We have used Evolution Moving on multiple occasions and they have always been extremely professional. They take great care with your household items and work hard the entire time ensuring no overcharging. I definitely recommend. read more

Great job by the guys who helped me out this morning. I had to leave them to themselves for an hour and they finished quicker than expected. Everything is moved in good shape and had no issues. Very professional. Highly recommended read more

We first used Evolution's moving services about 4 years ago. They did a fantastic job then, and yesterday they moved my business furniture and some very heavy items for me from San Antonio to Canyon Lake. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They hustle, don't waste time, take extra care of your furniture during the move, and carefully wrap things so they don't get damaged. I highly recommend them. read more

We needed muscle help in loading. Lorenzo, Zee and Hector arrived and went right to work. They were fast and efficient. They were careful not to damage any walls or floors during the process. All large furniture was handled with ease. I am very pleased with our experience and would recommend Evolution Moving and in particular the crew we worked with. read more

Evolution movers rock! This was by far one of the best moves we've ever made out of 20 or so over the past 40 years. They showed up a few minutes early which was a pleasant surprise. They quickly and efficiently got our 4 bedroom house + yard stuff packed into the truck and door to door move in just over 6 hours. The guys were polite, respectful and helpful/friendly. The quote was spot on for the money and such a great value compared to our last few moves. Highly recommend! read more

Here is your warning and please take this seriously, the guys were very nice, but....their main interest was getting the job done as quickly as possible at your expense so they could get the hell home! It did not matter to them whether they put bathroom items in office boxes, bedroom items in kitchen boxes,, they literally just were throwing things in boxes. The most unorganized moving company we have ever used and we have moved 8 times to homes and 7 times to apartments in 18 years! We tipped them very well the first day they came to pack, unaware of what they were doing as we had a 2 story home, my husband was there and I was handling the new home preparations. It took me 2 months to unpack the mess! It has NEVER taken me more than 2 weeks to unpack and settle into a new home! The guy in charge on the new home side came to me, and asked me where an unlabeled box went, they had packed it and not even put anything on it referring to contents!!! I WARN you do not even bother to contact them! They talk a good game but they are not who they claim, I told the young man Cameron I wanted the additional insurance bc we have a lot of valuable antiques, of course it is my word against his and he claimed once the move had started he couldn't add the insurance, I call crap on that! They hadn't even moved a piece of furniture!! I had a video of our home and the mess they left us in after they left, but I guess I can't upload that, just trust me when I tell you it was overwhelmingly depressing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! If you do you have been warned! read more

The two guys that emptied two pods for us were so pleasant and professional. They worked hard and took great care with our stuff. I would recommend Evolution to any one needing movers. Thank you Evolution. You have been great, from scheduling to showing up early and working hard. read more

This review is a little late but needed to be written. I used these guys at the end of July. Since it's been longer then I would have liked I can't remember the guys names, maybe one was Ryan. I can however remember how awesome of a job they did. They called and asked to come earlier since they finished up with the first stop faster and once they arrived came in and loaded everything up quickly and efficiently. We actually had not had a chance to breakdown our bed since they came earlier but that was not a problem, they helped us out by breaking it down and they even set it back up when they delivered everything to the new house. The biggest thing here is they still finished in less time then quoted. I highly recommend this company and am so sad I can't remember the guys names. One was super friendly and the other was very quiet, but both very efficient! read more

Our third move with Evolution was just as smooth as the other two moves. Pearson and Brian's attitude and work ethic was outstanding. Once again the company and employees exceeded my expectations. The Van Operator; Pearson stayed in touch with us throughout the two day move. He called prior to arriving at Origin in New Braunfels, called when he and Brian left the Evolution facility on Saturday morning and once again after he exited I 10 so we could give family members a heads up on delivery. Kudos for Pearson's communication skills. Pearson and Brian never slowed down. They never took a break even though we had refreshments for them. No property or household goods damaged. Another flawless move by Evolution. Tom; the Sales Manager in Dallas set the move up for us. His estimate was spot on. We'll be calling again for two more trucks near the end of the month to complete the final move. It's one thing to run a company. It's another to hire, train and motivate your employees. The Crews were professional, respectful, dependable, honest hardworking employees. Thank you. Money well spent. Respectfully, Bill read more

Our moving crew was not only personable and diligent, but they were FAST too!! They took care of every last detail and did it with a smile ALL day long! Thank you to James, Ricky, LJ, DJ, Chris and Brandon! I'm referring all my friends to you guys! Thanks for helping us through the most exhausting and stressful day ever! read more

These guys are amazing! We've used Evolution 3 times now and they're just great to work with. They're always on time, reasonably priced, super friendly, and I've yet to have anything broken or damaged. I highly recommend them!!! read more

Had a great experience with our two movers. Worked quickly, efficiently, and had all tools needed to complete the job. Thanks a bunch for saving my back! read more

Best moving service I've ever experienced! Workers worked soooo hard and efficiently! Highly recommend!

If I could, I would give them 6 stars but I can't. What I can do is tell you what an amazing job they did. Ryan, Matt and Mason are a great bunch of guys. They came ready to work and let me tell you they NEVER stop. These guys move quickly and carefully. They are professional and funny and it really feels like your friends are moving your stuff minus the grouchiness and constant nagging for more beer. They wrap your stuff tightly and with care. All men were polite and Matt is about the happiest fella singing while he works and smiling. He yells out loud lots of hilarious things to his partners. Moving isn't very cheap but these guys were reasonably priced and did a most excellent job. If I have to move again, and I don't see that in the future, I would call them again. And hey know their stuff too!! Thanks Evolution. read more

Logan and Greg were great they got the job done and were very professional I will definitely use Evolution moving again if i need to have anything moved. The company was quick responsive and the price more than fair for the work. read more

We had a fantastic experience with Einstein. Such good communication while we asked for a quote and as we got closer to the move. On the big day the movers were completely professional and so efficient. We ended up paying a great deal less than planned because they shifted things on the fly for our benefit. I can't recommend them enough. read more

If I could give this company 100 stars I would! From the very beginning with booking on the phone I talked to Zack and he was very nice and honest/upfront with the prices and I felt the prices were very fair. I can't thank you guys enough for helping with our move. I don't know what we would have done without Evolution moving company and especially our movers, Greg and Joseph. They were both so nice, efficient, reliable and respectful. They kept a smile on their faces the whole time even though it was a very difficult move and 100 degree Texas weather. Literal life savers! Would 100% book again & recommend to everyone I know! read more

We would give negative stars if possible. Many furniture items were not wrapped, and even those that were wrapped sustained significant damage. We had our furniture stored for almost three months, so we weren't aware of the damage until we moved to our permanent home. The move was expensive, from San Antonio to Dallas, and on top of that, we had significant furniture damage, especially to pieces that were antiques and not easily repaired or replaced. Companies like to claim they are the best, but this one was a nightmare for us. Since we didn't discover damages until a few months later, when moving out of storage, I guess we are stuck with what we got. I fell for the 5 star reviews. Don't do the same. read more

We had 3 guys move us from a 1 story to 2 story home with lots of heavy furniture. They were very professional and got it knocked out in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely use evolution for our next move! read more

These guys were AWSOME, all 4 guys that helped us were very professional, polite and really made our move go smoothly. I would use them again without hesitation. read more

I am very sad to have to write this rating because we had them move us three years ago and were impressed with the service, although I swear there was a box missing, they assured me they had protocols in place to prevent this. 5 months ago we had them put everything in storage while we build a new home, as we sold our previous one before we expected to. Now, moving everything they stored for us into another home (not the new build), they've LOST the bed frame to my son's bed. How do you lose something you stored for us? They brought us a frame; it was the wrong one. So...someone else is missing theirs as well. There is a 5-6 inch gap between the mattress and headboard. The bed is wobbly. This is an Ashley Signature Series bed that is 4 years old. They don't wobble, and they don't have a wide gap between the mattress and headboard! It also costs $450.00 plus to replace it since they don't make this series anymore. They brought us the wrong frame 2 days ago. Seems they don't care enough to resolve this, even when I've told them I will report them if they don't. In the meantime, my son, who is autistic by the way, can't sleep in his bed! Evolution's foul up this time makes me suspicious of that missing box from the first move. They lost it, and didn't want to admit it or compensate me. My mistake in trusting them the second time. PLEASE don't make this mistake. Hire someone else. There was a HUGE dead cockroach in my son's laundry basket that wasn't there when we packed it. It got in while in their warehouse. We'd better not get an infestation, or I WILL TAKE THIS TO LITIGATION. read more

Evolution was a great experience. We required their services on very short notice and they delivered. Ryan, in sales was easy to work with and so flexible when our needs changed. Our actual movers were terrific as well. Levi and his team were prompt, courteous, respectful and fast. read more

Great to work with. This is the second time we have used them and absolutely would recommend them. DJ and Pierson are very competent movers who seem to love what they are doing. Thanks to all at Evolution Moving!! read more

I wish I could say 4.5. The guys worked so hard. I had 6 guys and 3 trucks. everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We completed the move in about 8 hours. I could tell the guys were getting tired towards the end as most boxes just ended up in the garage. Which is ok but we have lots to take into the house still. The only other issue I had was that I specifically asked if they could put items together from storage (that were taken apart by another company in a previous move) and was told yes when I was choosing which company to move with but the main mover said he was unable to put things together that were taken apart already. So that was a little frustrating to deal with especially when I asked ahead of time. Overall I would use them again. read more

These guys were great and worked with our moving budget! Very responsible and timely! We'd definitely recommend them for your future move. Thanks, Evolution! read more

Great company... Found on yelp... Very responsive, move went without a hitch, very reasonable, great people to work with. Would highly highly recommend. read more

The movers were very courteous. They came in strong and worked quickly the first few hours and then it slowed down for no reason. Still, they were very nice. They broke the stand to my Samsung flatscreen and told me I could get the replacement on Amazon and was immediately compensated $50 Guess what? He was wrong, the one on Amazon didn't work so I had to go to eBay and it cost a little more. Disappointed that several pieces of furniture were scratched and I'm not talking superficial scratches, I'm talking deep ones that cannot be corrected. Additionally, I lost shelves to one of my cabinets, I called the company and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. They were in the expensive side, but I needed a company at the last minute so I was expecting it. I would've given 4 stars had it not been for the damage and the poor customer service after the move. read more

Unfortunately we chose this company to move us on November 2021.The moving crew sent by this company were:one hard working man and two lazy guys who made sure they made the move as SLOW as possible to make the move very Expensive!!! They were playing with a light saber toy we had and one employee kept waking in and out with his hands in his pockets. Hiring this moving company was an expensive mistake. We had to tell them we were done and rent a truck and finish moving the rest ourselves. read more

Let me start of by lifting up the men who deserve recognition. Doc, Cameron, Nathan, and Adrian are absolutely amazing! I have moved many times in the past and my experience with Evolution Moving Company has by far been the best. They were on time, courteous, and quick to get the job done. Not only did they handle all of my belongings with the upmost care and respect, they finished hours ahead of schedule. They were so skilled and contentious when moving my home into storage that I was able to eliminate one of the units I had reserved. They managed to fit all my furniture and other belongings in like puzzle pieces in a Tetris game. I really could not believe it! They definitely went above and beyond in helping me through a difficult day. I will definitely be using these same awesome gentlemen to move my things out of storage into my home in the near future. It's rare to have a job done right these days and with genuine kindness and concern for a stranger it restores my faith in humanity for sure. They need to be rewarded for their outstanding customer service and hard work. Can't wait to see them again! Thanks guys!!! read more

Very professional and courteous. Showed up on time and took great care of my furnishings. If you are moving , call these guys! If you (like me) are afraid that real customer service is a thing of the past, call these guys! Your faith will be restored! I can not recommend them enough. They were transparent about the cost and never wavered. No hidden fees, no extra charges. I wish I remembered the names of the young men that moved me because I would give them the shout out they deserve! read more

Awesome moving company. I have used them twice for an out of town move and an in town move. They are professional, prompt, skilled, courteous and FAST! They don't try to slow it down to charge you more. Their guys hoof it to finish up quickly while still taking care of your stuff. Prices are very competitive and often the best price and they are very good to boot. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again for next move. read more

We hired Evolution Moving Company in January to move us into our new home. This review is well overdue. These young men are overly professional and cared out items as if it was their great grandmother's cherished antiques. They were on time and worked endlessly during the entire moving day. Compared to other moving companies the guys from Evolution are outstandingly amazing! They work hard & they are overly respectful! In fact we hired them 2 weeks later to move more items for us. I don't think we'd ever use another moving company as I don't think anyone could stand up to their professionalism! read more

Logan and Garrett arrived on time and were very flexible. We had a few items going to one location and a few going to another location. They seemed to have a plan on how to load the truck and made sure it was very efficient. They took great care of all our furniture pieces. Very happy with the service and will be recommending them to our family who are moving later this year. I posted this review on both locations because I wasn't sure which one we had contacted. Either way, very pleased and they made our move easy. read more

Crew showed up on time and eager to work! They were respectful of our home of us, and treated our furniture like they would have their own. There was a minor incident with a cracked leg on an end table (it was not tightened properly) and they immediately brought it to my attention and explained how they were going to fix the problem and make it right. Being military we have had lots of moves using movers but this was the first we arranged ourselves and it was a breeze. I'll never move myself again! read more

I own a moving company in Tucson Arizona that does a lot of interstate moves. When we do these we send a driver and hire a top rated yelp crew to assist him in the delivery of our client's belongings. Our reputation is in the company's hands that we choose, from appearance, attitude, skillset and overall professionalism. I hired Evolution Moving Company after speaking with each of them. We had a 5 bedroom two story delivery. They were on time and met all our standards especially the skillset. My superintendent called me during the unload and told me they were unbelievably efficient and careful... ZERO damage, no scratches and very happy clients. Our goal is always the perfect move and that is exactly what this was. We are movers and these guys at Evolution are all you need to have a great move experience. If you live in the San Antonio area don't hire anyone else. Thanks again Ryan & Cameron, see you on the next one into San Antonio... Chris read more
