He makes himself available and takes the time to answer every question, making sure you feel comfortable and validating that you're in good hands. He's fair and guides you to the most economical approach for your budget. The crew - Will, Jeremiah, Joey and Cory are great guys. They're so helpful, it amazed me. They actually folded the sheets off the bed - most crews would have just tossed them. I will recommend them to everyone looking for movers. Thank you - Janine Here to Help

I can not say enough about our good experience yesterday with this moving company…read more My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Josh, Jimmy, Adam and Juan to move a full house of furniture to another home in our area. Although moving is never an easy time, these 4 fellows got right to work, knew what they were doing, had a plan, were able to take apart and put back together large pieces of furniture, they were careful with every step while carrying heavy weight and fragile items. They were helpful in placing rugs, sofas and beds frames where I wanted them. I appreciated their patients about my decision making about where things went In the new house. I of course recommend this company, the price was fair and service great. Thank you again guys for your help. Cathy

They charged her $2774.78 to pack them, indicating they charged by the sheet of paper and amount of bubble wrap. I helped her unpack and it was easy to see why the total was so high. Many of the large boxes held very little other than crumpled paper and a small number of items. A two inch candle was wrapped as if it was a precious item that was going to be dropped onto pavement from an airplane. She called the company and sent them several pictures and they offered her a small refund of $281, which she has never received. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Either the workers were not trained at all or they were trained to fill the boxes with extra paper and bubble wrap. Very poor customer service and policies. This company is located in Bonita Springs Florida, near Fort Myers.

Orderly and sorted, neatly stacked boxes to unpack at my leisure. I was astounded how well it went, and this was my best move in all my years. Antiques, artwork, handled impeccably. I've always felt that the cost was reasonable and now with me closing my unit down, have received personable service and assistance in the close out. I like that fact that we have a spot that is underneath the overhang and has access to electricity. This way we can keep the inside temp at around 78 degrees all year round when we are not using it. It is great for me, a person with allergies and we can keep the air purifier running. It's so much easier for us to clean the inside in a comfortable temperature. We also have unlimited access to the truck wash which is included in the fee and you can wash and vacuum your car too. We have access to the dump and water too. There is a restroom for you to use in the main building along with a conference room that is available for rent. Did I mention that it is gated?! There is full time staff there that is on the premises and it is family run. This way we don't have to worry about theft or break ins. Our RV remains protected from high winds and hurricanes too. Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10. Thank you, Dana and Don for the tour! We will be back.
