Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. It's much less stressful than standing in line at the Post Office.

The items were moved in a landscaping truck, and Rick (DM) refused to provide me with any liability insurance. The movers were extremely careful and kind with our belonging because they knew of our troubles, however Rick was rude and condescending on the phone when planning, and refused to provide any proof of insurance for our belongings being moved as well as refused to pay or approve a certified moving company. Although we loved our movers (Adil and his team), the District manager made it difficult on us and Adil. I do not recommend this location, nor any location under the District Manager Rick. Explain to me how at $140 an hour, I get charged $831 for a 4 1/2 hr job? 4 x $140 =$560 plus $70 for the half hour =$630. Now deduct the $140 I paid for travel expenses as the deposit. The total I should've paid was $490!!!!!!! How'd I get charged almost an EXTRA $400?! They wrote the hours worked but added some arbitrary numbers. Waited in my apartment until I was able to come up with the sum from a family member. They just stood around in silence holding us hostage in our home until they were able to successfully ROB us AGAIN for the extra funds. It was ridiculous enough when we went to look for our pre-rolled joint that was meant for us as our move in celebration, only to find a F#%*!~ chip in it's place. Did we have chips in the building?
