My movers were supposed to arrive between 12-2pm (with the coordinator I spoke to saying it would most likely be 12), but they did not arrive until after 4pm. They were nice guys; but they didn't handle my stuff with care. I have nicks and a huge new scratch on my dresser -- I should've seen the red flag when they didn't wrap it (I've moved this dresser many times before and movers have always wrapped it) but just wanted to get the move over with. This dresser has stayed in perfect condition for several years and several moves, so I'm a bit heartbroken. I also have a hugeeeeee rip on my mattress (picture also attached). I'm unsure of how this will impact support and may have to buy an entirely new one. Throughout the process, I just felt very uneasy about how they were handling my stuff. They broke another one of items as well as a hallway light in my new apartment. I don't know if I have any recourse here because I noticed these things after they left, and don't have any before pictures. However, I'll try to get in touch with Blue Skies on Monday and update my review.

We were moving out of state and they left our home to go to the new house without saying anything to either me or my partner. This was a problem because we weren't finished and once we noticed they left, had to scramble to leave and a lot of stuff was left behind that we had to come back and deal with several times. 2. We had a new television that was mounted to the wall, they took it down and put it in the truck. Unbeknownst to us, they did not wrap it properly and the screen cracked and therefore it was ruined (see attached photos). We called to tell them about it, talked to someone in the office who assured us she would pass on the message when the manager returned to the office - they still have not gotten back to us - contacted 3 times over the last 2 weeks - about compensation/reimbursement for the damage. Additionally, they returned with a second truck the next morning and a few young men to help that on our observation should've been supervised more closely. This move was very expensive and we are disappointed about the poor customer service and lack of attention to our issue. We of course contacted the credit card company but are clearly disappointed in the customer service/lack of response.

The loaders did not secure, or pad a single piece of our furniture which all got damaged in transit. I didn't see it all till it was unloaded. The owner, Chris, implied that I should have told him sooner as if it were my responsibility to babysit his "professionals". These guys had no idea what they were doing and only cared about doing things quickly. I sent a slew of photos to the owner. He said he cut the guys that did our move but I want replacement furniture and my $1100.00 back. It appears he is ghosting me and has no concern for accountability or simply doing the right thing. i hope this review helps someone from making the mistake of hiring them. Upon arrival she said because of the size, that it would be an additional $50 to move our tv since there was no box (she explained it was so their insurance would cover it. But they broke the tv and after their insurance wouldn't give their money for their fault, we were stuck paying $700 for a move and then having to buy a tv for $600 to replace the one they broke. They asked for photos, said they would pay us in 30 days, and still haven't a month and a half later. We will have to take legal action against them but I wanted to warn everyone not to use them. They overcharge for random fees and are incredibly difficult if something happens.

I had one issue with the frankly crappy reassembly of my captain's bed. When the movers left, the bed was bowed, drawers would not close completely and the slats were falling out or not fitting in at all. I reported the problem to Serena and it was corrected promptly. A crew came and reassembled the bed to eliminate the problems. Finally, Serena is the best. She is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. I would recommend this business almost entirely as a result of the superior service she provided.
