His pricing was in line with others in the market, and he was also willing to offer a small discount, which we found very reasonable. We are very happy with his overall work. The crew arrived at the appointed time a couple of days later and did the two-day job very professionally. They also made sure that as a customer I was happy. I was impressed that they so skillfully completed this difficult job (e.g., there wasn't a huge amount of space between below this huge tree and the neighbor's fence)--and they were also very pleasant to interact with. This is the third time I have used this service and I'm finally getting around to doing a review but each time I have used this company, I have been 100%+ pleased with the value and quality of the service. I have also recommended this company to family and friends who have consistently shared my enthusiasm.

Along the side fence the trees were lowered by four feet from the top. It was "artistically" done so as to look natural. Large branches that were handing over the roof of the house, across our pergola, beyond the back fence line and into the neighboring yard were removed. They were very careful not to damage any of the other vegetation. What impressed us was their degree of care for moving the large and long branches out of the yard to the street to be shredded. They even covered the large gate with canvas so as not to mar the doors. (See picture) Clean-up was also exceptional. They picked-up, blew, raked and swept the yard, driveway and street, leaving it all looking neat and clean. They take pride in their work and it shows! A+
