Premises are always clean and well maintained, issues with the gate and elevators are always addressed within hours. PEOPLE is the unpleasant experience at this place, it is common to see trash left by people around the main entrance, damages, and even big drops of paint. Too bad. I wish the price paid for the units would stay the same at least for a full year, but rent increases happen every 6 months. No matter what, I find this location very convenient, being a mile distance from home.

I removed 7 full moisture absorbers from my unit today and added in 5 big tubs and 15 smaller in tub moisture absorbers. I'm paying for climate controlled and having to spend an additional $200 on moisture absorbers which I shouldn't have to given I'm paying for a climate controlled unit. There definitely seems to be lack of proper property management and corporate leadership at this facility. They seem to be unwilling to replace the air conditioners after 6 months of dealing with this problems that I only was made aware of by my own doing the end of September. I'm trying to resolve this matter to no avail. I'm giving management and leadership 48 hours to contact me to resolve this or I'm going to the investigator News reporter because you are defrauding customers not suppling the services I'm paying for.

I did not have an intro rate and they advised me that rates are subject to change at their whim. So now I have one month to move out. It also has no heat or AC so anything you store could suffer from weather. And the carts are always missing.

(Not that this happened to me -- OK, obviously, it did.) Some years back I had to put an apartment full of stuff (including several hundred books) into storage, pronto, and a friend who kept some of her belongings there suggested Vernon, for which I am extremely grateful. The storage units are large and secure, and I was able to fit everything into one unit. It was just about the only thing that worked well at a crummy time. I've kept the unit for the past four years, with no problems at all. The rates are great and the people who work there are really nice and friendly. It's month-to-month, so at some point when I need all that stuff again, I can go and get it, without breaking a contract and paying a fee. That's handy, too.
