I cannot recommend them highly enough. We hired My Movers Inc. for an interstate move (about 12 hours away.) After a short phone call, they responded with a rough estimate based on the size of our home the following morning, which was a great response time. They scheduled an in-person walkthrough that week, showed up on time, and had an itemized, specific estimate by the end of it. We were able to schedule the move then and there, and were given guidelines on how to pack our things for the move and what wasn't allowed (e.g. liquids, fragile loose items, etc.) on the truck. Movers showed up right on schedule and cleared our packed belongings and furniture in under 2 hours. Similar story for unloading: they arrived right on time, and got all our stuff off the truck in 2 hours. Even though we didn't have a ton of stuff, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to load and unload. Everyone we interacted with throughout the process was friendly and polite. We ultimately came in slightly under the original estimate, which may not always be the case, but I appreciate when a business estimates high. Pleasant surprises are always better than unpleasant ones. :)

The day of the move, the team showed up early and went right to work. These guys worked all day and were extremely polite. Early in the day they knew the job would not be completed that day. They came back on a Saturday with amazing attitudes, ready to go. The only thing that was broken was our fault. The guts were careful every step of the way. Great value, great service. I was supposed to get two 26 foot trucks and five movers at 8am. Only one truck showed up and four…read moremovers and they staryed at 9am. One of the movers told me he hadnt been to bed yet and asked if he could leave. I oocked up pizzas for them and had a full cooler for them. They told me they wouldnt be able to finish my move because they had another move to go to. And they didnt feel comfortable moving my piano. I had specifically asked for this service. They left boxes and furnishings stacked four deep on the front porch and left before I could make it back to the new house. I called corporate at 12pm and its just an AI system. Two hoirs later a woman called me and said theyd get their operations on it. At 4pm I hired two moving companies at an expense of $1300 to finish my move. It's now 8:45pm. It will take days just to put the boxes where they go.
