It took more than 20 days to receive the results, during which time I kept checking the status of the evaluation online and it kept saying "results no available". It's a no no to delay test results as time is of the essence and the delay could be life threateneing if the scan results suggest timely treatment. I had my doctor's office call them (they answer if the call is from a doctor) and they said the radiologist-doctor have not signed the report. No reason was given why the radiologist had not signed after 20 days. Finally we got the report and on the reason of patient's initial complaint it says "headaches", which I never had. Furthermore the report never once mentions the "bumps on head". It's as though the doctor was evaluating a different patient! So now I have to go to another Radnet office to have another evaluation and I am hoping nothing serious regarding my "bumps on my head". I should mention that the front desk staff and the assistant that did the scan were courteous and efficient but the doctor?...
