I did not have an intro rate and they advised me that rates are subject to change at their whim. So now I have one month to move out. For a storage rental business they must understand this is hard for many people and that's exactly how they exploit their customers. Avoid this place!!!! It also has no heat or AC so anything you store could suffer from weather. And the carts are always missing.

Just so you guys know - if you store things here, it could be stolen. It's not a secure facility and they completely dismiss any concerns about their security practices. It's not worth the rent you're paying.

The facility was clean, organized, and clearly well-maintained -- everything looked intentional and professionally run from the moment I arrived. The customer service really stood out. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell the team takes pride not only in the space itself but also in how they treat people. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Small things -- clear communication, a smooth process, and a friendly attitude -- made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It's obvious there's strong leadership and a culture of accountability behind the scenes. Businesses like this are becoming harder to find, and it's worth recognizing when a company consistently delivers professionalism along with genuine courtesy. I'll absolutely be returning and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run operation.

Very shady business practices!…read more Did you also get roped in with their "promotional pricing" promising a 40% off rate that expires soon if you don't lock it in now? Don't be fooled, their entire business model is built off of deception. They got me in the door during a big move where I downsized. Filled a 10x10 to the brim and on my third month was told that "due to low supply of 10x10 units the price was going from $67 to $136 due to market demand." I kindly asked if it was normal to have 203% increase on the rate and was told to refer to page 15 of the contract I signed in which they can change the rate at any time. Asked for them to email me a copy for review and found that verb-age nowhere to be found. During my next trip to my unit I asked a few other customers I ran into and heard the same thing.. one guy told me very angrily that he'd been a customer for almost 10 years and they do that every 3-6 months with the same excuse. Would not recommend unless you're prepared to be bamboozled right when you're comfortable with your decision.

Do not rent here unless you want to waste a ton of money for someone else to ruin your things! I…read morehave been paying for a 10x10 climate controlled unit to store my belongings for the last 12 years. Not only has the rent gone up between $30-$80 a month the last 12 years, when I went to the facility to retrieve something I found about 2/3 of my belongings covered in mold (pretty much everything that wasn't stored in plastic containers) The girl in the office that day (she was very nice, I will say that) took some photos and filed an incident report. The manager then called me the following Monday and basically informed me that CubeSmart is not responsible for damaged property, to contact the insurance. After a week of back and forth with the insurance company (Great American, which was the company CubeSmart suggested when we began our rental in 2012) they claim that the policy doesn't cover any type of water damage. So I am basically screwed out of 12 years of payments (I started at $95 in 2012 and up until I termed my rental this week, I was paying $442 a month. Do the math, it's over 5k, and that's just for this year!) as well as the cost for all of my furniture and other ruined items I had to throw away. I could have just stored my belongings in my garage and ruined them for free. There is definitely a damp musty feeling in the building that claims to be "climate controlled" as well as mildew forming on the outer locks on multiple units near mine, as the pictures below show. I had brought this to the attention of an employee a few years back but she claimed the moisture was from the carpets being cleaned and the mold was "just dust". The carpets have since been removed, if it was because of a mold issue, we were never informed.
