Came here for my 13 week scan and my 21 week Anatomy scan. The front staff and ultrasound techs are friendly. Dr. Marc Incerpi was the doctor who went over my results and was kind, very knowledgeable, and went over everything thoroughly. I echo everyone's sentiment and reviews. We had a 3:30 appt and checked in 5 minutes beforehand and weren't seen for over an hour. When we asked, the staff was like, there's a number of people ahead of you. They could have let us know early on that there'd be a wait, but didn't seem to care. Most of the appointments, with the exception of the last one took more than an hour. While the doctors are good, the last one freaked us out and said we might have to deliver baby ASAP because she was measuring small, but this was without discussing anything with my doctor or the previous doctor's. I understand that they are taking extra precaution but man! read more

Office is average, doctors are knowledgeable and friendly enough. Wait time was around 20-25 minutes which is fine. My issue is with their billing. I provided them with my insurance info and about a month after the visit I started receiving bills for $625.00 for my visit saying I'm uninsured. I called their billing office and provided them my insurance info and have continued receiving bills saying I'm uninsured and threatening collections. I'm 100% certain I'm insured and both the billing office and myself have verified this, however for 3 months they continue to send bills saying otherwise. It's just a nonstop headache to have to keep calling the billing office and my insurance and going round and round. read more

I had a very pleasant experience at this office. I saw Dr. Lee and he was super knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions without me even asking. The office was clean and there were hand sanitizers everywhere. I wore a mask for my protection and the safety of my unborn child even though I am fully vaccinated. Dr. Lee made me laugh during my ultrasound and was very warm hearted and sweet. Thank you, all! In closing--I'm thankful I was referred here. Thanks for all of my photos Dr. Lee! Go somewhere else. The glasses women at the front desk is a fridged hot mess and a miserable piece of attitude for no reason. Seriously, how single are you when at 9am you hate everyone. She snapped twice at me in less than 3 minutes when handing me a clipboard and once when I grabbed a pen?? Lady, gf yourself and get a cat. There are plenty of other places to go and enjoy your experience and may even be polite dare I say, this isnt gonna be the one. It's like an episode of everybody loves raymond with the mother in law out to bite you. Also, there is no parking. read more

Dr. Incerpi is great. There's no question that he is a wonderful physician BUT I cannot understand how and why he allows such a poor front office staff to ruin his reputation. The front office team is cold, rude, dismissive and they've struggled to respect matters of patient confidentiality. The person at the front window has taken phone calls and repeated back full names, phone numbers, social security numbers and other highly confidential information in front of other patients in the waiting room. There are others in the front office tucked behind a wall that could take those calls in a more private setting -- so why don't they? The office runs late. Not an understandable 10-15 minutes, more like 45-75 minutes of wait without updating the patients in the waiting room. If you have the nerve to ask an approximate update on your wait time you'll be provided with a snarky response like "soon" or "you're next!" If that happens expect to wait at least 20 more minutes. Oh and be careful, the doctor might leave without anyone informing you. When that happens you're then paired with a technician to complete your appointment. This isn't a knock against the techs. These individuals are very competent but why schedule me with a physician, run obscenely late then sneak the doctor out the back door and have someone entirely different see me but bill my insurance the same as if I had the visit with the actual physician? It just felt shady and my time was not respected. If you're looking to have an enjoyable pregnancy with warm and caring individuals that help you to feel like your health matters then go someplace else. read more

I have to echo what another said here about the rude staff member. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the one rude staff member HAD NO MASK ON. Unbelievable! There are pregnant women and so many people coming/going that are being put at risk. If she doesn't wear a mask here it's safe to assume she goes around not wearing a mask most of the time. When it was pointed out to her she put it on begrudgingly, only to put it under her chin moments later! She was also talking negatively about other patients and completely unprofessional. Otherwise the doctor and rest of the staff were very kind. I'd happily change my review to a higher rating when she is removed or others can attest they've actually cracked down on this. Absolutely horrible practice in a doctor's office to have someone like this. read more

It's hard to understand the negative reviews because I always had great appointments here. While I did experience long wait times, it was because the doctor was taking the very best care of the patient ahead of me. I know this because my doctor, Dr. Richard Lee, was always so patient, professional, kind, and thorough at my appointments. I couldn't recommend him more. Dr. Lee provided the very best medical care I've ever received, hands-down. In my experience, the front desk staff were always courteous both on the phone and in-person and they all seemed to follow covid safety protocols - masks, temperature checks, offering hand sanitizer, etc. read more

I had an amazing experience with my 20 week ultrasound and my genetics counseling meeting. Everyone from the front desk staff to the video chat genetics counselor to the nurse, sonographer and doctor were exceptional! I was shocked by how kind everyone was and extremely informative. They truly took their time and showed how much they cared, even to the point of making sure I received great photos to show my husband because he was not allowed to be there due to Covid. I'm not sure about the negative comments because I came across 5 staff members there and they were all 5-star employees! I walked away feeling relieved, happy and grateful to have had each of them guide me along the way today. Thank you, ladies!! read more

Went here for service approved my health insurance. They didn't charge me for co pay and said "it's covered by insurance". I thought it's weird and insisted on paying my usual $25 but they refused it. Well, 5 month later I get a bill for $250. Beware of this place. read more

Aside from the long waits, I love this office. I came here for my first pregnancy and am now 8 months along in my second pregnancy and have continued coming here. My OB sent me here because of my bicornuate uterus. I've regularly seen Dr. Incerpi and he is soo nice and has excellent bedside manner!!!! And aside from that, he's super knowledgeable and also goes out of his way to make sure you're ok. He even emailed with me once to give me info on a medicine that would help with my migraines. Oh and he always gets such cute photos of our little ones on the ultrasound!!! The staff here is also really kind which cannot be said for most doctors offices. I wish I could come here for all my medical needs!! No free parking but not their fault. read more

I guess the Covid Rules are really strict, coming here for the first time bad experience with some lady name Mayra at the front office. I was told over other the phone I can bring one guest. My husband couldn't make it because he has to work so I had to bring my child. They didnt wanna let me in just because I had my child with me in a stroller Sleeping! My babysitter was unavailable and my husband was working, and if he clocked out of work they still wouldn't let me in because my appointment was a at certain time and it was only 10 min wait time! which we leave 25 min away from here. No children was allowed is completely dumb. She didnt even wanna reschedule an appointment, Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else read more

Came in for my NT Ultrasound and the office was super easy to find. Parking maxes out at $8 so not to crazy if you can't snag street parking. Office was super clean and our wait time was max 15 mins (2pm on a Friday). FYI they allow two adults with you. Our ultrasound was done by Kristine and she was awesome! Very friendly and informative. She took her time explaining everything she was doing and what we were looking at. It's truly an amazing feeling to see your baby moving all around and she gave us a ton of awesome pictures. Can't wait for our 20 week scan... hoping we get her again! I would definitely recommend this office, we were very pleased with our experience. read more

Wow... I suggest bringing a nice blanket and picnic basket cuz it's gonna take a while. It is a lovely waiting room - reminds me of something designed by Kaiser, but on a budget. Aside from the complete air not caring that they are 45 min later than planned because of a perceived monopoly on the ultrasound market and a Kaiser inspire waiting room - it's great. I'd love having my time disrespected while paying high co pays. The OBGYN recommendation has to get better than this! read more

The docs or ultrasound techs are ok. Not to say the same front front desk. Super unprofessional, rude as if you are there for free( biatch i pay $700 a month for insurance to pay you, so better be polite). Have no control over the scheduling. Will call you before your apt and tell you they had a cancelation telling you you'll be in and out sooner, but the wait is the same, same long wait about an hour wait. Zero time management skills whatsoever. So if you have another option go to another place. read more

Diagnosis is accurate and efficient. But the nurse, (i think her name was Laura), doing the scan lacked any bed side manners. We went in with a lot of happiness and enthusiasm to see our first baby. But were met with "we see a lot of people like you, we dont care" attitude. Needless to say an experience that was meant to be cherished became less than that. She kept telling my wife that she was a nervous wreck and a problem and never made her feel welcome and relaxed. We were anxious to know that our baby was ok. They are good at the technical skills. But handle people like robots. On the other hand, the main doctor was professional and warm. read more

Dr. Incerpi is a wonderful specialist and he always makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions thoroughly. I've seen him for my 1st and 2nd trimester screenings and he explained every little detail about my baby's anatomy and the targeted measurements. As soon as he walks in the room you immediately feel his positive energy. I've only been here twice but it seems like I've been here numerous times because he remembered me and everything about my pregnancy during my second visit- which is pleasantly surprising. I am 35 weeks pregnant and really needed to be seen by the doctor.. i was going to be 15 minutes late to my appointment due to leavign work late so i called told the front desk worker as she informed me if im 1 minute later than 15 min late she will cancel my appt.. I was told even if i get there 15 minutes late i would have to wait a long time to be seen and i agreed.. as i was on my way there she told me since my 15 minutes was up she would no longer have me seen.. its an emergency case that i see the doctor and she gave me a appointment 2 weeks later!!!! Horrendous workers someone needs to either fire their ass or teach them how to be human and act the part for a receptionist for a pregnancy center!!!!!! read more

I wish I could give zero star. I went to this center 10 months ago when I was pregnant with my first child. The first visit was okay, but the second and third one were disaster. The second visit was with a female doctor, she did the ultrasound then told me because of my age and with some ratios ( my obg later told me that ratios are normal, and she was so shocked that how this doctor frightened me)my baby can have Down syndrome. Then she told me I can do another test to confirm if baby has Down syndrome or not. I was crying all the time .she didn't care about me being pregnant and so heartlessly she just added that I can have miscarriage due to this test!!! When I heard this I was going to faint. But again she didnt even show a single emotion. I said I am not doing this test, then she said okay you just have to sign the paper to confirm your decision. Her assistant brought the paper and she noticed how I was crying, she gave a tissue paper , and got sad seeing me like that. I cried all the way home and all the periods of my pregnancy. The third encounter was with a male doctor. This was when pandemic began so he did my ultrasound in 5 minutes to avoid any encounters with covid. My baby was covering her face. He told me due to covid he doesn't want to spend time to make baby move to see her face. So he said everything is okay. My baby was born completely healthy, but she had her hands tied with her umbilical cord, that's why we could not see her face. Thank God I had a planned c section, if not due to that I would go for emergency c section. So I would say avoid this place and go to a better place. read more

Well I have had a few visits with Dr Incerpi during my pregnancy. And all and all I have enjoyed every visit. Dr. Incerpi is very detail oriented he explains everything very well, I have never felt rushed during my appointments. The staff is nice, they are not all rainbows and sunshines but they definitely are not rude. The only complaint I can think of and this has nothing to do with his office, the parking rates are a bit to high for me. But overall his office building is easy to find, never had a problem finding parking, staff is nice and Dr. Incerpi is excellent. My mom fell in love with him lol! And i must say Laura was excellent with us on more then one occasion. She knows her stuff and she is very professional. I think she's great and Dr incerpi is wonderful . I had my last appointment with them today. read more

First I'd like to say that Dr. Incerpi is great, but this review is for the billing company in which USC uses. They have incorrectly billed my insurance company for my wife's ultrasound by not submitting the referral code provided by the OB. When asked to correct their mistake by resubmitting the claim with the referral code they bluntly refused to do so and insisted that the bill originally sent was correct and the referral code would not change anything. Their refusal to assist caused us a great deal of hassle because they ended up sending our account to a collection agency, and my wife then needed to make numerous calls to our insurance company , her OB and USC in order to resolve something that could have been handled very easily within this billing company. Once my wife tracked down this referral code which this billing department had, our insurance company finally paid our bill. read more

I had a very pleasant experience this morning with Laura and I am very shocked to read the above review. She was an absolute professional. She was very kind and warm. She takes her job seriously and I absolutely appreciate that. After visiting many medical offices in the past 2 years, I was relieved to not hear the phrase "barely even" at this office. Worst experience at a doctors office. Canceled the first trimest appointment which we were okay with because we can relay on the second trimester screening. Turns out the doctor had an emergency which is understandable, it happens but the staff working there specifically Lisette and Marissa. No concern for the patient what so ever. Instead of calming us down since we were just canceled on for the SECOND time, they had an "oh well" attitude towards us. Then when the "manager" Myra calls me back, which as a manager you are supposed to take responsibility for your staff, but Instead she keeps talking over me. I've never met this doctor but he might want to reconsider hiring new staff. read more

People over reacting over the coronavirus trying to boss around the front staff at the desk but they let them know that they follow cdc guidelines unlike the ignorant patients who only follow what gossip says or the fake news. You're supposed to not get mad when you're pregnant but the pregnant ladies there had a big attitude all trying to start an argument because their husband and kids couldn't go inside even though they called everyone to warn them that family couldn't go in with them due to the coronavirus but people are so ignorant. I'm glad I don't have to go there anymore bc the patients there are medical paisas or very low class ignorants who treat staff people so rudely and make other patients there feel uncomfortable while waiting in the waiting area. If there was a possibility of 0 stars that would be the best option, it was my one and only visit to this office during my first pregnancy and it was the very first ultrasound (don't need to emotion how excited my husband and I was) not only the front-desk stuff don't know how to talk to their patients but the whole experience at this joke office was horrible. The screwed up revealing the gender of the baby after my obgyns office specifically warned them that we don't want to know yet and most importantly they screwed up my age making me 10 years older then I really am which led Dr Incerpy suspect Down syndrome in my baby while he was doing the nucal translucency ultrasound himself (although we could clearly see the different measurements on the screen with our own eyes doctor was very confident by choosing the biggest measurment) and referred us for a genetic consultation on the spot, who gave us multiple invasive options and termination of the pregnancy mentioning that full blood screen, which I had done before and which was completely normal by the way, doesn't give us a guarantee that everything is ok and he put me on high risk referring left and right to other specialists that he didn't even mentioned all he did was smiling and telling us to think positive ( yeah right , thank you). There's no need to say how freaked out we were... I'm glad that I asked my doctor to send me for the second opinion to a different place, we went there couple days later and everything was fine thanks god and we have a beautiful healthy baby. but the days of wait, stress and horror that I went through thanks to this unprofessional office can't even be explained. Shame on you for making people go through hell because of the mistakes you do! read more

I was told I had JKA antigen during one of my visits here. I had to have monthly ultrasounds done here. I saw Dr. Incerpi and he was amazing,!! He was very detailed, and would always explain everything thoroughly. I wish he could have been my OB doctor because of how great he was with me. I really enjoyed coming here to see him honestly. The office was also not that bad. My appointments were always in the morning so my wait time wasn't too bad. The staff was also very kind and helpful. If you come here I highly recommend Dr. Incerpi. Incompetent is the only word i can think of without using 4 letter words. Laura is a joke, she is the most self-centered socially awkward person we had to deal with. I cannot describe to you what it is like dealing with this woman who thinks she is god's gift to mankind, she says she has 20+ years' experience but she obviously hasn't kept up with the times because she really had no idea what she was doing the whole time, and she's rude and dismissive... The dr that came in afterwards, i forget his name, young tall guy, was in and out in 2 minutes, also a joke. To make a long story short, they misdiagnosed skeletal dysplasia, when we went for a 2nd and 3rd opinion, the other offices stated they may report this office because they have no idea what they are talking about. The wait times are horrendous. You have to wait over an hour every time to be seen. I don't get why they give appointments if 6 people are going to be scheduled at the same hour. I am not the type to go out of my way to leave a review unless I am extremely moved by my experience somewhere. This office is full of rude, inconsiderate, ignorant individuals. They work in an office catering to women who are eager and anxious to have a healthy baby, yet act as though these women owe them something. With my last pregnancy, I never even saw a doctor. The tech would do my ultrasounds and a doctor would "review" the results. I would not recommend going to this branch simply because of the neglectful staff. read more

Had such a wonderful experience here! My husband and I went in for our anatomy ultrasound. The wait was literally zero to none! We were seen right on time and were very pleased with the facility in general. Everything looked new an clean and best of all up to date. Our technician was great and explained every detail of the examination. When she was done, Dr. Incerpi came in to verify. He was very sweet and professional. I had an early morning appointment with Dr. Incerpi and it was a great experience! My husband and I waited about twenty minutes and then went in and the Dr. saw us almost right away. He was very thorough and encouraging, and helpful with explaining what he was doing and what we were seeing on our ultrasound. I have seen this same Dr. before for a previous pregnancy ultrasound and I think I waited longer that last time, but I chose to see him again because he is a great doctor! read more

Usc Perinatal Group: Incerpi Marc MD. Took my pregnant wife there to check the baby for down syndrome.(CONSULTATIVE FIRST TRIMESTER ULTRASOUND FOR BIOMETRY AND NUCHAL TRANSLUCENCY ) Dr. Incerpi did the ultrasound measurements and told us the baby has a very high risk for down syndrome and referred us to their branch office in Pasadena for CVS testing to find out more about whats going on with the baby. Dr Incerpy had measured the baby's NT (NUCHAL TRANCLUCENCY) @ 4.80mm which is way above the normal of 2.7mm. That got us very worried and we decided to get a second and third opinion. After getting two more ultrasounds don both results came in with normal NT measurements of 2.2mm (with full reports from both Diagnostic centers). I was very happy and told my wife that we might not have to do the CVS testing because of the chance of miscarriage after the test was high. But my wife wanted to get the CVS don anyways to be 100% sure that the baby is OK because she couldn't get Dr Incerpis Ultrasound results out of her mind. We did the CVS test and were told that everything is fine with the baby and we have nothing to worry about. We were very happy that everything was fine with our baby. Two weeks later my wife had a miscarriage and lost the baby because she had got an infection from the CVS incision. It was devastating for us to lose the baby. When all this happened i started to think ( why would Dr Incerpi be so off on our Ultrasound measurements?) and the only answer i came up with is, so he can have us keep coming back for more testes and more check ups which translates to more money made from repeat patients.Or the Ultrasound machine they use in their office is not calibrated correctly. So bottom line i regret going to Dr Incerpis office for the check up and would recommend getting second opinion when it comes to your baby. Lots of Dr,s see patients as dollar singes $$$$$$$ and don't care about the emotional stress the patient has to go trough. How else can they afford the nice office in prime location if they have to see you only one time. That is why most patients with good insurance plan are turned into repeat patients. read more
