Joe Landry had install the springs on my garage door a few years ago. The springs came a little loose over the years so the door was not working properly. I called him Friday afternoon 4/10 and he came first thing on Saturday morning 4/11 to tighten the springs. He did not charge me anything for service. He also told me that he will find me the lens cover for my garage door opener. I will highly recommend Joe to anyone for their garage needs. read more

They were able to come out the same day that I called to provide me a quote. They were affordable and professional! Very satisfied!

I had a problem with my garage door. I am a very handy guy myself, but the problem appeared to be something that needed professional service. I called Joe and over the phone, he patiently walked me through a few steps that helped me fix the problem by myself and avoided the service charges. That was very nice of Joe putting the customer first and spending time talk to me. Of course, needless to say he knew exactly what was going on as well, I would recommend him highly. read more

I created an account, just to make this review. I called yesterday around 5:30 PM, to see about setting an appointment within the next week or so. My garage door was not opening properly and the gentleman asked me to give a brief description of my issue. When I was done, he told me to grab a flathead screwdriver, a ladder or stool and he walked me through adjusting my door motor on the spot. I was ready to pay for someone to come over and take care of this issue, because I know nothing about these things. Within 5 minutes of starting this call, my door was fixed. This is the best part: I asked if I could make some sort of online payment, to make sure that he was paid for helping me out. He said "Don't worry about it. I'm here to help when I can." He could have made an appointment, come out and messed around for an hour, to justify charging a good amount. Instead, he gave me an immediate resolution, with no expectation of payment. This experience was unlike anything I've experienced when dealing with any type of home repairs. I will now refer any garage door business that my friends and family might need, to this company. Great job, Express!!! read more

Joe Landry did an exceptional job repairing our garage door. He repaired the cable and then noticed the frame was not in line. Another repair person might not have taken the time or made the effort that Joe did to make sure everything was working correctly. We appreciate his outstanding work! Joe wore a mask and distanced because of Covid 19. read more

Joe answered the phone each time I called. (I called several times to discuss the work and schedule) No answering service, no call back 3 hours later; the owner on the phone when I called, every time. Awesome. He gave we a fair price over the phone and stuck to it. Then he came at 5pm on a Sunday evening to fix a broken garage door spring. Super nice, friendly and did the work very quickly and cleanly. Don't mess around with other companies that won't care about you. Joe is legit!!! read more

Joe Landry is a pro. He knows his trade better than anyone else I have come across. It's that simple.

5+ stars for Joe Landry! Called Joe at 6PM, and he rolled up to my house at 6:30!! Garage door cable came off and knocked the rollers off the rail. Joe had to reset the torsion assembly, reset the bottom brackets, and some other stuff. He took the time to explain everything and answer my stupid questions. Extremely easy going and easy to talk with. I was EXTREMELY pleased with his labor rate, too! Probably the most honest and fair contractor I've ever dealt with. Highly recommended! read more

Simply this team are machines. They started a difficult 3 garage door project that had many years of neglect at 1pm and worked straight for 7 hours until it was completed. It's great when each team member knows exactly what to do. Joe and his sons know their trade! Referrals will be coming their way! read more

Set up an appointment 4 days in advance and was told to expect service between 0900-1100. Was told they would call the day of the service to let me know what time they would come. At 1030, still nothing heard. Called to find out what was going on and got an answering machine. Decided to bring my business elsewhere (and for a cheaper price). Not sure how their service is, but their reliability and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. read more

Fantastic service. My wife called me at work and said there was an issue with our garage door. I searched Yelp and found Express Garage Doors and called and left a message. Very pleased with Joe's service. I needed to replace 2 garage doors (1 double, 1 single). He beat the local franchise's price by 1/3rd for the exact same doors. He got me samples right away and I had new doors replaced within a week of ordering. He and his sons were right on time, professional and made sure to clean the doors and the area around the garage before they left. Could not have been more pleased. Do not hesitate to contact Express Garage Doors for your garage door needs (maintenance as well as replacement). read more

I had called Joe Landry several months ago and he walked me through a couple of steps to fix the door which also meant that he did not have to make a house call or get paid. I called him again about a broken spring last Saturday morning and he came out later that day to identify what work needed to be done and gave me a fair price. He was able to come out late the following Monday afternoon with his sons and completed the job and a few minor repairs in about an hour. The workmanship is superior and Joe and his sons are friendly, fair, and efficient. I recommend Express Garage Doors wholeheartedly! read more

The coil on my garage door broke Tuesday evening, so I called Express Garage Doors to come take a look at it. Mr. Landry came out the next morning to diagnose the problem. I also wanted to upgrade my current opener. He was very courteous, took his shoes off before entering my house. He said that his sons could come that same day at around 2pm to fix everything. A few minutes later, he called me back and said they could come EARLIER so I wouldn't have to take that much time off of work. His sons arrived at 1pm, and got right to work. It took them a couple of hours to replace the coil and install the new garage door opener. They set up the key pad and walked me through all the new technology that came with the new system. I would highly recommend Mr. Landry and his sons. read more

As luck would have it, our garage door decided to pop a wheel and come off the track late on a Sunday afternoon. I called Express Garage Door intending to leave a message so I could get a return call first thing Monday morning. Mr. Landry returned my call within 30 mins of leaving the message. He offered to come that day but we were out running errands. He gave me a 2 hour window for the next morning, arrived promptly and was clearly very knowledgeable. He explained the issue with the garage door and soon had it repaired and running smoothly. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Mr. Landry. read more

I had to have my garage door fixed and my next door neighbor recommend Express Garage Door. The gentleman that showed up was the owner and was absolutely fantastic. He fixed my door AT NO CHARGE where other companies told me that I would need a whole new garage door at about $1200! I couldn't believe it. He did the same for my neighbor years ago. I would recommend him over and over and over again. He took his time and did what he knew was the right thing to do. It just shows that there are still people out there that care and won't rip you off. read more
