Moses the store manager, has repeatedly had to deal with this problem, knowing that you agreed to the liability,gets him off the hook! He will even charge you for the rent due! We had to move in a hurry and this was the only place open with units available at the time, if I had a choice I wouldn't choose this place. I just about died of a heat stroke trying to get my stuff out of here before getting another $300 bill for another month. Air cooled units is a joke this place is deadly hot, with no a/c ( staff doesn't care because they sit in their little room where the ac actually does work so I doubt that they will fix the problem ever ), only 1 moving cart ( because people stole the rest of them ), no bathroom it's permanently out of order so they don't have to clean it), there's no access to any water or trash cans, and the elevator is on the brink of being unusable/dangerous. Someone is going to die or get seriously injured here due to lack of concern for customers safety. Avoid this place if you have a choice!!!!!!! read more

This place is really nice ! Great costumer service only thing I didn't like was I went in last night to ask a question 3 min before they closed and 2 ladies were leaving already so I approached them kindly and one of them was really rude she was screaming saying she was trying to go home and that to come back at 9 am and repeatedly screaming I thought I was very unprofessional of her and fucking rude she needs to be taught some manners and the other lady totally ignored us they need to be checked if not you guys going to loose lots of customers read more

Had my travel trailer burglarized twice within a couple months at this facility. Several other vehicles were also broken in to here. Very poor lighting and security cameras. Of course Extra Space Storage has no responsibility for break ins. You are on your own. I wouldn't recommend storing anything of value here. read more

Great customer service here. Moses was awesome. While waiting in the 110 degree weather for movers to arrive, he let me sit in the waiting room and Park my uhaul near my storage unit. The waiting room is clean and the units have forced air so you don't have to worry about your stuff melting in this Las Vegas heat. You have to use your access code to get to your unit and when you leave which is great. read more

Worked with a girl named Jasmin. The fees they advertise are incorrect. They advertise 1st month free rent but they charge you a sign up fee. Also whatever they quote you, add $10 for insurance that they force you to buy. I don't need insurance on holiday boxes and misc. but they make you buy it. They close at 6pm, I get there at 5:40 and they say it's to Late to sign up. I'm not buying a car! When you advertise 6 pm it should mean your open till 6pm for all services. I work at a bank and it would be unheard of to tell someone you can't withdraw your money because we're getting ready to close. Change your hours to 5:45pm. read more

Had to have my locks cut for 2 units. I show up and I am told by Jasmine that I need to make an appointment to have my locks cut because "they need to charge the batteries for the grinder". I told the her if that applies to all locations and she replies with a not so friendly tone "I can only speak for my location". That being said I proceed to make an appointment for the following day at 9:30 am. I was there at 9:25 and left at 10:40 and the office was closed, I called the branch and no answer. I called at 11:40 and someone answered and scheduled ANOTHER appointment for the following day at 9 am (a Saturday). I show up at 9 am and FORTUNATELY Jasmine is there, we go to cut the lock to the first unit and upon completion she walks back to the office. I followed her and waited and I see her begin to help a couple inquiring about a unit. I am puzzled and she looked at me and I asked "are we going to cut the second lock"? She said "can you go to the unit, i will be there in 10 mins". I proceed to do that, 30 minutes go by and I walk back to the office, to my surprise she was there helping an older gentleman get a new space. At this point I was boiling hot, i waited another 10 minutes and off we went to the second unit. Upon cutting the lock her battery died, I was asked to return in an hour as she needed her battery to charge. I left and came back an hour ago and she finally finished the job. This took 2 hrs and 45 mins of my Saturday morning and 1 hour and 15 minutes of my Friday when no one showed up. Why would they not keep the batteries fully charged all the time? Why wouldnt I get a courtesy call on Friday morning stating someone is running late? If no one will be onsite at least direct calls to another store so I don't wait for more than an hour on a hot summer morning? I would not recommend this branch, the branch on Pecos and Tropicana is the total opposite. I got their and the gal was very polite, cut the lock at that branch instantly. No need to make an appointment or wait for batteries to charge. AVOID BONANZA branch!!! read more
