We knocked multiple times, waited, and even called the office phone several times with no response. After contacting corporate to report the issue, the same employee suddenly called me back claiming he had been there the entire time -- which was clearly not the case. When I finally spoke with him, he was extremely unprofessional, mocking what I said instead of addressing the issue seriously. His behavior was immature, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for someone representing a national company. I've already reported him to corporate for his conduct, and I sincerely hope they review his behavior and take corrective action. This location desperately needs better management and staff who actually care about customers. I've rented from this company for close to 30 years, always my go to for storage. Never again.
