Last week, my mom had been dealing with a lingering cough for over a week. Waiting 4+ hours at Adventist's ER wasn't an option, so we looked up local urgent cares and came across Mederi. Every single person at this facility was incredibly kind and attentive to my mom. Even though they were busy that day, they still made us feel seen and cared for. From the receptionist who checked us in, to the office manager Serj, who made sure we and the other patients had help with any questions or the check-in process, to the medical assistant who helped get my mom situated for her visit, and finally to the PA, Emily, who was kind and thorough with her diagnosis and recommendations. The service we received here was by far the best we've experienced at any healthcare office. I wish I remembered everyone's names because they ALL deserve recognition!!! If you're looking for an urgent care for yourself or a family member, look no further. Trust me!

I found street parking, had my confirmation number for easy check-in, and was called in 5 minutes after my appointment time. Best of all, the woman who drew by blood was professional, gentle and compassionate. My advice, drink tons of water before hand, make an appointment and grab free street parking (read the signs for restrictions). Also, it's true, there is no reception area, just 2 digital check-in stations, but behind the door, they have a hydration station and bathroom. So if you need water/restroom while you are waiting, ask the next employee who opens the door. (They open the door to call in the next patient)

I wasn't exactly sure what I needed at first, and he was incredibly patient while I tried to explain the situation. Rather than guessing, he took the time to understand my goals, clarified that a firm estimate would require a defined scope of work, and laid out what that scope should look like so I could move forward confidently. What stood out most was his clear communication, transparency, and willingness to help without any pressure. I'd contacted a few other firms before him and had mixed results. Marshall was by far the most responsive and helpful. I got there an hour early as requested and within 10 minute of me sitting down I was escorted to the back for my 5 minute CT Scan. The young man that did the scan was very cordial and informative and made me less nervous for my first scan ever. The x-ray technician that attended me was kind and professional. I'm very satisfied with the level of care I received, considering I was a bit hesitant to book an appointment at this specific facility consider the ratings/review. I'm happy to go hear for another x-ray in the future! The facility is very neat and clean, and the receptionists were timely as well. Bathrooms are accessible from the waiting area right near the receptionist. On the other hand, the disability-friendly bathroom right near the entrance door seems to require a key, so please heed that.
