Over 1k in medical bills for a COVID PCR test. And I had no interaction with this doctor.
    Olivia D.

Went in for a COVID-19 PCR Test with SameDay Health, ended up getting billed over 1K by this dude. Unfortunately, the fraudulent claims are true.

Thank you for keeping me alive and healthy!

He was dismissive and rude. He doubted me when I told him my symptoms. And he put words in my mouth.

Dr Toll has been our family doctor for a few year. His diagnosis have always been accurate and his staff is great too.

I love Dr.Lippman. Her way of treating her patients is very different. But if you do what she says,…read morewhatever ailment you have will be cured without any un natural medicines or substances. She makes me laugh with some of the stuff she does. It's definitely unconventional. But it works. I am a 21 year old woman with gallbladder disease. The top doctors at USC Medical Center told me my only option was to remove the organ completely or suffer with pain and take vicodin the rest of my life. Or at least until I'm forced to remove it because of the problems it will cause with other parts of my body.. With Dr.Lippman's instructions I have been cured. As long as I do what she says then I don't have any pain or other symptoms. It has now been a year since I was diagnosed. After Dr. Lippman's prescription, which included regulating my diet and taking specific supplements daily I have not had any problems. Once I stop taking the medicine she suggests is when I start to notice negative changes. So I know it works. I have gone back for follow up visits and have even been able to cut back on the number of supplements I have to take because of my improving condition. Long story short she is the bomb and will figure out what her patient needs. She asks the body, not the patient. Her unconventional approach to treating her patients really works and I love telling people how great she is. Worth the money.

I enjoyed the health professionals okay, but my son had a different doctor each visit, which to me…read moremeans the doctors come and go easily. Which meant inconsistent care. Not to mention the Health Coach and the Doctor were often saying completely different things, so there is not congruent communication between these two parties. Also, this company makes NO effort to proactively communicate with you. Meaning, if you were to sign up for a year and not reach out to set up appointments, they would take your money and offer no refund or grace even though they rendered ZERO services. And it is NOT EASY to make those appointments. His doctors (because he has many) were sometimes booked out a month and a half or only available for tiny windows within a week. They refused to give us a refund after they auto-renewed our account after a year. When the doctor said it was our last appointment, I assumed we were done. However, they continued to bill us for 3 months before I noticed what was happening. I was told repeatedly that they have a strict no-refund policy. Even though they have made NO effort to contact us. No communication alerting us to this renewal. No attempts to schedule new appointments. I find this unethical. Unfair. If the services themselves were phenomenal, I would at least give 3 stars. But for mediocre, and often disjointed services, on top of their dishonorable business practices, I say JUST GO TO A LOCAL FUNCTIONAL MEDICAL DOCTOR NEAR YOU!

I truly cannot believe how much Parsley has failed and declined over the past few years. For a…read moreconcierge service for which one pays a premium it's an absolute atrocity. Service is subpar and many times, stress-inducing, which causes illness: 1. No in-person visits in LA office (used to be an option) 2. No on-site lab draws in LA office (used to be an option) 3. Constant Dr turnover, requiring starting over multiple times 4. Not enough doctors due to turnover (currently I am not assigned to a doctor) which is ridiculous given the cost. Only options after multiple doctors leaving are NPs or PAs. 5. Slow response times to questions 6. Messaging system that is built to direct you to unhelpful articles rather than putting you in contact with proper channel to receive answer. Follow the prompts and rather then get a box to write a message, get an unhelpful auto response. 7. Incomplete instructions 8. As per the entire medical system, requires patients to do extensive knowledge and advocate for themselves rather than receiving truly helpful care 9. Hard to schedule appointments 10. No rollover policy for unused appointments even if due to doctors taking leave or leaving (which again, has happened multiple times). 11. A couple other items I will not mention but which were unprofessional 12. Incomplete testing for intensive tests 13. No app - or if there is one, not well marketed or advertised 14. Very impersonal and seemingly low budget service - feels like everyone is working from home in their pajamas and somehow still overbooked and slow to respond 15. Minimal results in healing illness (have virtually seen no improvement via Parsley, whereas, by contrast, I see much improvement when going to a Naturopath). 16. On top of slow response times to messages - INCOMPLETE answers. On more than one occasion I have had to ask the same question three times before receiving an answer. 17. Had to basically dictate my latest protocol and was given INCOMPLETE treatment because I assumed my dr. would prescribed the typical two different medicines one usually does for what I have, because it's clinically proven to be more effective, and that of course, was not what happened. I was prescribed one. 18. Was called after a doctor visit and asked if I could reminder her what she said because she had had three back-to-back calls and forgot what she had told me about what kind of tests we where doing and where I was doing them. 19. Practitioners do not consider what type of plan you have and suggest you schedule multiple follow-ups (more than necessary) so you run out of sessions with them. 20. Asked for a test on the first visit with my new practitioner (not dr, a PA) and was told she didn't want to overload me. Then finally got the test on my second visit...confirmed I have what I suspected (which means my initial diagnosis she wrote down without testing was both vague and wrong) since I had never been cured of it and pushed my healing back by three months. 21. Received a questionnaire to ask for feedback on how my service was, responded with my concerns, was told they'd like to schedule a call to talk to me. I responded, we scheduled a time...no call. I've followed up twice with messages now.... no response. Shall I keep going? There's more. Wow just read up multiple other peoples reviews after posting this. Sounds like they should be reported.
