Took my elderly mother for a MIR on a Saturday! It was not busy. Got in at our appointment time. The receptionist is very very dry but if you ignore that attitude the tech was great, patient and efficient.She was so kind to my mom. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was recently here for my mother's x-ray, which was based on walk-in basis (no appointment necessary). With a bit of anticipated wait, the appointment and procedure went smoothly. Very reasonable hours 7am to 9pm Monday through Friday, And Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. Not organized nor professional, been here few times ,do not respect patient appointment time.In general have a habit going 10 to 15min earlier than my appointment for paper work or check in and still was seen about 40 to 50 min past my actual schedule time.Not acceptable and they don't communicate to inform the patient you just waiting in the room don't know if they forgot about you or they are behind their schedule or something else. At least as a courtesy and respect apologies to your patients and keep them updated. read more

I was here this morning for some medical tests. Unfortunately, the mammo tech girl needs a big dose of EMPATHY. She's cynical/cold blooded. I am not worried about the pain which went with the procedure but her attitude mattered/matters. She maneuvered my arms and body like an amazon package. "Gentle" wasn't in her vocabulary. Watch out for this girl. Then, never believe (without asking my auth) that its ok to have med students in the room while am undergoing a med procedure. The other student with glasses had an attitude. It was the ultrasound tech's job to ask me if it was ok to have those students in the room. The saving factor of all these unpleasant encounters the Bone Density Test guy turned everything positive. I wish the mammo girl can be as nice, kind, and very pleasant like him and yes he had a lot of empathy. Well, discussed all these with the office mgr. She was very nice, understanding, and I hope she can take care of things. I appreciate her time. Thanks to the mgr. I'll give you 5 stars coz I do like this place. read more

Very unprofessional. They put 2 unprofessional guys to inject the contrast for CT scan, who instead of focusing on their job, kept chatting about personal stuff and of course as a result or lack of experience they couldn't find the vein so couldn't do the procedure. read more

MRI experience was a disaster I told them I was claustrophobic but obviously they didn't listen, not only that my appointment was at 11:30am and I didn't get taken care of until 12:30 and when I asked receptionist why they said "we are backed up" of course my reply was god gave you a mouth why not use it to tell me there's a delay. It's Common Courtesy which is obviously not common at the office. The only redeeming part was the actual nurses were great otherwise DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

Ladies are very kind and helpful .If you are nervous they will calm you down. Parking is not bad and not many people when I went.

If I can put no stars that will be better. The owner of the building or whomever it was. Claimed he was the owner and made my partner and I move out of the building because he had to park. As soon as we told him she is a new patient he be quite. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get yelled at and treated inhumane then you are more than welcome to go. We didn't even get to go inside because of the altercation with the owner of the building. He wanted us to move our car because he needed to park. There was clear signs that this parking area is for patients. Just treat people with kindness next time or ask politely. read more

I am a plus size, large breast woman, and the staff here. 10/10 Elemar, Louie, the front office staff allowed me to come before my appointment and be put in the machine so I know I would fit, my big beautiful back! I was tbh shook they allowed me to do this. Fat, babes I weigh 308 and I was able to fit width wise.
