The facility itself was clean and comfortable, and parking was easy and convenient. Had the worst experience at the Sherman Oaks location this last Saturday. Was scheduled for an MRI at 3:00 pm. I got there at 3:00., but couldn't get in as the main entrance door was locked and I wasn't provided with a code number. Started calling them but no one picked up the phone. While still on the phone I go around the building in excruciating heat trying to find another entrance to no avail. I come back to the main entrance hoping to find someone to let me in. I finally find another tenant who was nice enough to enter her code and let me in. I walk into their office at 3:10. The receptionist named "Fatima" is on the phone. I wait until she is done then start I started telling her what I had to go through to get to their office. Instead of apologizing, she tells me that her co-worker texted me the code and called to confirm the appointment the day before. I tell her that never happened and show her my phone. She didn't seem to care. Then she goes on and tells me that they can't do my MRI because I was late for more than 5 min and another patient is already there. So what I got from this statement is that they book multiple patients for the same time slot and if you are late for more than 5 min you are out of luck. They literally refused to do my MRI because I got there at 3:10 instead of 3:00 due to their fault. Horrible people. Horrible service. Will never go back.
