Long-time customer treated poorly by Assistant Manager Morgan. I've always had great experiences…read morehere until I dealt with her. What began as a simple question about why I'm paying $100 for a 5x7 unit when the standard rate is $54 escalated into her yelling at me and defensively justifying the overcharge. She claimed I should pay $100 simply because I'm an older customer, which makes no sense. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, she became argumentative and insisted that all customers pay more than the standard rate. For months, I've been paying $50 extra per month without asking for a refund--I simply requested my unit be adjusted to the standard rate (not even the new customer rate). Instead, she told me I'd have to move out of my unit and into an identical one to qualify for the lower rate. As a business owner myself, I would never tolerate an employee treating a loyal customer this way. Morgan's attitude is unprofessional, and this is not how long-term customers should be treated. I hope management takes appropriate action.

On top of that, the facility had water issues that damaged my property. When I decided to leave, I fully cleared the unit a day before the next charge date and told the front desk about it. The employee responded in a very arrogant way, saying it "might still get charged" but didn't explain why. He claimed he'd check the unit and close the account, but he never asked for my name, ID, or unit number -- so I have no idea how he planned to identify me or my contract. At the end I had to give him my unit number plus name. It really seemed like he didn't care and wasn't actually going to follow through. Honestly I would not come back to any public storage facility due to all these issues.

Jose, Walter and Joel packed out our 3100 sq foot house in just about five hours, and they couldn't have been friendlier, more professional, or more accommodating while they were doing it. We had a color-coded system in place, and they not only picked up on it immediately, they enthusiastically supported it throughout the evolution. We didn't have many requests, but those we did they responded to happily. They were extremely careful with all our belongings, and they left the house in great shape despite the obvious disruption. The next day, Jose, Joel and Gene (Jean?) came to load our HHG into the truck. They were done in exactly two hours! WAY quicker than we would have guessed. We hit Jose with a last-minute request to allow us to affix inventory numbers to all the boxes, and he happily accommodated the request, altering the order of goods going into the truck to allow us time to finish our inventory. Again, the three gentlemen could not have been more professional as they carried out their responsibilities. Jose made sure we had his number and he reviewed the plans for drop off to our storage unit the following day, so there would be no surprises ... which we REALLY appreciated. The unloading process was flawless too. I was active duty military for 33 years, and this is move number 12 for us ... so we've had some experience with this maneuver. This has been the absolute BEST all-around experience with a moving crew that we've had! And this is the FIRST one I'm actually paying for, so that's saying something!  I told Jose several times this has been about as stress-free a move as is possible. If I needed to move again in this area, I wouldn't even get several quotes - Ray the Mover gets it, hands down!

He said he move my dad in cape coral from one assisted living place to another and he then backed out an hour before ( after asking him a week before ) he said yes He showed up 3 hours earlier then he said he would and then left sent me a very confusint message saying " text this guy and Venmo him 350" I was panicked so I did He said I only take checks or cash but btw a week early he never asked me with payment to use -- so red flags for sure!! So I called highpoint and asked them to add the move again to my dads bill they said yes called ray back and he said we left and called me a liar (?) and then told me some other persons to Venmo! BEWARE: They DO NOT secure this facility and the property manager has unethical business practices…read more This Naples Storage Sense location was illegally withholding access to MY PAID STORAGE UNIT to purposely delay me from removing my items until tomorrow which is the 1st adding an additional full month of rent is due since rent is not prorated. THIS IS FRAUD! I arrived today 7/31/22 to move my items out of my storage unit and my access code didn't work. I was on the phone for over an hour with 3 different reps while waiting 2 hours outside in the hot sun WITH movers who were being paid by the hour! (You owe me for their time.) One rep gave me an "Emergency Use Only" code but it didn't work. The 3rd rep agreed that my rent was paid through the end of July and that my access code should work. BUT since I haven't prepaid for August, the property manager disabled my code and she wanted me to "come to the office tomorrow and she will help me." It does not matter if I have/haven't prepaid for August or if I have/haven't given a "written" notice to vacate. MY RENT IS PAID THROUGH THE END OF JULY AND I SHOULD HAVE ACCESS THROUGH THE END OF JULY! My contract clearly states that I will have access to my belongings and IF rent is not paid within 5 days of the due date then she can deny access. While waiting for help, a guy came out of the building. I asked if he was with the property manager. He said no. I asked him to let me in. He said he left the door cracked. Seems weird that he was in there for 2 hours - this is SW Florida in the middle of the summer and these are not climate controlled...but he wasn't. I discovered the back doors are UNLOCKED...they don't even have a lock on the handles!!! The conditions of this facility are nothing like represented on their social media pages. Also, I have a video showing that I left a clean unit so don't even try to charge for cleaning or damages.

PICTURES DO NOT LIE, SEE FOR YOURSELF. I rented a climate controlled unit for $638 per month and on 7/29/31 I discovered that the A/C was not working. I called and went to the property manager Napolean on 7/29/23, gave him a key and was told on 7/31/23 that the unit needed a new A/C . Gus the General Manager wouldn't approve the new unit and I had to drive every week from the east coast of Florida to check on my storage as NO ONE would call me back with an update. I have documents proving each call to customer care weekly with no resolution. Chris the regional manager NEVER called me at my request. I knew that my belongings could not continue to be stored in these hot conditions, therefore Ibhad to hire a moving company on 9/5/23 to remove my belongings and I want you to look at how my belongings were destroyed as they were left in a non climate controlled unit due to the AC NOT FUNCTIONING for 6 weeks. Dead rats, cockroachs, mold.....just discussing. For over 5 weeks I pleaded with storage sense to get the issue resolved before my things were ruined and NO ONE HELPED ME. I will be posting about this on social media., and ALL platforms to alert the public that if you care about your belongings DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. They had a lack of concern, nonchalant attitude, and just disregard the issues I had.

She asked all the important questions and provided me with key points of information that would be helpful for the move . She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service.
