Very expensive. 235 usd each person for covid test. My family (5 persons) paid total 1175 usd for covid test!!! There is hidden extra lab fee of 55 usd each person if don't have health insurance. I found this location after seaching on yelp and on google. I sent my family (5 persons) to this Sherman Oaks location on May 10th 2022 for walk-in covid test. They were foreign and not understand english well. I was the one that sending them there and very disappointed too, i felt very guilty to bring them to very expensive covid test location. It's very high charge for covid test. Not recommended. Especially if you don't have health insurance. Please update your website page https://medconciergela.com/csherman-oaks-location/ to include 55 usd lab fee if we don't have health insurance. Update: I called their customer service or operator and someone said and sent me text that I need to click it before I can see the extra lab fee. The website is not clear if we need to click it to show that extra fee if we don't have insurance. Also my family were doing walk-in, not appointment. I saw the price list on that website page then told them to go there without clicking. The point is that page (without clicking anything) doesn't show the extra fee, and we were disappointed of that. The reason is if we knew that information before hand, we would go somewhere else cheaper since they were 5 people. If it's 1 person only, we didn't really care. Since they were 5 people, so imagine how much money they could save 5 multiple by 55 usd. 1175 usd total for covid test was expensive. read more

A solid 5 stars. Needed an urgent RT-PCR test. I didn't realize that most COVID clinics in LA has a turn around of minimum of one day. I needed it SAME day for travels to enter Taiwan. Luckily, I was able to find Med Concierge LA. I opted for the same day $145 test. I was not charged a lab fee as others had mentioned, but I did have insurance and uploaded my insurance info before booked appt. Received results within 1.5 hours via e-mail. Whew, I got the results and could board my flight... ! I went to the Beverly Hills Clinic on a weekday at 10 am. There is metered parking outside the medical building. When I entered, there was only one person working there and no one waiting. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I am impressed & definitely recommend. read more

Quick and easy. My nurse was kind and skilled. For rapid PCR testing the pricing was in the same range as the other places I looked into, and they offer in home testing at a reasonable rate too. I went to Med Concierge yesterday for a same day PCR test. The office was immaculate, I was seen right on time, and the results were given sooner than promised. My provider was thorough and donned appropriate PPE and practiced universal precautions. I had a terrible experience at another private lab a couple of weeks ago where my practitioner attempted to swab me after swabbing another patient without changing gloves. This was a far better experience, and I would recommend them for anyone needing testing. read more

I am having surgery on Tuesday and since I need a Covid test before, but only 3 days before, I needed somewhere I could make sure I had results in hand before my 5am check-in. Med Concierge made it very easy for me to choose an option that worked for my urgent (but not totally urgent) needs. They had times available today and tomorrow, and they had competitive pricing. When I got there (to a beautiful, clean office space), Alex took me back, verifies my info, collected my sample, and I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins, probably less. If anyone within 30 mins of Van Nuys needs a PCR test for travel, surgery, whatever... I would definitely go back. Pre-op lists are never fun to try and complete on time, in the era of covid, but this made my last stop so easy and stress-free.
