This was fantastic! What a nice/great option. Scheduling was easy! Terrin called me the day before to confirm her visit. She was awesome! (Typical) I was seen by Aretzy (or Aretsy not sure how to spell her name), who was very kind, warm, quick and efficient taking blood and all of her duties. She was sweet, the facility was clean and I walked out pleasantly surprised. I wish everyone could get her when they come for blood work, she was awesome. I was even able to find street parking a little ways down. Overall great experience, it pains me that there are so many negative experiences/reviews here but maybe they've turned over a new leaf!

Rather than guessing, he took the time to understand my goals, clarified that a firm estimate would require a defined scope of work, and laid out what that scope should look like so I could move forward confidently. What stood out most was his clear communication, transparency, and willingness to help without any pressure. I'd contacted a few other firms before him and had mixed results. Marshall was by far the most responsive and helpful.
