Just so you guys know - if you store things here, it could be stolen. It's not a secure facility and they completely dismiss any concerns about their security practices. Contacting their customer service email does very little as well - it's been a month since I reached out to their customer care address and they haven't provided any substantive response. It's not worth the rent you're paying.

I stopped by the office to let person on duty, Raphael, know that I vacated 3 days early and that my son had broken a clay pot and was a little bit of it left on the floor so he would need a broom and dust pan. I pay $5.99 a month for 'cleaning' or sweeping and over time have paid about over $300 for this. Stored there and paid over $4500 so far. He says ..and I thought kidding...oh I can give you a broom. He was serious. Then says he is on lunch. If on lunch why didn't he put a sign out back in 30 and go in back room...nope...is behind the desk/computer. ..how would anyone know he is on lunch? They also started charging think is 1.5% if you use a credit card to pay. Guessing there are 200 units. So each month they are charging $6 a mth for sweeping ..so $1200 plus most people use credit cards. I am sorry but did eventually curse. These corporations are pinching every penny they can from customers they can. Will be out of there soon completely.

I was very nervous to pack up and move after living in my apartment for several years and they were immensely helpful!
