This company is dangerous! My father is currently recovering from the virus, and i had a confirmed appointment for yesterday 7/21 at 2pm. This was booked online at their website www.conciergemdla.com. They failed to show up twice, 2 days in a row. I called them at 2:32pm because they didn't show up, and they apologized and asked if i wanted to book for the following day as their nurses were all booked. I told them i need someone asap as my father has not been eating, which is a common symptom to the virus. I wish they would have told me sooner, so i can find a different company. I was lucky to find another company who came at 4pm. I received another call from Concierge MDLA at 4:44pm asking if i would like to schedule an appointment for tomorrow, 7/22 which i did confirm and schedule at 12pm. As my father is showing improvements, i wanted to get him vitamins and nutrients the next few days to help with his recovery. As my father was getting treatment, i received another phone call asking if i can change my schedule to a later time, which i responded with earlier would be better, so we changed it to a window between 10am-12pm. At 6:19pm, i receive another call from Concierge MDLA saying an appointment cancelled and someone can come at 7pm, which i denied, because my father already received treatment from a different company, and that i have an appointment for the following day with them at 10am-12pm. Now, here we are today waiting for someone to arrive. It is 1:05pm and what the fine receptionist (who hung up on me at the end of our conversation btw), said that i "cancelled" our appointment, because she thought she heard me say i went with a different company. No, i said i went with a different company from the previous day because you guys didnt commit to the appointment, and that i already made an appointment with Concierge MDLA for the following morning, so no need for someone to come at 7pm. I would think they have the information in their system. This was extremely important as my father is 72 years of age and he is recovering from this strong virus. Dealing with this amateur company can lead to serious problems, especially, when it involves people's health. The receptionist that took the call today, 7/22 at 12:44pm, is not only unprofessional and rude, but had the audacity to say i need to improve on my communication skills. There are many companies out there who provide a much better service and care. Unfortunately, the people who handle their calls are essentially the gatekeepers of the business. Too bad they are incompetent. *On a side note, my father received 2 treatments from them the previous Friday 7/19 and Sunday 7/21 by a Michael Richard. He was a fantastic nurse. Too bad their office personnel cannot perform basic administrative duties. They lost my business read more
