I got great service at this place from Cesar. He was courteous, diligent and took care of the details including refilling my tank and billing. You just drive up and park by the trucks and press the button for service. I was charged ~$4.50 for refilling a 5lb tank. You can buy a new prefilled 20lb there for under $60. They will not refill the smaller 1lb refillable (eg Flame King 1lb refillable).. you'll have to do that on your own. Overall, great service I was in and out in under 10 minutes . read more

I have had this company for five plus years, for that time they have been fine and good to work with. I moved and was looking to discontinue service this is where it got complicated. I called multiple times over the last few months in regard to my bill. Without my knowledge they double my tank rental. Unfair as that may seem that isn't the reason for the review. When I called they informed me that someone from sales would call me to explain/cancel service. Now they are not calling me back and still charging me. read more

Initially I was upset with gas company's in general BUT Andrew went ABOVE and BEYOND! Our last gas company was god awful! PCP has taken their business and we're able to service me a fresh tank immediately! We now have HOT WATER(waited over a week w/out gas from other company). I'm BLOWN AWAY at how amazing andrew was and how fast he came as well as how nice he was! He even helped us get the furnace pumping again and offered to fix my central heating in my house!?! I want to say Pacific Coast Propane is a pretty freakin amazing company. We have been using them for about 6 months and have not had any issues. They came over within 15 minutes and Cody was the nicest most professional person to work with. I wasn't even a customer before then and he treated me as if I was a long time valued customer.
