The people they hire are VERY RUDE, and I agree with other reviewers, have TOO MUCH ATTITUDE. The office area was tinted so that you could not see who was inside and what they are doing. On several occasions when I went into the office, it smelled of weed. (Don't be a hater, I don't care if you smoke, but not on work hours). We had taken a second storage unit recently and I was locked out a week after I signed the contract. They stated I did not sign the contract (which I did because I had the email copy)- I was forced to sign a new contract for the same unit. One month later, my unit went from 87 dollars to 137. I witnessed people sleeping in their units, mice droppings in the units, and the "environment control" on the second floor is pretty much non-existent. We are trying to resolve our storage needs and I would run, not walk away if I could.

I asked where was my notification idiot actually said they sent a post card. everything else is done by email everything but not your 55% price increase that's done through 1980s post card wow! took everything out next day and they wouldn't credit me for the 28 days left so I said leave it open and they closed it so they can try to rent it while I'm still actually paying for it... stay away!!
