So don't waste your time unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. He almost broke a piece of furniture because he was too lazy to disassemble it completely. I did it myself. They broke large piece of furniture by over tightening screws so much they went completely through the furniture. They broke our treadmill. They had no care for our property and were very slow to move out of the house. Asked for pieces of furniture we were discarding and then decided they didn't want it at 8 pm at night so I had no way to get rid of it now. Then the manager through a tantrum about having to move it on the truck. I can't leave it here so just do your job. To add insult to injury, they took 2.5 weeks to deliver our stuff 6 hours away. No communication unless I called first. Kept saying they needed to combine trips with another shipment. Finally arrived, no text for confirmation, as promised. Turns out they had broken down trucks that meant they couldn't bring it. I don't know how this company has good reviews. Just horrible service all around. DO NOT USE.

An arm broken completely off a chair and wrapped separately is pretty egregious. Multiple items broken and missing. I guess that is not surprising when prescription drugs are stolen and consumed during the pickup, my house was damaged, and a driver was very disrespectful to my wife. The inventory person put every letter of the alphabet on every item to shirk any responsibility during transit. Item #1, a large sofa, didn't make it on the truck and had to have a separate delivery. It was left in Massachusetts! Terrible company- do not use!
