Last week, my mom had been dealing with a lingering cough for over a week. Waiting 4+ hours at Adventist's ER wasn't an option, so we looked up local urgent cares and came across Mederi. Every single person at this facility was incredibly kind and attentive to my mom. Even though they were busy that day, they still made us feel seen and cared for. From the receptionist who checked us in, to the office manager Serj, who made sure we and the other patients had help with any questions or the check-in process, to the medical assistant who helped get my mom situated for her visit, and finally to the PA, Emily, who was kind and thorough with her diagnosis and recommendations. The service we received here was by far the best we've experienced at any healthcare office. I wish I remembered everyone's names because they ALL deserve recognition!!! This was fantastic! What a nice/great option. Scheduling was easy! Terrin called me the day before to confirm her visit. She was awesome! Exam One happens to be a location approved by Transamerica. I had a wonderful experience. The office was clean, beautiful and very polite staff. They have street parking as well as convient lot parking that is metered as well. The examination was thorough and the paperwork was explained to me very patiently by my examiner named Gabby. For most people being in a doctor's office brings anxiety and raises their blood pressure. Here at this office the staff have a way of keeping you calm so much so my blood pressure went down four notches after about thirty minutes with Gabby. I enjoyed how spacious their examination rooms were. They weren't cluttered and somewhat out of order like others. The exam didn't take long at all.

My advice, drink tons of water before hand, make an appointment and grab free street parking (read the signs for restrictions). Also, it's true, there is no reception area, just 2 digital check-in stations, but behind the door, they have a hydration station and bathroom. So if you need water/restroom while you are waiting, ask the next employee who opens the door. (They open the door to call in the next patient)
