Stephanie was so helpful with all the questions I've had via email and phone calls. She was very attentive and got back to us right away. She reassured that the move would go ok. I used to live in a large condo complex and couldn't risk movers not coming as I had my elevator reserved, nor risk any damages since I paid a deposit for possible damages. Rest assured, Lalo's did a great job and I got my deposit back. We asked for an estimate. He wrote down the furnitures that we had and wrote an estimate of the boxes that we needed. Stephanie returned to us with an estimate of moving cost via email per our request. On the moving day, Lalo's came on time. For my big furnitures, they wrapped it so nicely. It also didn't have outrageous cost of packaging materials like other moving companies do. The men were so strong and carried things on their back as well as team lift things for heavy items. They did not damage any new part of the house and we are happy with the move. I'd definitely hire them again for my own move, but hopefully not so soon!

I got a word of mouth referral to Straight Up and I'm so thankful I did. Aaron, the sales manager was very easy to work with and friendly. Also, appreciated the guys wearing masks! So very much. One of the movers was an hour late. When moving the bed frames down the stairs, they damaged my drywall. They also damage my TV. It look like it had fallen during the move. They should have covered both the damaged wall and TV, but only replaced the TV three months later. The customer service is not good, as they push the cost of their damage onto the customer. 1
