When he realized she was preparing my images/results, he began mocking me in front of others. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Patients should be treated with dignity and respect, especially in a medical setting. I was also very concerned about how my medical images as well as results were handled by technician. These experiences left me seriously concerned about the office's professionalism, patient confidentiality, and handling of sensitive medical information. I believe management needs to take these concerns seriously and review how patient images and information are being handled.

They explained each step clearly, were incredibly patient, helped her physically when needed, and were warm, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Medical tests can be stressful, especially when you're not sure what to expect, and they made my mother feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, and parking was easy and convenient. We're very grateful for the excellent care my mother received and would absolutely recommend Imaging Specialists of Glendale.

One of them performed the ultrasound, while the other frequently explained things to her and showed her what to do. Based on the way the examination was performed and the amount of guidance she needed, it seemed like the person performing the ultrasound had very little experience. During the abdominal ultrasound, she pressed extremely hard on my lower abdomen. When I asked if everything was okay, I was told that my doctor would receive the results. Overall, I did not feel comfortable, reassured, or confident that the examination was being performed properly.

She checked me in with ease and I waited in the waiting room. I helped myself to some coffee and waited patiently for my MRI. I have never gotten an MRI done before so I was very anxious and expressed my feelings to the technician. I was glad that the technician Robert was very attentive to my needs and talked me through the whole process. I was helped off the machine and was glad that everything went smoothly. Had the worst experience at the Sherman Oaks location this last Saturday. Was scheduled for an MRI at 3:00 pm. I got there at 3:00., but couldn't get in as the main entrance door was locked and I wasn't provided with a code number. Started calling them but no one picked up the phone. While still on the phone I go around the building in excruciating heat trying to find another entrance to no avail. I come back to the main entrance hoping to find someone to let me in. I finally find another tenant who was nice enough to enter her code and let me in. I walk into their office at 3:10. The receptionist named "Fatima" is on the phone. I wait until she is done then start I started telling her what I had to go through to get to their office. Instead of apologizing, she tells me that her co-worker texted me the code and called to confirm the appointment the day before. I tell her that never happened and show her my phone. She didn't seem to care. Then she goes on and tells me that they can't do my MRI because I was late for more than 5 min and another patient is already there. So what I got from this statement is that they book multiple patients for the same time slot and if you are late for more than 5 min you are out of luck. They literally refused to do my MRI because I got there at 3:10 instead of 3:00 due to their fault. Horrible people. Horrible service. Will never go back.

Also after further conversation, he helped me discover that the MRI I did at a previously location was not correctly done, and it was not the full doctors order.
