Guys I don't know where to start after doctors visit my mom needed an ultrasound I called in since I was in area they gave me appointment within 5 min can you imagine ? Same day within few minutes. when we arrived it appears to be they don't do ultrasound with contrast on Wednesday s but Narine who was helping me did not just turned me down saying sorry we don't do it today she asked Preny another very nice and helpful person said let me see what I can do since because of this type of ultrasound needs a doctor present she came back in 2 min said we will make an exception since you drove all the way here. We always come here for X-rays and ultrasound and we love here but those 2 very nice and helpful ladies Preny and Narine made my day. I love these people. They complete everything they say they will. Their service is honest and comfortable. Their providers are sensitive and professional. If you are walking-compromised, be sure to be dropped off before you try to park the car. I have expressed to them; the fragrance in the waiting room is uncomfortably intense. I truly appreciate the effort. I have to assume it is not bothering them, working in it, all day. Otherwise, enjoy the peripheral of tea they offer. I do not have enough words to compliment this team. Marie, Mary Ann, Sarkis, Anthony....the entire team are first-rate from absolute start to finish. The level of care, compassion and professionalism is not only top-notch it is consistent. I have not had an MRI and 2 CT scans at Glenoaks Imaging. I am very distraught that my surgeon harmed me and cut away part of my metatarsal (foot) bone. My surgeon does not want answers, because he knows he botched me. With the help of Glenoaks imaging (including their incredible radiologists that create exceptionally thorough reports), I am able to get real answers that my surgeon can't dispute. It's only with these scientific answers that I am able to forge a path forward to try to fix my foot (which I can't walk on now). The compassion and immense care and attention to detail this team provides people, who are often under duress with a medical condition of some kind, is not lost on those of us who are suffering. As a complete asisde, a word of advise: If you are EVER in a situation where you must undergo surgery, PLEASE get THREE opinions before you go under the knife. Update 11/4/22 I had to have a full back MRI. I would like to share how Sarkis helped me out. I was the last person scheduled for the day. The room seemed to be warm. I was prepared with full sweats and sweat shirt. I tried to go into the tube and it was too hot. Sarkis was giving me options and turned on the air conditioner. He made sure I was comfortable with leg support and ear plugs. He communicated with me between scans to make sure I was doing well. This one was a long one. I went in last Saturday for an MRI of my head. they took me in very fast. before my appointment they thoroughly explained the instructions so I was not lost and i did not have to keep calling them to ask what i needed to do. they gave me the instructions and my appointment went very smoothly. I am constantly on the road for work and recently had swelling on my R knee and needed an urgent scan. I only had one day in between business trips and needed to find an imaging center fast! I looked at Yelp for a reputable center with great reviews and came across this center. I didn't have much hope in securing an appointment within a day, but gave them a try. The receptionist understood my hectic work schedule and was quick to shift appointments around and find an open slot for the following day...very impressed with their ability to accommodate. I went in the next day and was in awe with the welcoming and calm environment. My paperwork did not take long and was called in quickly by one of their technicians. Okay first of all let me begin to say how impressed and happy I was with the Doctors and nurses here. I was ordered by my doctor to get a CT scan with contrast. For those who don't know what that is, it's an injection by an IV that helps to see the images clearly. I was a nervous wreck worried because I've never had an IV injected in me. However, as soon as I arrived after about 10-15 minutes later I was called in, I believe his name was Vahik? He was a nurse there which assisted me during the process, but another medical personnel (not sure if he was a Doctor or nurse) with the name of Andrey (I remember his name because of how uniquely it was spelled) he also helped during the process. Let me tell you how comfortable he made me feel! From the moment I walked into the room he showed that he actually cared, he asked me the reason why I was there (most places could careless and would just want you in & out from there) He guided me through the process and prepared me as to what to expect. Not to mention he kept checking in on me, and as nervous as I was he made me feel super comfortable! I was so happy with the overall service! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. While we have not booked the appointment as yet, I must say that everyone I spoke to on the telephone or via email went above and beyond any expectations. Having to deal with the medical community for the last 18 months, this office by far has been the best and so amazing. We have a difficult health situation and this office went to great lengths to give us all the information we needed to proceed. I brought my mother here about a month ago for an X-ray for her knee and we had a very pleasant experience. We arrived on a weekday and actually hadn't made an appointment and figured we'd wait a while. We had our order ready and surprisingly she was taken back within ten minutes! The place was especially clean, although small, but the chairs were distanced from one another which was very nice during this time. We were going to return for an MRI and had everything scheduled but had to expedite the process and ended up taking her elsewhere due to more pain, but I wanted to point out that Mary Ann was so incredibly sweet, sharp, efficient and helpful! She asked me to either text or email our order for the MRI and honestly, I know it's not the most difficult job to answer an email but it's a rarity for medical workers to go the extra mile like Mary Ann did. On top of that, I love that we had the option to text or email instead of fax the order. It's the little things! Working in a medical office myself, I can understand how important it is to show patients that you are their priority for those few minutes and it didn't go unnoticed at this office. This is why I'd never hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! PARKING Attached underground parking structure or curbside parking if you're lucky! I cannot express how grateful I am for all of the amazing staff at this Imaging Center! My son's pediatrician wanted him to get an x-ray for a possible foot fracture right away, so we came in the evening to see if they could take us without an appointment. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, caring and gracious and went out of her way to make sure that my son could get his X-ray. She even found some crayons and a coloring page for him when he was getting fussy so he would tolerate the wait a little better. Then the x-ray tech came to talk to us (I wish I had asked for his name)... he was super caring, so sweet to my son and so patient. He had to call in another person to help with X-rays because my son was having an epic tantrum during x-rays but the tech stayed super calm and super nice the whole way through. I would like to start off by saying I'm fucking pissed! I got the opportunity to schedule my MRI at 7 am due to my work schedule. Just for the tech to tell me I cannot because I'm 20 lbs over the weight limit! She had the nerve to question if the scheduler asked me... ask you damn co worker! What a waste time and gas! You need to work on making sure that is asked! If your intake forms are going to be online, request the damn thing! I can't guess what your things need and now I've lost time in my morning and day off for the incompetency of your employees! Expect every outlet to get a review from me because this is bullshit! Be very careful. Their radiologist misread my results and almost lead to unnecessary brain surgery. This is a very big deal. Their equipment is old and their radiologists are very green. They claim they update their equipment with new software, but imagine giving you're very old computer software updates, it's not the same as a new computer. I went here last October after a head injury - my doctor suggested an MRI. The radiologist at the center reported finding a mass on my brain. I flew to Mass General in Boston to see a top tier tumor specialist - I'm 33 years old and was terrified. He ran new MRIs because he said the quality of mine were so poor. The new radiology reported noticed little blood on my brain. Which means the Glenoaks Radiologist misread BLOOD on the brain for a MASS on the brain. This is obviously a very clear distinction and a very serious mistake to make. read more

Thank you for the amazing, caring, and comforting service. My very weak and agitated father needed an ultrasound and 3 MRIs (1.5 hours in a MRI machine). To say the least I was extremely nervous about taking him. They helped me from the minute we arrived (from my car). They assisted me to change his clothes to a gown, got the scans done in a an efficient and comforting manner (keeping me updated at all times), and walked with me back to the car.
