Basic class is nothing to do with beginners riding. As instructor says - "It's only class for the test, not learning".

Here for a one-day Baha'i conference, we were hosted nicely with water, coffee and tea service. Lunch was provided through catering (maybe through the school?) which consisted of a selection of boxed sandwiches (Turkey, ham, roast beef, vegetarian). The boxes included a fruit (apple or orange) and a small bag of potato chips (Lays BBQ, Lays salted, Doritos Cool Ranch) and a small chocolate chip cookie. The space we were in - the gymnasium - was large and well-ventilated, including the capacity for air conditioning. Tall ceilings (presumably good for the sporting events held here), bleachers that can be pushed up against the walls and out of the way to make room for the 10-seater tables and chairs for the 500 participants present at the conference. A stage, mic setup and projector/screen were also made available and utilized during the event. Separate rooms were made available for additional spaces to take children, hold classes/breakout sessions, etc. Overall, a great space and experience.

After my first…read morequarter, my advisor had me register for an advanced class, ended up getting dropped from it due to a prerequisite class I wasn't told about. In the summer of 2023, I had to drop my courses due to an family emergency and when I went back for the Fall, I had to go to the Cashier's office to see if I got a refund of my tuition. I had to wait TWO AND HALF HOURS just to be told it was transferred for my Fall tuition. This last spring, I thought it would be my final quarter with all of my credits, but I was dead wrong. My current advisor did not tell me I had to take ANOTHER COURSE just to graduate and straight up lied to me when we first talked six months before the spring quarter. Now I have to wait till the spring of 2026 just to graduate and have my associates. Also, the tuition and the parking permit prices are stupidly ridiculously expensive. $55 for a quarterly parking permit taking more than 9 credits? No thank you! I'm happy to get out of this college when I do!

Her reputation is known throughout that industry and she is an excellent instructor. Nikki and her program has been recognized countless times in newspaper and online articles! And she's taken on jobs and worked on animals that other vet tech's can only dream of! Don't let the skewed opinion of one determine your perspective of the program and its instructor. If you learned the details of the situation that this parent is so miffed about, you might see a clearer picture. And don't forget, teachers are there to do a job and enforce the rules. How much of that situation does Leilani's daughter own? Guess we'll never know... Sno-Isle is an awesome technical high school regardless of the negative opinions of a few. They get what they put into their education and most regret not taking full advantage of the opportunities while they were enrolled. I've heard feedback, first-hand from former students. Who am I you ask? I am a former student of the automotive program I now teach...at Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center!

However, the final product was not a quality product, and was certainly not worth the money paid. To be fair, she did ask for feedback before it was completed, but for the amount of money charged, I felt she could have done a better job. There were some punctuation and grammatical errors in the resume, which I did not realize until later. I would expect more for $300.

Well, were do I start, in the very beginning paid $30.00 on line for the thirty - minute consultation. Then received an e-mail shortly after words, stating I will see you tomorrow. When I made the consultation appointment for two weeks later, I called marquis right away and explained to her it was not for tomorrow, it's in two weeks. Marquis apologized and stated, she hired a new person and was going to let her go, that this was not her only mistake. Okay, I thought this was not marquis fault, I do understand how things can happen. Now here it all goes, two weeks later my wife and I went to the thirty- minute appointment to talk about the resume, references and cover letter and give her the work sheet marquis wanted filled out. I gave her three example resumes with work, that I do. I filled out the contract and it was agreed that the rough draft, references, cover letter would be done in one week and the contract states by 5:30 p.m. Well Marquis called that evening at 5:30 p.m. stating she needed one more day, ok what can I do now, but wait one day. Ok fine. The next day, I got my rough draft, cover letter, references and Marquis's work sheet, stating make any changes and send it back to me. Well there was so many misspelled words, wrong name of company, lower case letters, when they should have been capitalized, and some words needed to be lower case, comma's in wrong spot and no periods. Marquis told my wife she could not add my cell number to my resume, that there was not enough room. My wife told her my husband and I were not happy and all she did was start screaming. You could not even get a word in edge wise. I should not have to look for corrections on the resume etc. and tell marquis what to correct, she states she is a professional resume writer, NOT. When you find over twenty- six mistakes just on the resume alone. What she does not have spell check. I paid a total $379.00 to have these done, for what!! My wife redid my whole resume after watching a REAL professional guy on line, name Andrew La Citvia. Don't waste your time or money here do it yourself. After my wife redid mine, and I applied for a job, I received an e-mail to come in for an interview the next day. I really wish, I could show you the difference between the two resumes. Take my advice and run and keep your money!!!!

Amanda greeted me right away and started getting information on what I was looking for, what machine I have currently, aspects of my house layout that might impact my decision, etc. My own research on what to get next led me to SEBO, and Amanda demo'd both the Felix (which is what I was originally thinking would be a good fit) and the E3 (which ended up being a better fit and what I ended up going with). The E3 has been amazing. It doesn't try to sell you with all kinds of gimmicky technology, sensors, systems, etc. It has just enough to make sure I am at the right brush height, don't have anything stuck, and can alert me to when the bag needs changing. The SEBO does as well in one pass as the Shark would do only after I took a rubber broom to loosen up all the embedded dog hair, and it can get all the way under furniture my Shark had no chance to get under because it can lay practically flat. And the kicker? It's even quieter than the Shark. I never thought I'd be spending four-digits on a vacuum cleaner but, like with my Herman Miller office chair, this is one of those buy once, cry once kind of things (or at least buy once every decade or more kind of things). The warranty is fantastic and knowing I can just bring it to my closest Quality S&V location for service is even better. No futzing with online claims, no shipping, no waiting for contractors to come out, I can just bring it in locally. Thanks Amanda, and thanks Quality Sewing & Vacuum! :)
