A recommendation for Evergreen Smile Studio and Dr. Rebekah Nguyen
By Joyce A. Ford
I'm seventy years old and I have visited many dentists, beginning with an
orthodontist when I was in the third grade. I've had a lot of work done
over the years, and I've kept my teeth thanks to the good dentists I have
known. I was happy with my last dentist for over ten years, but then he
retired.
I chose Evergreen Smile Studio because it was convenient and close to
my house. There is free parking nearby if you don't live in the
neighborhood. Dr. Rebekah Nguyen's practice is new, and her office is
state-of-the-art. It is larger on the inside than it appears from the outside.
Dr. Rebekah herself is very welcoming and professional. She really cares
about her clients' comfort and knows exactly how to limit any discomfort
that may accompany a necessary procedure. I know this because I
needed to replace a crown, and she did it expertly, checking in with me
frequently to be sure I was comfortable during the procedure.
On my first visit I asked for a cleaning and exam. I was pleased with the
results, which included a fluoride treatment. At the end of my appointment
I was given a computer print-out of a suggested schedule of treatment
that included replacement of my damaged crown. It listed the costs
involved and even showed me what my insurance would cover.
Dr. Rebekah went to bat for me when my insurance denied a payment for
a core buildup, which was required to retain the replacement crown. She
had taken digital photographs of the procedure which she provided to the
insurance company as evidence. The insurance company adjusted the
claim; however, between the cleaning and crown replacement procedure I
exceeded the limits of my dental insurance.
My experience was exemplary. I have already scheduled an appointment
for a cleaning in January when my insurance coverage renews, and I am
recommending Dr. Rebekah and Evergreen Smile Studio to all of my
friends! read more
