Dr V, Jake and Asia are all top notch. They provide non rushed appointments to address your concerns and medical needs. It's good to know doctors offices like this still exist vs what medicine is Turing into which is rushed non thorough appointments. They have diagnostic equipment and a lab that many other doctor's offices generally don't have which saves you time and appointments elsewhere. There is an annual fee, but they allow you to split payments if needed. They are more than accommodating even with same day or next day appointments. If you take your health seriously and want comprehensive care then definitely make an appointment and try them out. read more

This is a first...now Dr. V's office is calling me leaving a long voicemail saying I overreacted to them regarding billing me a few hundred dollars on charges not performed and they don't appreciate a bad Yelp review. Please don't harass me for leaving a negative Yelp review when it was your billing department that made mistakes and was rude to address my concerns in the first place. I tried to sort the matter out with your billing team, but your manager was so disrespectful and insisting I didn't understand my billing that I had to get my insurance company involved to look into the matter. See my first Yelp Review. If you don't want negative Yelp reviews then don't bill your clients for lab work not done. Hire good billing managers who are not rude and talking down on a patient when they try to resolve the matter. And please don't call me again about leaving a bad Yelp review telling me I am overreacting when my insurance also agreed that you billed me for services not performed!!! You've been CANCELLED! ---- My insurance company confirmed Dr.V office did bill me for lab work not done. The insurance company clawed back money that was incorrectly billed and they also reduced my bill too. I'm glad my insurance company looked into them and questioned the details of their billing. I stand by my previous statement use them at your own billing risk which is not worth using them at all given all the stress and time caused for their incorrect billing. read more

I was a patient at Mens Health Foundation and had consistent trouble with the drs, staff and billing. A friend recommended "Dr. V", Koppany Visnyei, and I was blown away with the service, staff and office, in general. Dr. V spends a lot of time with me, literally, sits, explains, goes into details and has even sat at his computer checking different drug companies pricing when my insurance was questioning a prescription. His attention to a fully pay attention to every part of my body and anwering questions is absolutely the way a dr. should be. For the first time in 20+ years, I actually had a good experience at a doctor's office! Going to the doctor is annoying and daunting for many reasons, but the dread and anxiety fat people can face is next level. We aren't guaranteed nonjudgmental, quality care. Presumptions are made about our health because of the size of our bodies. We aren't listened to or taken seriously because all that ails us is blamed on our weight. I can't think of a lazier or more harmful way to practice medicine. But seeing Asia changed that. I felt listened to, I felt cared for, I was given a say in my own health. Sure there was anxiety, but that anxiety was taken into consideration. So many things affect our health, outside of striving for numbers, and that is taken into consideration. I like how everything is streamlined through the app and easy to navigate. Parking at the structure next door was easy (it was $6 for a little over an hour). There was barely a wait and all staff were very friendly. You deserve quality care and you will absolutely receive that here. read more

BEWARE OF FRAUD BILLING After going to this practice for years, I was informed that I had a bill for $350 for co-pays dating back 14 months. Despite numerous trips to the office, I was never informed of any outstanding bill. The medical billing manager told me that her system was malfunctioning and that her own admin staff were not properly informing clients of their bills. Now, they are insisting on back charging me hundreds of dollars. Lastly, I've been trying to reconcile this with the billing manager Reyna for weeks and she has not even returned my phone calls. read more

Long time patient, I do respect the team and their work, however they implemented an annual $500 fee that is not covered by insurance because "the cost of running a medical practice has escalated rapidly." While I am sure they are struggling, it is ridiculous to impose this on consumers, particularly with the current state of inflation and unemployment. I could afford this, particularly when the level of care is so high, but it is so ludicris and disrespectful that I have left out of principle. I called the clinic looking for a provider who accepts Medi-cal and was met with disgust for daring to ask. As someone who has moved around a lot for work, I've had my fair share of Primary Care Physicians. This is by far the best practice I've visited and best healthcare I've ever received. They are efficient, quick to respond, empathetic, and kind. I generally see Asia & Dr. V, and they are on top of it. Always have a lot of options for treatment, and let the patient's preference guide their care. Can't say enough good things; and I hope I don't have to find another PCP after they've set the bar so high for treatment and care. read more

I came across Dr. V on yelp after years of searching for a doctor who actually cares about their patients. I have never felt so comfortable or at ease in a doctors office like them. Outstanding is all I can say. The front desk ladies are the most sweetest not once have I ever gotten any attitude over the phone from them like most places. Very professional and kind. The worse experience ever. I called to see what insurances they take and they did not know. They said they take all major insurance. I enrolled in Healthnet and they did not take it. I called multiple time to confirm and update my insurance info for two months before my appointment and no call back. I get to my appointment and they turned me away because they didi not take my insurance. I did everything in my power to make sure my insurance was taken by them and they dropped the ball. They thing that worries me is the lack of front desk help. What if this was an emergency or something fatal that the hospital had to get of hold of my primary doctor? I would have been dead. Get your PreP else where. I have more front desk stories. DO NOT GO HERE! Not Gay Friendly. Just want gay money. read more

The best experience I've had so far. Dr. V listens very carefully and provides great advice. The best part of this facility is, they have their own portal (site) where you can create an account and view personal records. You can also message your doctor directly. Dr. V was very prompt and thorough in responding to my inquiries. Wait time is very short. As a first time patient I had filled out form online and, so when I went in I saved a lot of time. Follow up visit wait time was also very short. Staffs are professional. They don't validate parking, which is one thing I don't like. However parking costs are not ridiculous like other facilities around this area. read more
