I got a few quotes from a few different moving companies. The costs were all about the same. These guys were professional, Robert and Daniel got everything moved from our third floor apartment without a scratch and within the 2-hour minimum. Highly recommend this group. read more

This was our second time using Evolution Moving, and they were great again. On time, very friendly, and reasonably priced. We had a lot of very heavy, odd shaped items, but they moved everything without a second thought. They made it all look easy, it wasn't. I would definitely use them again, thank you! read more

So I got several quotes for a local San Antonio move, and I chose Evolution because not only did they break down the cost/hour and fees, but they were upfront about total estimated cost. My move was scheduled for 830- I got a call about an hour beforehand letting me know they were on the way, and the deliverers arrived exactly on time. The moving process was smooth- they looked over my things, had me sign paperwork, and proceeded to pack everything up. They were professional and efficient. All my items made it to the new place, and their price estimate was accurate. Would absolutely use Evolution again! read more

No complaints. Professional. Down to earth. Just a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend using these guys. Thanks for getting us back to Austin fellas! read more

Keegan and Robert with Evolution Moving Company are a dream team. They helped my Mom move from her home of 25 yrs to a new home in a new town. They were fast, communicative, kind and patient. They were unfazed by the 3 crazy dogs constantly under foot and they made what was a very stressful day for my elderly Mom a lot easier. All of her items arrived undamaged and the cost of the move came in under the estimate ! I am a Realtor in Austin and these guys will be my new go to movers to recommend to my clients. I just couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. read more

Evolution move is trustworthy . They showed up on time and charged as they said. No drama!!!!

The guys from Evolution moving were AWESOME! They were on time, careful with our stuff, polite & they literally husteld back & forth from the truck, knowing & understanding that we were "on the clock". HIGHLY TECOMMEND read more

BEST movers in the San Antonio area! Matt and Steven were two of the hardest working movers I have seen! Thanks to Evolution Moving for the hard work and fare pricing. If you need a quality moving company that will treat you fair call Evolution. Can't say it enough, GREAT JOB! read more

Evolution Moving - Movers Near Me - New Braunfels, Texas

Hired Evolution Moving to pack up heirloom china so that I could ship it to Virginia via FedEx for my client. When I called, I was very clear about my needs. I was assured they could do the job. I am very disappointed in: 1) they sent two young guys to pack the china; 2) the guys used very little bubble wrap, mostly paper (I did not supervise as I (wrongly) assumed they were professionals); 3) a good 30% of the china was broken upon arrival; 4) I had to email twice to get any response; and 5) when I did get a response, it was 'we really don't do jobs like this'. Well dang, I wouldn't have hired them if they had told me they were going to send unprofessional packers or were not sure that my goals were going to be met. My advice: find a moving company that has your best interests in mind! read more

Professional and fast! These guys knew what they were doing and kept in the forefront of their mind the client and packing /loading safely.

Cameron & Ben with Evolution, done awesome job!! They answered the phone every time you called, answered all of my questions. They showed up right on time. Sufficiently wrapped my furniture in blankets and shrink rap. They were very careful with all of my boxes. They efficiently moved my furniture and boxes into the garage and my new home!! I will be calling them again to move my belongings the next time! I highly recommend EVOLUTION MOVING they have a very reasonable rate and get the job done!! read more

LOVED THESE GUYS! Our team was fantastic. You would think that when you're paying someone by the hour they would tend to move slower but these guys got to business right away! It was like a whirlwind. Super nice kids, efficient, and professional. I cannot recommend Evolution Moving Company enough. From scheduling to prices to the actual move, everything was fantastic. There's a reason they have such stellar reviews on Yelp and everywhere else. Hire them!! read more

Very professional and efficient. Ryan, your team is spot on!!! You definitely have this down to a science!!

My experience with them was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I hired then to pack and they sent 3 young men who didn't seem to have any real experience with packing. And the lead guy and one of his crew were terribly rude when I complained because I saw them throwing my things in a large box with no lid or wrapping paper - things like musical instruments and vases! They told me they were the ones with experience packing and said it was fine and asked what experience I had. What??? I had to ask one of the packers to leave because he was going off on me. They also missed several closets and things that I had asked then to pack and packed things I asked them not to. I tried to talk to the lead guy at the end to say I was sorry if I was rude or curt but I hoped he could understand the stress I was under but that I did need them to be more careful with my things and the lead guy went off on me. I tried calling the main office several times to ask the owner or a manager to call me to work out a solution such as refunding me a small percentage. Or just saying he was sorry. Not one phone call to even discuss my extreme dissatisfaction. I paid them A LOT of money to pack and to move me and have never had such a awful experience with movers. read more

Doc and crew were great - - didn't waste time, got there on time, took care of our move with no breakage or issues. We'll use them again!

They broke a piece of my bed. They moved me on 2/5/21. They did wrap a few things but they apparently didn't wrap the end pieces of my bed so one fell when they moved the item and it cracked! The item is a custom piece so can't be replaced. read more

Evolution movers helped us move some furniture we had purchased. They picked it up an hour away without us there, brought it to our office and then moved/arranged all our furniture like we needed. The items they picked up were all carefully packed and moved. They were super courteous and policed the area of all the packing materials they used. We felt like they did a great job and fix it at a good price! We were very pleased and recommend them highly!! read more

Guy who answers the phone is not helpful and rude. I called and he was super short worded and not explaining how the process works as if I should know. You guys need to get people with customer service skills read more

Evolution Moving Company is AMAZING!!! They made our move so much easier, AND their pricing was way lower that any other company (trust me... I called a ton). Cannot recommend enough!! read more

Incredibly overpriced estimate - bizarre even! Almost $3000 higher than a dozen other estimates I received.

The guys did such a great job! They really moved fast and really got the truck stacked full. I highly recommend them for moving. We had a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home and they moved us in under 6 hours. Great people and great value! read more

This was the second time using Evolution Moving Company- both times have been great! They are very timely, quick and professional. They do a great job of making sure that your items are wrapped properly, we did not have any damaged items. They even reassembled our bed for us. I would absolutely use evolution movers again! read more

Initially I gave a FIVE STAR rating but after seeing how my storage unit was packed, I have removed 1.5 stars. My boarderline OCD is having a fit!!! I scheduled the move last week for all furniture and a few boxes. My move-out date was yesterday 2/28/2023 but I scheduled movers ahead of time to get my things to a BeeSafe storage in Austin. While I stayed back to pack more, my mom drove separate to Austin to let the movers into the storage to unload. Yesterday evening, I saw the strange unit & almost fainted. Everything looks discombobulated as if they were just placing anything anywhere. I intended to go back & forth to the storage unit to take things out and place things in but I am scared to even touch anything. I would post pictures but I do not want to embarrass anyone. Its that bad. The movers were nice, punctual, and respectful and I appreciated that! I will be more than happy to send a picture to the appropriate parties. read more

Very reasonable prices. The guys that moved us were incredible. Nothing was missing or broken. Very hard workers.

I was charged double what I was quoted. There weren't enough movers sent to adequately complete the job in a reasonable time. I've moved with professional moving companies more than 10 times so I am very familiar with the process. I booked this company based on Yelp reviews which I now question the authenticity of. read more

I used Evolution Movers in January 2020 and they did excellent, had a good crew and were efficient, so I decided to use their services again for my move on October 5th, 2021. It was a horror show! They came in almost an hour late, then they couldn't fit everything into their truck (which was less than what they moved in January 2020). They offered to come back in the morning and pick up what was left; however, it would be a new contract (which meant I would have to pay again for their mistake). I suggested they get a U-Haul locally for the excess, that was nixed on the basis that they could pick it up tomorrow. The house I was leaving was also getting cleaned for the new owners the next day, couldn't leave stuff there overnight. I had to ask a friend to bring the leftovers to my new address (it took him 3 trips in a loaded pick up truck with a total distance traveled of over 210 miles). Some boxes were labeled properly, most were not. I am on day 2 of opening boxes and have yet to find my slippers. A number of the boxes were labeled storage, I am going to hit them next. The crew boss, Dillon, was personable but inefficient, his crew was very hard working, therefore I tipped them. Their high estimate was $1750.00, actual payout was $2560.76. Maybe it was an "off day" for them but it was a total disaster for me. Cannot in good conscience recommend or use their services ever again. read more

Highly recommend. The guys took excellent care of our belongings, and worked really hard to get everything done quickly and efficiently. read more

They made the moving process easy - from making the initial appointment time, explaining the cost, to calling the day before - all flawless. Then came moving day - a call before informing me of the arrival time and their great work effort to get us packed up and moved. A fantastic experience - thanks to the Evolution Another great experience in 2018. We moved out of 6 large storage sheds in the past month. Matt with Evolution again made the whole process seamless from scheduling to delivering our entire home possessions. Highly recommend Evolution, they will always meet or exceed your expectations! read more

Movers are fast and efficient! Super professional!! Would totally use them again and would recommend!! Honest owner!!

These guys showed up on time, were personable, careful, thorough, and kicked some serious butt. They packed an entire house one day and moved me from San Antonio back to Houston the next and not once did they miss a beat. Prices were very reasonable and if I ever had a move in/around the San Antonio area again I'd definitely use their services. Highly recommended. read more

DO NOT GO WITH ANYONE ELSE! EVOLUTION IS YOUR ANSWER! These guys were amazing. Cameron and Sean showed up promptly at scheduled time. I had changed the date twice and they were so considerate and professional about it. We were moving from S. Austin to San Marcos. They were very focused on the task. Which was not easy considering we were moving from 4000 sq. ft. to 1700. They did not slow down for one second. After searching all local companies Evolution had the BEST/MOST positive feedback. I thought they were going to be the highest price and was willing to pay it but they were not. They were worth every cent! Upon calling to get a quote they answered the phone immediately,(other moving companys went into voice mails, I hate that) Ryan gave me a quote and stuck by it. During the move I was pretty overwhelmed but they new what to do, they read the boxes and took the "bull by the horns" and carefully placed them where they needed to go. Not one thing had gotten broken! (amazing) Their price and their professionalism is second to none! You can not go wrong by hiring these gentlemen. Thank you Evolution! Tube still waiting! read more

This is my first review on Yelp, because these guys were amazing! I've moved a lot 10-12 times this was my first time with Evolution moving and I hope I never have to use any other movers, they were incredible, let me know when they were on the way and both movers were awesome. They were very quick, efficient, and took care of my items, and communicated very well. I've never had a more simple moving experience in my life. I have already recommended them to everyone I know who is moving and will continue to do so. read more

The most wonderful experience! No one likes to move, yet it was almost a pleasure to move knowing my belongings were in such good hands. They were very pleasant and hard working. All my items were handled like the most valuable pieces ever made. Everything was meticulously wrapped and hand carried. I am so pleased to have found such a wonderful company. IF I ever move again, it will be with the help of this magnificent company! read more

These guys are the BEST! We have moved probably 8 times in the last four years, and done it ourselves every time. This time, we bought a house and decided to "splurge" on movers to help get it done. From the initial contact for a quote to the last box inside the house, these guys were professional, courteous and friendly. I felt at-ease and trusted our movers right away, something extremely important when you're letting people just take all your stuff, throw it in a truck, and drive away with it! Their quote was substantially lower than anyone else in the area, and when I advised Ryan on the phone that we had a budget we were hoping to stick with, he notated the file for the guys on move-day. They promised to have our job done as close to our budget as possible, and ended up almost an hour UNDER the quoted price/our budget. They even had to move a heavy, huge recliner sofa up the stairway from hell, which took upwards of 25 minutes, and still ended up with time to spare and unblemished walls. To keep within our time-frame, we elected not to have anything plastic wrapped, just padded in the truck as needed, and we didn't notice any significant damage on our items at all. After the move was over, my husband advised that hiring Evolution Movers was the best decision I'd ever made- we'd do it again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone and everyone! THANK YOU!! read more

A two story garage with apartment, a five car garage and a two bedroom home! These guys came with everything they needed and were fast efficient and friendly. I will definitely send this group for all my jobs big or small. Thanks guys! read more

We had a hell of a time closing on my parents new home so the move date kept changing. These guys were extremely understanding and accommodating. They were efficient, professional, nice (even to a 2-yr old who was running around) and their quote was on point. My parents did not think they needed movers but they were very grateful after these guys came in and handled the move. Not to mention, it was at least 100 degrees. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the New Braunfels, San Marcos & surrounding area looking for good movers. Thanks again guys! read more
