Do not recommend going to Evergreen Tire. Staff lacks experience, and has a tendency to ruin vehicle more than repair.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Heritage Auto Repair…read more We brought in our 2018 Nissan Murano because of a screeching noise. Heritage diagnosed the problem as a serpentine belt and tensioner and charged us over $560 to replace them. The very next morning the exact same noise returned. When we contacted them again and sent a video, they told us it was actually a wheel bearing issue and quoted another $1,150 for repairs. At this point we lost confidence and sought another opinion. A different shop diagnosed the actual problem immediately: the transfer case, which explained the noise and the acceleration issues. So to summarize: * Heritage charged us $560 for a repair that did not fix the problem * They then misdiagnosed the issue again as wheel bearings * The real issue was the transfer case, which they completely missed What is most concerning is that they were prepared to perform another $1,150 repair that would not have solved the problem either. Good mechanics diagnose problems before charging customers for unnecessary work. This experience felt like guessing at repairs while the customer pays the bill. I would recommend anyone experiencing drivetrain or noise issues get a second opinion before authorizing repairs here.

I feel obligated to share what happened in hopes that others are spared from a similar experience, and so this situation is taken seriously. On August 16th at 8AM, I brought in my 2012 BMW 335is for a scheduled consultation because my brake pads were low. After the inspection, I was presented with a service quote of over $2,000, which included replacing rotors, calipers, discs, sensors, and even new tires I never requested. I explained that I have experience building cars and knew my rotors and calipers were fine. However, I was told it was "policy and liability" to replace everything. I declined the tires, but the bill was still over $1,700. Despite the high cost, I agreed only because I had no tools or other options, and I was told it could be done that same day. After I approved the work, I was then told it wouldn't be ready until Monday, August 18th. When I picked up my car on the 18th, I left the lot and reached the first red light. To my horror, my brakes nearly failed completely--traveling 35-40 mph, it took 8 full seconds of pressing my brake pedal to the floor before the car came to a complete stop. I narrowly avoided a collision. Terrified, I immediately pulled over and called Les Schwab. Instead of offering a tow, they told me to drive the car back despite the risk, with only 30 minutes before closing. Once there, I explained the situation in detail. A older technician looked over the car and insisted "nothing was wrong." I asked multiple times for documentation stating that my brakes were fine since this was a serious safety and liability concern, but I was refused three times. I then asked the same tech to test drive it. He first drove it briefly in the lot, when he came back and said nothing was wrong, again, I explained how I was going about 40 mph when this happened and not as slow as him in the parking lot, then--frustrated by my persistence--he grabbed my keys aggressively off the counter, spoke to me in a hostile tone saying "I'll take it for a test drive" and scoffs, and took the car for over 30 minutes. When he returned, he again said "nothing was wrong." I later realized the car had been taken into the shop without my consent or explanation of what was done. This only added to my fear that something was quietly fixed to avoid admitting fault. The next day I spoke directly with the manager, Jesse. Unlike the prior experience, the manager listened and took me seriously. He test drove the car with me, and while the brakes then felt fine, we soon discovered a new issue: a terrible banging sound above 30 mph. After multiple inspections, it turned out my plastic under-guard had been damaged, something that was not present before. This reinforced my concern that the aggressive technician may have driven my lowered car recklessly during his 30-minute "test drive." When I brought this up, the manager said it couldn't be proven. I was given no documentation of any work, inspections, or explanations of anything since picking it up originally. By the end, I was left with: A $1,700+ bill for work I did not fully agree was necessary. A terrifying brake failure immediately after service. An employee who was aggressive, dismissive, reckless, and unprofessional. Refusal of written documentation despite my repeated requests. A new issue (broken under-guard) that did not exist before service. Lost wages from a day and a half of missed work. I want to make clear: this situation was not just inconvenient, it was traumatizing. At 23, with no parents or outside help, this left me legally and financially vulnerable, while also placing me in real danger on the road. I take meticulous care of my car, it is my dream car since I was 15, and to leave a trusted shop only to nearly crash was unacceptable. I am asking Les Schwab corporate to review this case immediately. I sincerely hope Les Schwab does the right thing, not just for me, but to restore trust with customers who depend on them for safety.

I reached out to The Hive Auto Repair, and from the very first conversation with Sivan, I felt completely at ease. They were able to get my son in quickly, which was a huge relief because he'll be on the road soon. During the oil change, Sivan and his team noticed a couple of things that needed attention and took care of them right away. I really appreciated how clear and honest they were throughout the process. As a mom, knowing there's a reliable place my son can go to if anything ever comes up means everything. I hope we don't have to go back anytime soon, but if we do, I'm glad to know The Hive is there. Great service, fast turnaround, and genuinely good people.

I spent over $4,000 for a new power steering pump, alignment, and they somehow found that my steering was still not straight (even though it was not an issue before) so they called me and told me everything they needed to do. Since I travel for work 5 days a week, I felt I had no choice but to let them continue and finish the service. When I brought the final cost and services to a different auto repair shop, they felt so bad for me for spending the money I did. That's when I knew I made a big, big mistake. They also don't have an issue pressuring you into making sure they get to work on your car. They want to overcharge and take advantage of people who have little to no car maintenance experience. They also take too long to get simple repairs done. I had my car dropped off for the above service. During that time, I needed to get a rental because they didn't have any loaner cars available (according to them). They promised me it would only take 2 days. I called every day for 4 days and then they changed the pick up day/time for the following day. Finally was ready. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! I drove about 5 miles and started hearing noises as I drove on the main road. I took it back and they said my struts were worn out and they needed to be replaced. I asked them how did they not catch that during my initial service? They told me they didn't hear anything during the test drive and they didn't do anything to those parts of the car. BULLCRAP! They did a wheel alignment (or did they?). I took it to Les Schwab and they said my struts were fine that they were just loose and they did what they did for free and sent me on my way. My assumption for that is they want to take their sweet a$$ time so they can charge more for labor costs. So many issues with this crap auto repair company. I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting services done here to go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else in Moscow or Pullman. Heck, travel to Spokane/CDA if you have to. It will save you so much time, money and frustrations!

The lady that texts information, texted like she knew what was going on with the vehicle when she didn't. We brought the vehicle in several times explaining the situation to the service department and have to pay $200 every time we bring it in, mind you costs for repairs would be substantially higher into the 1000s. One of our first repairs was the rack and pinion impacting the steering column, they charged us and when we got it back the vehicle was shaking and making clunking noises, so we brought it back, and they said a U-bolt was forgot to be put on and fastening it was not done. This was very dangerous for us to trust to bring it back for anything else as we drive quite a bit in this vehicle as it is our family vehicle. The latest starts in the spring time (April) when our dual heating and cooling was not working correctly, regardless of what we told the service department, they went and replaced several other sensors, heater core, it was a mess and the problem still persisted after several times bringing it in and paying the deductible. One time they said it was finished, had us pay and sent us off with parts and tools still in the back seat as if they weren't put in, the middle console was extremely loose flopping everywhere. So, we finally contacted the owner and GM of Wysup and they promised better service from there on out, except the problem in the spring time was never fixed fully correctly. Fast forward to today, we just received our vehicle back for and temperature control on the passenger side and rear controls. It still does not work and in this winter, the back only blows cold air and the temperature only allows syncing so both sides have to have the same temperature. They said they recalibrated everything and took several drive tests to warm the vehicle and test it and that it was functioning correctly. Now, this is a luxury vehicle and we paid for it and the warranty to have it function properly. My wife and I did a simple research of the problem and was able to give them specifics of what we found that needed to be fixed. They did not listen to anything we said and come to find out after replacing several other things, the actuator door or mechanism for how the actuator door is processed to correctly distribute the set temperatures for each seat was not fixed. Their communication used too many words, explaining themselves over and over, when we saw them as excuses and condescending as if we didn't know how our own vehicle should run. It was unfortunate and we will never do service with them again or buy a vehicle there.
