We used Express Flooring for new flooring throughout our house. Justin came and went over options and we picked a flooring, he took our deposit and we set a date for instillation. We later asked for a breakdown of costs, materials, fees etc. but were told they don't do that. The instillation crew were fantastic and did a great job on instillation. During instillation, we decided that the quarter round did not look as good as we thought. So we decided to just use caulking. We asked for reimbursement but had no one answer for days. Finally after threatening legal action, the salesman, Justin contacted us and said that they sell packages and if we choose not to use a particular part of it, there is no reimbursement. We just spent $26,000+ on this. Very disappointed with communication at this point. The office people were rude answering our questions. Now no one will get back to us. Every time we call we always get the same person who states he feels bad but the managers are busy and will call us back. I got an estimate with Express Flooring June 18. The rep gave me a really good deal. I was getting 90% of my condo done with flooring. They never send me the contract of what the price would be. I emailed an architectural form for express flooring to fill out for my HOA. From June till October I called every other week to ask the status of the form. Every time I called the customer service reps were like, " Mr. Morales, I am so sorry that is not okay, let me send the person, Cory H/Danny Coker/Cory Durham a message and email." All 20 plus calls were never returned. I only got the Danny or Cory D a few of the multiple calls, because the customer service reps were able to get them on the phone, only to be given the same story. I finally went with floor Daddy. The architectural form was still a little bit of a challenge. The difference between express flooring and Floor Daddy was floor daddy called me back with questions about the form, so the misunderstanding was resolved. Before the Floor Daddy rep left my condo from the estimate he broke down the pricing of the install. I signed the contract and he emailed it to me. The price I got from floor daddy was about 100 dollars cheaper and they did my entire condo and some extras, like replacing my floorboards and paining them. From the time floor daddy did my in home quote to completion it took less than a week. Express flooring really let me down, but Floor Daddy rescued me. read more

They dinged my walls, messed up my baseboard, took a month to do a job that they promised would take a day, didn't show up on three different occasions, cost me a half of a day of work, and took forever to return calls. They promised to give me a discount due to the extreme inconveniences they caused me. However, I haven't seen any refund at all. It's impossible to get answers from them. They are an awful company to deal with. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review of any business until now. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do floors for you. We had LVP and new baseboards installed. Our sales person was Larry. He did a great job helping us pick out a color that ended up looking great! We were told the installation and demo would take 1 to 1.5 weeks, but they were done in 3 full days. There were a few small spots where the sheet rock tape was pulled back near where the baseboards were replaced, but was fixed in a few minutes. Overall both the sales person and installation crew ended up doing a great job overall! I have not had to use their customer service yet so I can't comment on that. I'm a bit apprehensive as I can see the bad reviews, but so far the experience has been a good one... I'll update this review if that changes. read more

They came in looked at the area and said more materials were needed. however, it had been measured at first visit from rep . We scheduled a home visit. The tech arrived in a timely manner, measured our 2 bedrooms and brought in carpet samples. He claims they only use commercial grade carpet with a 45-year warranty. The tech never gave us a straightforward answer on what the price per sq ft was on the carpet or the pad. The before sales price was $10k.......after all the discounts the total came to about $2,900.... The carpet samples that were brought in did not look very expensive. The tech kept trying to sell us on the 45-year warranty and lifetime install warranty!!! Can't believe people fall for this!! Short of flooring material a 1 inch x 6 ft needed. He called for assistance but his coordinator at lunch, wouldn't help. I called and was told it's procedure to to request more more product, it's installers fault he was short when it was sales guy who measured the rooms. Broken Air Conditioning duct, used my tools and broom, left furniture outside, loud vulgar music played during install. I had new carpeting installed in three rooms on October 28, 2025, which I was eagerly anticipating. My husband and I were delighted to have new carpeting and floorboards installed, as we had been saving and anticipating this day for an extended period. When the final day arrived, we were surprised, disappointed, and left entirely unfulfilled. Initially, when only two individuals arrived to relocate all the furniture and carpet from three large rooms, we experienced some concern. However, we chose not to judge prematurely and allowed them to carry out their responsibilities without interference. They immediately commenced work and began shifting the furniture with apparent ease. That was until they required tools to disassemble my bed and my husband's bed, at which point they approached us to request tools, as they did not possess any themselves. One of the individuals stated that his dog consumed all of his instruments. To facilitate the continuation of the work, my husband had to retrieve his tools and hand them over to the installers. At that time, we learned that they would be unable to install our floorboards due to a lack of the necessary instruments, and another individual would be arriving in a day or two to complete the installation, as they did not possess the appropriate equipment. Once the furniture had been removed from the rooms and the old carpet began to be taken out, one individual was working in one room while another was in a different room to expedite the process. which we sincerely appreciated. That was until they activated their soundtrack. A young man was listening to explicit rap music that contained highly descriptive language regarding what women should do to his genitals. All of this music was being played within earshot of my 17-year-old daughter, and she was able to hear it. which caused her significant discomfort. I was oblivious of the music because I was listening to my own classical compositions while working on graduate school assignments; had I been aware of it, I would have mentioned it at the time. Then, upon removing the old carpet, they required a broom but again did not have one and had to use ours. Once the carpet was installed, it appeared very attractive, and we were satisfied with its appearance. That was until we observed that they failed to secure the old carpet to the new carpet in one area. Then, when my husband went to clean the air conditioning return filters (which are located on the ground) to remove any carpet fragments that may have fallen in, he observed that one filter was significantly disheveled. Upon further inspection, he discovered that the air conditioning duct was damaged as if someone had fallen through it, and neither of us had been informed of this issue. After the new carpet was installed, the installers promptly repositioned the furniture, to the extent that some furniture was left outside, and they appeared to be in a hurry to depart. Once my husband observed that the air conditioning duct was damaged, I had to go outside to request the installers to return and inquire about the incident. Upon being asked, they ultimately acknowledged that the female installer had fallen through. They stated that they would contact the establishment to inform them to address the matter. We contacted customer service immediately after their departure on 10/28, and as of 11/8, the issue remains unresolved. We were advised to have our air conditioning service provider visit and provide us with a repair estimate, as our unit is brand new and they are not an HVAC specialist. We have attempted to contact Express Flooring multiple times through calls, emails, and text messages with photographs, but without success. Initially, they appeared genuinely concerned about the incident and expressed a desire to address it promptly. However, they now seem completely indifferent. We have been informed that Bonnie is our installation manager. We have emailed and texted her photographs of all the carpet issues and the air conditioning repair estimate directly to her. Additionally, we have left messages requesting a return call, but she has not responded. At this stage, we are contemplating engaging our attorney to arrange for the repair of our air conditioner and to seek a partial refund for the carpet installation. Although we were informed that their installers are subcontractors, we were also assured that they possess over five years of experience, are licensed, insured, and bonded. However, obtaining reparations for the damages they caused has proven to be more troublesome than expected. I regret not reviewing feedback before proceeding with the carpet installation through Express Flooring. Instead of providing the detailed written quote promised on the company's website, he pressured us with shifting verbal prices: first $49,000, then $33,000, citing "extra supplies," $17,000 if we allowed a yard sign and signed within a week, and finally $11,000 after a staged phone call, but only valid for 30 minutes. He refused to leave a written estimate, product information, or even a business card. He was rude when he left, saying we had wasted his time. photos I hired express flooring to install laminate flooring. They started September 2nd. When they took off my baseboards they left all the nails sticking up, they knew I had pets. What if you have small children My brother a Law came over to my home and removed all the nails and put the boards outside where they belong. In my master bedroom they used a cardboard box to cover up a soft spot. They also replaced my toilet. They installed it on a rotten sloped floor so it wasn't level or even bolted down. I reported it and they came back a week later to lift it and fix the floor, they didn't replace the seal after it was lifted and installed it's been a nightmare for me. My toilet wasn't flushing correctly because you need to replace the wax seal every time you lift a toilet.They did not. Again I reported it to Jairon to e project manager and he told me they will be back to put a new wax seal. A week later they came without the wax seal. Installer lifted my toilet and it was all backed up with Shit!!! They didn't want anything to do with it so I had to take a puddy knife and dig it all out it was all clogged up. Then I had to go to Atwood's to buy a new seal. It was their unprofessional work that caused all this. They also backed their van up into my outside light and didn't even have the decency to tell me or even an apology. My brother an Law has been in construction for 30 plus years, he said they were trying to take the easy way out. I'm deeply disappointed with my experience with this company here in Las Vegas; it has been nothing short of a disaster since I will have to hire someone else to fix their negligence. Despite their promises, they ultimately failed to deliver on quality and professionalism. From the beginning, it felt like they were taking advantage of homeowners like myself, with no regard for the services they were supposed to provide. Communication has been virtually nonexistent, as they've ignored my concerns and failed to respond to my inquiries. The workers they sent were unskilled and uninvested in the project, resulting in a final product riddled with imperfections. The grout work alone is evidence of this, and I have attached photos to share their quality. I paid a high price expecting quality work, and if I had known this would be the result, I would have taken on the project myself. My review is on the Las Vegas location. Firstly, they don't have a showroom! Also, my dad was a huge part of this process as I'm just a naive millennial and have never had to work with businesses and contractors regarding renovations before. My dad's a boomer, so he has plenty of experience. Anyway, after meeting with a couple of businesses (COSTCO, I'm side-eyeing the businesses you're partnering with) and getting quotes that we're $30-40k for flooring, sales with Express Flooring worked with us regarding our options. My dad mostly worked with Corey & Jesus on the back end and Hector & Andres for the actual construction. I have to give praise to Hector and Andres. They were QUICK and I had my doubts (and concerns) when Hector mentioned he can get the job done in 3 days. Unfortunately, they found an issue regarding the leveling? of a portion of the home which ended costing us a few hundred but glad they let us know rather than ignoring it. They ended up completing the whole house (1840 sq feet, 3 bed, 2.5 baths) in 4 days!! So far, no glaring issues from my stand point and for the amount we paid, they far exceeded my expectations. Now, for the sales part. I'm so grateful for my dad for his help with regards to checking the work diligently and pointing out his concerns. For example, we noticed that the corner baseboards looked very rough/raw and didn't look completed. Turns out, the sales team failed to include the corner pieces, even though we discussed and approved the choices prior. Unfortunately, that added another cost to the project. Avoid these people like the plague. Express Flooring does not have a showroom where you can compare types and quality of carpet. A salesperson works out of their car, comes to your home and carries in an armload of carpet swatches. Our salesman said he had been selling carpet for a few months after years of selling used cars. Seriously. It made sense after hearing his sales pitch which was very vague. He measured the area to be carpeted and came up with 1,155 square feet for which he quoted a total price of over $17,000. But wait, that was a commercial price and the residential retail price was around $15,000. But wait, if I signed a contract immediately he would reduce the price to $10,500. We told him we were looking at several companies and within a day or two came down to $6,100, tax and installation included. The installation crew was cordial but the work was very shoddy; exposed seams amd carpet simply stapled to the stairs. We had wood risers installed on the stairs and had to have the installer return to rip out and replace some of the carpet but he refused to replace one riser that had been pieced together instead of using a single board. This company wants nothing more than to make a quick sale. I was unable to reach the salesman in the days after the initial visit since his voice mailbox was full. Obviously he doesn't return anyone's calls. I then tried to contact his sales manager but was told he had left town for 5 days and left his phone at home. Not a good thing for a sales manager who had started working for the company one month ago. I was also told that Express Flooring employs and trains their own installation crews. This is not true, the installers are independent contractors. My advice is to take your time and shop around. Express Flooring is what is commonly known as a fly-by-night operation. Very poor communication from the company and crew. We had a time set for arrival from 2-4PM. Our home is a townhouse and the sq.footage of carpet is around 550. I made several calls to the company when the crew did not show on time. They finally arrived at 5:30PM. Since we had removed most of the pad ourselves, we thought it might be possible to get it done. Well, it got done at 12:30 AM with two of my family helping to clean and move furniture. The crew came unprepared. We had to supply broom, dustpan, trash bags, and our vacuum to get up the mess. They had a vacuum for when the carpet was installed. They told us no one gave them a phone number and they drove around the complex completely lost until my daughter flagged them down. My three neighbors were not happy and one of them was really annoyed as their kids were young. My granddaughter did not get her bed back together until 1:00AM. I called the next day and got no response. One of their people gave me a case # and I did get someone's name and #to call. I spoke to her once snd emailed her 4-5 times. She was supposed to talk to her superiors and get me a compensation for all the issues. I gave not been called back. Warning....the BBB rating is 4.5 and the reality is a big ZERO. Larry was our sales rep and he was very pushy-of course he wants to make a sale. So we went ahead and proceeded because they said they would do it fast. The workers arrived the next day and were very nice. Everything was done in about 5 days HOWEVER they left behind a little whole in the wall and didn't put back the door stoppers. UPDATE: First, I want to clarify that my floor was installed in March of 2023. Between the installation and January of 2025, for reasons outside of my control, my home was occupied for probably a total of five months. EF has repeatedly advised me that they feel too much time went by before I brought the problem to their attention. The warranty on the installation was for a period of two years and I filed my claim in January of 2025. Regardless of whether I filed the claim in the second month or the 22nd month of the warranty, I believe they are obligated to honor the terms of their contract. Obviously, the floor became dusty during the unoccupied months, but it was not "lived on" due to the house being empty. I don't feel there is a legitimate argument that the problem was made worse because of the amount of time that has gone by. After I published my negative review, I received two phone calls from two different EF representatives. An appointment was made for the EF Quality Assurance rep who originally inspected my floor at the beginning of February 2025 to come and clean it on a Thursday. Both EF representatives advised they would call and follow up with me on Friday. The EF representative arrived promptly at noon and seemed surprised that most of my furniture had been moved out of the room, which made me question if he was going to be cleaning the entire floor. I will say that he worked very hard on the floor, but after approximately 4 hours, he was only able to remove the adhesive from about one-fourth of the floor. I think EF underestimated what it was going to take to remove the adhesive. I understood that the QA Rep had another customer obligation on Friday and could not return. He advised he would text me with another cleaning date. I heard nothing on Friday. I did not receive any follow-up calls from either EF representative and I did not receive a text with a new cleaning date. I was left hanging once again. On Friday evening, I decided to schedule an appointment with a professional floor cleaning service for Monday afternoon. On Monday morning, I received a text from Express Flooring advising me my next appointment would be on Wednesday from 1 to 3. On Monday afternoon, the professional floor service arrived and after inspecting the floor advised me that they would not touch it. The chemicals that they would need to use to remove the adhesive would ruin the floor. They recommended I continue to try to work with the original installer. Obviously, I was disappointed. I also decided that the frustration and aggravation of trying to work with EF just wasn't worth it. After two months of numerous attempts to have the issue addressed, they finally wore me down and I decided I was done and I put my home back in order. I advised EF that I wanted to cancel the appointment and I did decline/refuse any further visits and/or service from Express Flooring. I did ask for a refund and they are unwilling to give me one. They have expressed a willingness to continue to work with me, but I am no longer willing to work with them. Once again, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Express Flooring to do your homework before you sign an agreement. Take the time to read all of the reviews that have been posted by their customers. Granted there are many positive ones; but there are just as many (if not more) negative reviews from unhappy and regretful customers. read more

My husband contacted them and after weeks of going back and forth and waiting around, someone finally came out to look at the flooring and tried to blame us for the lifting. They finally agreed to fix the issue, they sent someone out and to our surprise the initial install was done incorrectly so now the whole house needed to be replaced. We've been waiting for over a week for April Pierson to get back to us, she won't even answer our calls anymore, as well as Rose and Jay. We've asked to speak to a supervisor and my husband was told they don't have supervisors or upper management to assist. So now we have our son's bedroom with no flooring, just cement, the other bedroom the floor is lifted and we've been left in limbo. And all while still having to make payments on the floor. Express Flooring sales rep bragged about how the seam would not be in the middle of our living room and would not be visible. The seam is right down the middle of the living room and is the first thing you notice when walking in the front door. Installer returned and made it worse. Now the company will not respond to my calls. We cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone based on our experience. Buyers should consider a company that does a better job at valuing a quality install and has better customer service. We think the photos speak for themselves. Update: April from Express Flooring contacted us about our issue. She was very responsive to our issue sending out an inspector to look at our seam. Once that was done April sent an install crew back to the house. The installers replaced all the carpet in the living and the seam is invisible. Although it took a little effort to get things moving, Express Flooring took care of the situation to our complete satisfaction. We now feel comfortable recommending them. Everything was HORRIBLE! I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience, lack of workmanship, and disregard of customer dissatisfaction from your management (Juliet) who won't even call me after the project mgr asked her to. This one last issue has now put me over the edge. After being told by the consultant that the loan was no payments and no interest for 12 months, after reading the loan info I specifically asked the consultant if he was sure the loan was NO PAYMENT AND no interest for 12 months and told him that I DO NOT want monthly payments at this time but I could have the loan paid off within 12 months before interest was added. He ASSURED me that it was a no monthly payment loan and even showed me verbiage stating as such. Now I receive paperwork from lender stating that I have to pay $300+ monthly. This is extremely difficult and a financial burden and I am furious that I was lied to about this matter. This is extremely deceitful and I will be reporting this to the BBB since no one at your company seems to care about your customers at all. This is all a scam. Their own employees even talk bad about the company and admitted to the work being done sloppy. I've attached a text message from a project manager which says a lot. We decided to try the in-home process of a flooring purchase and chose Express Flooring. Travis, our kind and courteous salesman, was more than happy to comply. We decided on a color and it was not as represented in the tiny swatch, so he replaced the color swatch and installed a very suitable colored berber. However, the very day of installation, the carpeting visibly raised in ebbs and flows and was a tripping hazard, obviously very flawed and of extremely cheap quality, and we reached out IMMEDIATELY. We were directed to an operations manager who claimed he, and he alone, would determine if our carpet was defective. He sent his installers and yes, infact it WAS DEFECTIVE. I wrote and called no less than two dozen times expressing the concerns of safety and that I was tripping on it, it was hazardous and dangerous. He proceeded to ignore me and bill us!! This company, its regional director...a Mr. Jaffe, is obviously unaware of the legal consequences of installing substandard flooring that presents a clear and present danger. STAY CLEAR of EXPRESS FLOORING. It is Expressly LESS flooring and unsafe. Thier practices are unethical. Beware. read more
