Throughout my time I had a total 3 units, and I referred many friends and business partners for this reason. After vacating my last unit on 10/13/2025 I turned in the last unit I had, in pristine condition along with the 2 keys and lock that I was originally given, however Ody the new manager did not provide me with any receipt or paperwork. Since I paid on the 1st, and left on the 13th, I thought I would get a partial refund and sent her an email asking when I would be receiving it. The response I received stated that I would not be receiving one without further communication. I contacted corporate to see why I would not be getting one, and corporate contacted Ody, which resulted in her retaliation towards me sending me three emails the next day and threatening to charge me an additional $15 for a key that I never received. Sadly, this was very unprofessional as all she needed to do was send me a reason as to why she would not be able to refund me since the 10th was the cut off date. I can no longer recommend this company due to the way they handled a simple question, resulting in a terrible customer service experience.

We hired Reed's moving company of Naples to move a bedroom set and a kyak. From the initial phone…read morecontact with Cambry I knew this was going to be a good experience. She asked all the important questions and provided me with key points of information that would be helpful for the move . She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I shared with the crew that growing up in Bronx NY my dad worked for a moving company so I know how hard they work on what can be a tiring and difficult job. The online process was streamlined and easy to navigate. So far, I would highly recommend this storage facility. BEWARE: They DO NOT secure this facility and the property manager has unethical business practices…read more This Naples Storage Sense location was illegally withholding access to MY PAID STORAGE UNIT to purposely delay me from removing my items until tomorrow which is the 1st adding an additional full month of rent is due since rent is not prorated. THIS IS FRAUD! I arrived today 7/31/22 to move my items out of my storage unit and my access code didn't work. I was on the phone for over an hour with 3 different reps while waiting 2 hours outside in the hot sun WITH movers who were being paid by the hour! (You owe me for their time.) One rep gave me an "Emergency Use Only" code but it didn't work. The 3rd rep agreed that my rent was paid through the end of July and that my access code should work. BUT since I haven't prepaid for August, the property manager disabled my code and she wanted me to "come to the office tomorrow and she will help me." It does not matter if I have/haven't prepaid for August or if I have/haven't given a "written" notice to vacate. MY RENT IS PAID THROUGH THE END OF JULY AND I SHOULD HAVE ACCESS THROUGH THE END OF JULY! My contract clearly states that I will have access to my belongings and IF rent is not paid within 5 days of the due date then she can deny access. While waiting for help, a guy came out of the building. I asked if he was with the property manager. He said no. I asked him to let me in. He said he left the door cracked. Seems weird that he was in there for 2 hours - this is SW Florida in the middle of the summer and these are not climate controlled...but he wasn't. I discovered the back doors are UNLOCKED...they don't even have a lock on the handles!!! The conditions of this facility are nothing like represented on their social media pages. Also, I have a video showing that I left a clean unit so don't even try to charge for cleaning or damages.

I had my entire 4br home belongings stored here and it's has been destroyed with rat feces and urine on the mattress, sofa, couch, chair. Mold on the bed head and foot boards, as well as my clothes. PICTURES DO NOT LIE, SEE FOR YOURSELF. I rented a climate controlled unit for $638 per month and on 7/29/31 I discovered that the A/C was not working. I called and went to the property manager Napolean on 7/29/23, gave him a key and was told on 7/31/23 that the unit needed a new A/C . Gus the General Manager wouldn't approve the new unit and I had to drive every week from the east coast of Florida to check on my storage as NO ONE would call me back with an update. I have documents proving each call to customer care weekly with no resolution. Chris the regional manager NEVER called me at my request. I knew that my belongings could not continue to be stored in these hot conditions, therefore Ibhad to hire a moving company on 9/5/23 to remove my belongings and I want you to look at how my belongings were destroyed as they were left in a non climate controlled unit due to the AC NOT FUNCTIONING for 6 weeks. Dead rats, cockroachs, mold.....just discussing. For over 5 weeks I pleaded with storage sense to get the issue resolved before my things were ruined and NO ONE HELPED ME. I will be posting about this on social media., and ALL platforms to alert the public that if you care about your belongings DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. They had a lack of concern, nonchalant attitude, and just disregard the issues I had.

Not only did they have serious, unresolved roof leaks for nearly 6 months, that they refused to…read moreinform any of their renters. By the time I realized the issue, everything I owned in their climate controlled, air conditioned unit was covered in mold. When I addressed it, I was told to just file a claim with the renters insurance that I had purchased. The owners had No apologies, offered no compensation, no help dealing with the situation, nor any empathy whatsoever for what they had caused. Zero. I feel like this is what disappointed me most. The renters insurance covers $2,000 max. That didn't nearly cover the damages. My unit was not the only one affected. There were dozens of dozens of units affected by the mold. But if you need any more reasons to not rent from them, they hike up the renter's cost almost every month! And not by small amounts. Within a few years, the cost was DOUBLED.
