As much as I want to gatekeep this gem, I just can't!!! WOW! From my very first phone call before my visit, the staff was SO incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful! And it only got better in person! Everyone I encountered was so gentle, patient, and welcoming. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Daniela was amazing! She was thorough, took her time, and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. You can genuinely feel how much they care about their patients! And can we talk about how CLEAN the facility is?! This is exactly what an urgent care experience should be like!!! read more

I had a great experience here today at Mederi urgent care. I took my child in for an ear infection and was seen within 10 minutes of me checking in. Super clean, nice front desk, quick and straight to the point. Quality of care was great because we were seen and saw the problem right away. We had another visit to the urgent care elsewhere and it was terrible compared to this place. So glad to have found them. read more

Mederi Urgent Care - Waiting area - Urgent Care Near Me - Glendale, California

Dr. Merced was so amazing! He knew exactly what was wrong with me and took the time to listen to my symptoms. He also has a great personality, which is the cherry on top. I came in at a good time and hardly had a wait, but I know it can get busy. They will be my #1 urgent care from now on. read more

After many experiences at different urgent cares throughout Glendale over the years, I HAD TO MAKE SURE I left a review for Mederi Urgent Care!! Last week, my mom had been dealing with a lingering cough for over a week. Waiting 4+ hours at Adventist's ER wasn't an option, so we looked up local urgent cares and came across Mederi. Every single person at this facility was incredibly kind and attentive to my mom. Even though they were busy that day, they still made us feel seen and cared for. From the receptionist who checked us in, to the office manager Serj, who made sure we and the other patients had help with any questions or the check-in process, to the medical assistant who helped get my mom situated for her visit, and finally to the PA, Emily, who was kind and thorough with her diagnosis and recommendations. The service we received here was by far the best we've experienced at any healthcare office. I wish I remembered everyone's names because they ALL deserve recognition!!! If you're looking for an urgent care for yourself or a family member, look no further. Trust me! read more

BEWARE OF OVERCHARGES!! They try everything to bill your medical insurance as a group and as individuals. Unethical. Dr was nonchalant. Receptionist was nice. read more

Took my mom in for an x-ray at 5 PM yesterday. Waited over an hour after being admitted inside of the patient room to have x-ray taken. It is now 5:30 PM the next day had to call for results because they were not provided at the time of the x-ray nor do they call or send results. Waited for 10 minutes on the phone to be told. There were no abnormalities and if she needed to seek further treatment to go to an emergency room for an MRI or a CT scan meanwhile, mom is still in pain and nothing was resolved in 24 hours from urgent care. No urgency whatsoever. Look legit urgent care. Trust me. read more

This is my second time coming to this particular urgent care, and I had a very similar experience as last time. Both times were not only easy, comforting and efficient, they also left me with the feeling that I actually liked the experience, which is absolutely unusual for an urgent care. Everything is clean and calm and the people are present, the doctors are caring and I left with peace of mind. So unusual for an urgent care because of what they're up against with dealing with illnesses and emergencies. I hope they can help other facilities to help them do the same. read more

My 4-year-old decided to stick a small Lego piece up his nose, and I couldn't see or get it out. I rushed over to Mederi and told them what happened and the doctor saw us right away. He looked up his nose with a scope and found the piece - it was pretty high up. Using a long, narrow tool, he removed it on the first try. The whole process was so quick and painless. My son just teared up a bit from the tool but was laughing moments later. The front desk staff and medical team were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The facility is brand new, spotless, and very welcoming. Highly recommend - 5 Stars! read more

Mederi Urgent Care - Urgent Care Near Me - Glendale, California

My husbands sinuses are so bad he will get so sick because of it and of course on Sunday in the middle of the rain storm I found this place! All the urgent cares in our city had wait times were way too long. It was so simple to go online and reserve an appointment. He said the staff was extremely friendly and they treated him fairly quickly. He would recommend this place. read more

I biffed it on a run a few days ago, and decided it was time to get a professional take on the bruising and swelling. I called Mederi and they said they took my HMO insurance and group, so I went there, fully expecting that NOT to be the case, because health care never seems to be easy. Delighted to be wrong! Walked in, checked in on their kiosk thingy, was sent a text, set up my info. and then got checked in. The Physicians assistant was warm and helpful, the nurse who did my initial stats was also very cordial, and most importantly, when I told the receptionist that going into medical places gave me anxiety, she said, "that's ok. we'll get you checked out and the help that you need." This meant the world to me. Their forward facing person was not dismissive. I had to call back when I got my work release note to ask for a modification, and the person on the phone got it handled quickly and with care. Over all, this place knocked it out of the ballfield! I will add that if you are over a certain age, having to do the self check in on the kiosk and entering your info. via a text link may be daunting, so I hope they have a plan in place to help super seniors who don't come in with a young to help out. read more

Facility is clean with its own parking lot. The staff is caring and professional from receptionist to PA. I was a walk in patient and had no problems navigating through the registration process. During the exam, the RN and PA explained everything and verified with me prior to treatment Prescriptions were sent directing to my pharmacy. And a detailed summary of my visit was available the following day to submit to my primary physician. read more
