I am asking them over and over the price is $1500. He said if that was the case they would honor the price quoted. Lie number 3. They never listened to the call and Aaron said he would send me the calls as I asked since he said he had nothing to hide. Lie number 4. Calls never sent. I asked when my other items would be delivered, he said the next day. Live number 5. I advise you need the keys to open the doors to the pod. He said they would be there the next day. Lie number 6. They weren't picked until 2 days later. He had a Father and son both who could not speak English and could not understand a word I was saying or played dumb. Either way they were good workers. Almost all my furniture was damaged during the move and he said since I had insurance on my goods he had a guy he works with that does great work on restoration of damaged furniture. Lie number7. He refused to honor the verbal agreement at every level. Everything out of his mouth was a lie. Every email or text communication he never said the same things that he did on the phone to cover the lies he told me. They will say and do whatever they want and assure you they will do their best to resolve all problems and have the customer walk away happy. I am retired military and been through many moves in my long career and never been lied to or taken advantaged of ever. I always believe in treating your customers with respect and stand by your word. Both of which this company does not believe in! I'm sure they will post a rebuttal and lie again! read more

I called Eagle Eye Movers to load my 2 bedroom apartment to storage after using them to unload my stuff when I moved in. I was told it sounded like a 2 or 3 hour move, I agreed because I didn't figure it would take more than 2.5 hours. Wrong! The sloths who moved me took 4.5 hours. I had to ask for 30 minutes to be removed from my bill because they "got lost" on their way to my storage shed. The 2 movers were obviously high and moved so slowly. I had 2 beds, 1 sofa, 1 coffee table, 1 TV stand, 1 dining room table with 4 chairs and a few miscellaneous items along with maybe 25 boxes. It didn't even fill 1/2 of the truck and it took 4 hours! There was zero hustle and it was obvious they were dragging out the move time so they could charge me more. I was so VERY DISSATISFIED! I called to complain which is how I got just 30 minutes off the move time. $652 to move a 2 bedroom apartment 20 minutes away into storage. When I move again in a few months I will NOT be calling Eagle Eye. This was 2 days ago and I'm still upset. They haven't even called to check how things went (because they know it was bad and don't want to hear it). They had a good reputation which is why I used them, and I guess good help is hard to find but this just seemed like an obvious rip off. Also, if you schedule with them, they will call you trying to upsell by sending more movers than you had planned (so they can raise the hourly rate). This happened both times that I've used them.
