If your utilities were shut off Gail/Ulysses, you'd expect them back on immediately after payment, correct? Same for access to my property. I'm giving you 1 star because nobody has ever broke into my building so I'll give it to you for security. Do better and maybe I'll update my review Also communication is non existent. I've now realized my bill is over 108.00 more a month, then the going rate for a 10x10 building. Gail's solution, instead of helping me, was that I can rent a new unit at that price and move my stuff. There are 2 units that are full of stuff and the doors are wide open with stuff spilling out (1 is right behind the office in the A or B row), does that attract mice/rats?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of the actual employees that work onsite. Every one of…read morethem I've spoken with has been super kind and helpful. The issue I have is with whoever runs the business itself and whoever it is that allows the website to be so poorly done that I cannot make online payments using their website because there is a string of errors that pop up. I try to set up autopay, same problem. So they try to force me to make phone calls to make payments... which is a guaranteed $20(!) "convenience" fee. I even spoke with an onsite employee who told me she had spoken with others who were having similar problems when trying to make online payments. This is an incredibly predatory way to do things and I can't believe the higher-ups believe this to be okay. So I've been forced to make a huge payment, with late fees stacked on, because they neglect their website's coding so badly that people can't make payments using it. And then I call in to see what can be done and the customer service rep (who was also super sweet) told me I had to pay for the entire thing and then I could REQUEST to POSSIBLY have this waived or credited. I don't want anything credited, I want my money back for the lack of care towards customers. I'm sure that the people in charge don't care because they're making their money, but their practices are predatory and seem intentional when considering I've been trying to get this setup and fixed for at least 3 months now.

Wow Todd, still a nice way to talk to customers. I was taught that humans had a MOUTH not a MONTH…read more This is how the situation really happened. I called you on October 9, 2023, at 10:53 AM and left a message to tell you that I was pulling my boat out on November 6, 2023, to put it in winter storage. You called me back at 12:03 PM the same day and told me that I would have to pay for the entire month of November. I had no problem with that. You said that you normally get a 30-day written notice of departing your facility but since we were talking, you would accept the verbal notice (this should have been in your notes). My wife accidentally paid you twice and you admit it.  On November 6th I pulled my boat off your property and moved it to winter storage.  When I got home my wife told me about the double payment. I called you at 1:27 PM on November 6th to inform you about the double payment. You told me you posted the double payment for November and December, and I was covered for December storage fee even though I was not storing anything on your property, and you were not giving me my money back. I posted my review on YELP on November 6th to warn others of your corrupt business practice. You called me at 2:09 PM after reading the review on YELP on the 6th and left me a voice mail which included the following: "Hey Bruce, Todd Payne here, I went back and looked at all my records, NOTES, and everything and I don't see anything that you've notified me that you were leaving for 30 days but what I can do is take that EXTRA PAYMENT THAT YOUR WIFE MADE that I posted for December and KEEP IT and hold your spot for you. You'll start back up in the summer and make payments. Just give me a call back".  These are your words, Todd. You are admitting to keeping the extra payment and not returning my money even though you were notified in October. Why don't you have any records and I do. I am warning everyone to stay away, or you will have to shut your MONTH!
