I called the company for a refund, telling them I needed the money because I had no job and will be rehabing my knee for at least 6 months. I was told I had to wait one year for it due to policy. I should have pursued it further at that time but had so much going on, tucked it away. Well it is now one year later and they refuse to refund me. I sent them the bank statement showing the deposit sent. It is over $1500! I have contacted the BBB and the FTC. My next step is to go to ABC7 news to try to get my refund. This company is a scam! No one EVER answers the phone or emails until you threaten with following up with the BBB. Run far away from them!!
