I got there an hour early as requested and within 10 minute of me sitting down I was escorted to the back for my 5 minute CT Scan. The young man that did the scan was very cordial and informative and made me less nervous for my first scan ever. She checked me in with ease and I waited in the waiting room. I helped myself to some coffee and waited patiently for my MRI. I have never gotten an MRI done before so I was very anxious and expressed my feelings to the technician. I was glad that the technician Robert was very attentive to my needs and talked me through the whole process. I was helped off the machine and was glad that everything went smoothly. Everyone here was so nice and made my experience so much better.

No one warned me beforehand just how shockingly loud the machine would be. It sounded like a jackhammer right next to my head, and the provided earplugs did practically nothing. Being claustrophobic made the intense noise even harder to handle. On top of that, the IV process for the contrast dye was a mess. The first person couldn't get the IV in my arm, so I asked for someone else. The second staff member was completely lacking in customer care and empathy. I explained that I have neuropathy and that my arm was hurting, but when I moved to touch the tape, she snapped at me with a condescending tone and a sassy attitude. Talking down to an adult patient who is already in pain and uncomfortable is completely unacceptable. Between the rude bedside manner and the overwhelming sensory experience, I couldn't finish the scan and had to get out of there.

Also after further conversation, he helped me discover that the MRI I did at a previously location was not correctly done, and it was not the full doctors order.
