I had to stop by the office to fill out my paperwork and show them my license and official get my unit. here is where the problem started... Paul the manager was so rude my brother wanted for us to leave. I had already paid online. While filling out paperwork Paul demanded I give them another persons name and number. I refused, He basically told me I was out out of line. He said we need som to call when you don't pay for the uni. I have never heard of such a thing. Again I already paid. My brother said let's go sone where else. Again I was tired and already paid. I know this is long. It was bothering me because his rudeness continue. I called and there was no answe. I wanted to report him to the owne. The next day Paul the rudest called me. I told him o wanted to speak to the owner and he responded that I was NEVER GOING YO EVER speak to the owner. I gave him a bad review on Facebook I screenshot it. He blocked me from the page. I'm hoping Scott the Owner see this. The fability is great clean brand new prices are fair. Paige is A sweet heart and Scott seems like a not afraid to work owner. When they eliminate Paul it will be friendly

So here is our unpleasant (to say the least) experience…read more We needed a UHaul to move a large outdoor wooden playset for our grandaughter, so we needed a 15/20 foot truck. Called UHaul they made a reservation for Friday the 28th of July at 3pm. I received my confirmation, no problem. I also received my online check-in. So filled out all the forms, printed & off we go. 1st glitch - right name of company - wrong address. It was the address of another UHaul. The man there was nice enough, gave me the correct address after looking at the reservation. So off we go to 26 Wapping Way. We get there, the building is open but the UHaul office is closed. Figuring someone has to come back to close the building we waited, after calling & hearing the office phone ringing. A very nice gentleman in an adjacent office noticed us & called the owner. He also told us the owner said he had no reservations for that day. When the owner arrived, he was to say the least unpleasant. He started giving me a song & dance about UHaul taking 17 trucks away & that he had no reservations. I asked him to please check since I had all my check-in & reservation paperwork. Umm - NOPE, I have no reservations. He also told me even if he did he had no trucks, the ones in the yard were all reserved. Yeah DUDE - one by me!!! He refused to even look up the reservation just got in his truck & drove away. The kicker we were able to obtain a truck from another UHaul (their review is coming/5 stars). When filling out the paperwork for that truck rental the owner pulled up my phone number. OH & guess what is there - my reservation for this place!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Owner is rude & a liar.

I initially did some moving…read morecompanies comparisons, and ultimately decided on Mozart as the background office staff was informative, courteous, professional and timely, and they answered all of my questions, that is a feat in itself. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice.
